The hotel was nice, reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience. The only drawback was that there seemed to be a large number of men staying at the hotel during our visit, which made my spouse feel a little uncomfortable at times. Aside from that, we were pleased with our stay.

Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price. Having stayed at Aloft Dubai before, I expected a similar standard of quality and experience. Unfortunately, Aloft Mountain View did not come close. Despite the name “Mountain View,” our room had no mountain view at all ust a parking area. On top of the room rate, there was an additional $15 parking fee that I don’t feel was clearly communicated beforehand. Breakfast was another disappointment. I thought it was included, only to find out that Grab & Go was $10 per person and the buffet was $18 per person. Guests should be made fully aware of these additional costs before booking. The room itself felt like an older room that had simply been renovated, and the air conditioning was not very good. Overall, it felt far below the Aloft experience I had overseas. For what we paid, I expected much better. With the disappointing view, extra parking and breakfast charges, room quality, and poor air conditioning, I simply cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. Others may feel differently, but I personally would not stay here again. Management should be more transparent about additional charges and improve the overall guest experience.
