It would've been nice to know the property was under construction! When I got checked in and went to the room, I was assigned the door was propped. Open with will appear to be construction material. The room also had tape on the walls, indicating imperfections for the construction workers to repair. I found this to be completely unacceptable, especially for the cost of the room

They advertise a bar in site but no one serves you ! Was told open at 4 no one was there ! The next staff member told us it was 5 . They advertise room service but they do not have it and the room was not clean . Coffee pot had a nice layer of dust so that tells me the cleaning staff does not do much cleaning

The hotel was under construction and was a hot mess. There wasnt enough staff for the front desk. Two of the construction workers were in the hallway arguing with each other while guest were around. Construction should be noted on the website

Stayed in Casper to visit my sick brother. Hot tub wasnt working. Had to pay for breakfast. Our hot tub in our room barely blew bubbles. Bed was comfy. The pool maintenance guy was wonderful. Very friendly. He needs a raise! All the other employees were very nice too. Was hoping for a relaxing soak after visinting my sick brother, but did not happen. Hotel should inform you or give you a discount if all there amenities are not available to you when it says they are!

I’m not sure where to begin as the experience was less than agreeable. I guess I will just give the highlights, or in this case, the low lights. First of all every single parking lot light was out completely so I had to walk my dog in complete darkness and every guests car was parked in complete darkness. Secondly, my dog picked up about 20 burrs from the dog walking area. They were sharp and hurt and had to be cut out of her coat. When I brought this to the attention of the Front desk person she said “yeah that’s the kind of weeds we have here.” with a shrug. I was put in a room two doors down from the pool and exercise room and so it was very loud right up until 10 o’clock when they closed. There are no signs that direct you to where the ice machine is. And in fact, it is in the laundry room, which is marked “laundry room”. I had to go to the front desk to ask where it was. when I checked out, I told her that it was probably the worst stay I’ve had it at Hilton and her response was oh, I’m sorry to hear that. She did not ask what went wrong. She did not ask if there was anything they could’ve done to make my stay better. She did not offer to make it up to me in anyway. On the bright side, the gentleman that checked me in was very courteous, respectful, and professional.

Nice room. Easy check in. Few small cleaning issues mainly in the bathroom. Wall behind toilet has not been cleaned well, as well as the bottom of toilet. There are signs of the last visitor. Love the shampoo, conditioner, body soap caddy. Just need to clean off the clogs. Other the. That was a great stay.

This was an excellent property. The rooms were very clean, smelled clean, and were warm and inviting. The reception area was also bright and welcoming and the only smell the entire hotel had was "clean". The 24 hour free coffee in the lobby was a great addition! Quiet rooms, everything worked and the beds were quite comfy.

Shower had soap scum and hair on it. Waited 10 min for a front desk person. Construction on the lobby entrance, no sign stating use other door. Expedia states that king room have sunken bath tubs( why I rented that room) was very disappointing to find out NO TUB.

Friendly staff. They use heavy fragrances in their cleaning. We had to move rooms the first one smelled so strong. They moved us right away to a fragrance free room, which still had some fragrance smell. The carpet in the hallways needs stretched. It’s wrinkled up and could easily cause someone to trip.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, but very noisy. I’m not sure if the walls/floors were that thin or if the people around us were that loud. We were on the 3rd floor and at one point my daughter asked if they housed the elephants on the 4th floor because it sounded like a herd of elephants running around until about 3:30am.

Great remodel, the facility and my room looked great. I really enjoyed the new room layout. However, there were some issues with the room. One of the TVs (by the sofa) couldnt get cable signal even though the TV by the bed worked fine. Also, when i turned towards the room phone to call the front desk the phone wasnt connected to anything and no wire was attached at all. Also, the heater never worked properly and after an entire night sleep with it "turned on" the room actually lost some temperature going from 69 F to 68 F (I had it set to 73 F). And lastly, it took a full 5 mintues for the hot water in the shower to get warm (not ever hot, but warm enough for a shower). Growing pains after a remodel, perhaps?

Dogs in the room 2 doors down were barking and yipping for at least a half an hour. When I called the front desk from the room phone, no one answered, the same when I called the hotel from my mobile phone. I don't blame the hotel or staff for the ignorant people who didn't care for their animals, but I was sorely disappointed that I had to walk down to the front desk to bring it to someone's attention.

Staff were extremely friendly at check-in, room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Dinner and breakfast staff were very kind and accommodating. Food was excellent, especially the ribeye at dinner. Next time we are in Casper we will be staying here again.

I had to go to the front desk to ask where it was. when I checked out, I told her that it was probably the worst stay I’ve had it at Hilton and her response was oh, I’m sorry to hear that. She did not ask what went wrong. She did not ask if there was anything they could’ve done to make my stay better. She did not offer to make it up to me in anyway. On the bright side, the gentleman that checked me in was very courteous, respectful, and professional.

Dogs in the room 2 doors down were barking and yipping for at least a half an hour. When I called the front desk from the room phone, no one answered, the same when I called the hotel from my mobile phone. I don't blame the hotel or staff for the ignorant people who didn't care for their animals, but I was sorely disappointed that I had to walk down to the front desk to bring it to someone's attention.

Staff were extremely friendly at check-in, room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Dinner and breakfast staff were very kind and accommodating. Food was excellent, especially the ribeye at dinner. Next time we are in Casper we will be staying here again.

They advertise a bar in site but no one serves you ! Was told open at 4 no one was there ! The next staff member told us it was 5 . They advertise room service but they do not have it and the room was not clean . Coffee pot had a nice layer of dust so that tells me the cleaning staff does not do much cleaning

Not great value for the money. The only advantage was a dinning room in the motel. Otherwise it was more expensive than nearby equally nice motels than served complimentary breakfasts.

This would have been 5 stars except for what was a somewhat minor point. There is a breakfast available in the AM that you do have to pay for. We did the “buffet” which was cold eggs, potatoes, meat. We were offered our money back but that’s not the point. Food should never be offered like this if there is a charge. But the room and staff were wonderful. We will stay again but eat somewhere else.

We had been traveling all day and called to see if the kitchen was still open as we were pulling into town we were told it was until 10pm. We checked in and took our luggage upstairs. We came back down and it was 9:20. We started looking at menus, and at 9:25 we were advised that they had just closed the kitchen because it wasn't busy. We could see several people sitting in the area around the bar and two women sitting at a table with menus. We noticed that the floors throughout the lobby, elevators and our room were filthy with dirt, and dried on stains and our bathroom floor had tons of hair all over it. The bed spreads were dirty, and thrown together we didn't even want to sleep under the covers because the bedding smelled bad. We didn't want to use the showers with all the hairs located next to it, and the stained bathroom tile. There was a thick coat of dust all over the microwave. The inside of the elevator was filthy and looked like it had been wiped with a dirty rag, the floor was filthy. I went downstairs to talk to the staff and they were in the bar talking and two of the females were glued to their phones the whole time. The front desk person came over I told her how disgusting everything was, showed pics.She said she would talk to her gm and see what he would do. We never heard from her again. I won't be staying at a Hilton ever again, so disgusted by the whole experience. Thefront desk female Brittany was rude, and the lobby and elevator were still filthy.
