Location is closeby to shopping centre. The property itself is in very poor condition and dirty to be classified as a 4.5 star accommodation. Gym wasn’t even open for use at 7am or 8pm. Also, no toiletries were available on my first night there and not a single person in reception or on hotline to assist. so couldn't even take a shower! Supposed to receive a bottle of wine, but nothing showed up.

First and only stay. V surprised by expedia traveller rating. Its a sad property. No signs where to park on arrival no where to park to check in $20 a night to park! First room smelt dank and was awful. Second view of busy road and smelt like old cigarettes. The fridge made a noise even though nothing got cold in it, when turned down the ice packed freezer melted. Only good thing was lovely Receptionist April

I was not given my free wine for gold membership, reception closed at 7pm although everything else seemed to close at 8pm. I had not towels in my room and the tv did not work. I tried to go to the gym at 7.30pm but it was closed even though they are open until 8pm.

Although I received a phone call enquiring about time of arrival and if parking was required, I was not informed that I had to pay extra for parking. Will not return or stay where I have to pay for parking in the property’s parking area.

Overall it was a nice place. Unfortunately on the day we arrived it was 37 degrees and the aircons only cooled the living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms had no aircons and also no fans and the cool air simply didn't get into the bedrooms so we hardly slept the first night. Luckily there was a cool change the bwxt day and we were able to sleep the next night. The bedrooms badly need fans.

our room was not very clean. where the dryer was you could see the dust on the wall. the toilet still had toilet paper and floaties in it. there were no face washers. the tv in the bedroom would not turn on. I have stayed in a lot cheaper motels and they have been a lot cleaner. the staff were friendly and accommodating

When I arrived, my room smelled like an ashtray. I didn't think hotels allowed people to smoke in the room, but there was an ashtray provided on the balcony. As the reception is unattended after 5pm on weekends, I was on the phone (in several calls, with different people) for over an hour to get a new room. The new room was an upgrade, but still very average with stained carpets and hair on the bathroom floor.

This property was in terrible condition. The photos on their website do not depict the actual property. The rooms and corridors were damaged, chipped paint, scuff marks, damaged bathrooms and aging carpet and furniture. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well, with mould in the shower and dirty marks on the floor. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and had ash all over the balcony. We have contacted management and we are still waiting to hear back. Would not stay here again.

We arrived late on our check-in day to find the room hadn't been cleaned. There was juice in the kettle and there was a liquid dripping down the bed head. The bath/ shower floor was dirty from cups being sat on it. We did need extra sheets for our son, but there weren't any, so we had to take them from another room. The blinds and couch were both filthy and we had to place towels on the couch to sit on it. We also found what could only be a bag of drugs on the back patio in the ash tray, which also was full of cigarettes. The entire apartment needed renovation/fixing and it just wasn't a liveable space, or somewhere you wanted to be. I can't say what other rooms would be like, but they didn't have any other rooms suitable to move us into, so we had to stay the first night and left to find other accommodation the next day. The staff were nice and accommodating, but I did have to follow up with them quite a bit after leaving. We did get a refund in the end and compensation was also offered, but I haven't heard from them in regards to that.

Rooms were good, nothing amazing but definitely not bad. Had everything you needed. Design of the bathrooms were a little strange and pokey, but ok. It’s a VERY noisy area so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The aircon in my room is super noisy and blowing directly onto the bed. Hard for me to sleep with the aircon on. Sound insulation is bad as I can hear the neighbour talking til midnight.mattress to soft.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a washing machine, detergent, dryer, clothesline, kitchen utensils, tableware, amenities, etc., and is within walking distance of a shopping mall, so I think it is an ideal hotel for long-term stays. I would like to stay again next year.

It was ok, the room was missing some basics such as a tea towel, a cloth to wash dishes, any detergent for the dishwasher. It was a spacious room. I didnt like the shower bath set up. The glass partion felt very fragile and I found the bath (standing for a shower) a little slippery. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable. Great if you love super soft but it was so soft (or worn down) that you sank to the bed base. Also it wasnt super quiet, you could definitely hear the people speaking on their phones or just in the rooms next door.

The property is in a very convenient location, but our room was on the main. Road, so lots of road noise. The tvs were the smallest I’ve ever seen. And the very small show head made for an average shower

Excellent Apartment/Hotel, staff were great and helpful and the it was well located. Only issue was a couple of times I had trouble entering the hotel after hours as the entrance wouldn’t open, but the staff were very reactive and sort it out for me. I will definitely stay again. Thanks

Great accomodation. Has all the amenities you need to feel almost like home. Staff are helpful and friendly. Across the street from an enormous shopping centre. Bush walks and nature attractions are countless in the area.

we have stayed here a few times before and it improves everytime. It is close to family and the fact that it across the road from a major shopping centre makes it convenient for dining and grocery shopping ( when needed)

The property is in a very convenient location, but our room was on the main. Road, so lots of road noise. The tvs were the smallest I’ve ever seen. And the very small show head made for an average shower

Dylan was lovely so no concerns with the check in process and being looked after. However the room we were given was poor. Things we noticed, acknowledging there’s works outside (but not in the room were: - Cracked balcony window. - No remote control for the TV and thus only way to turn it off/on was at the wall. - Cold shower. - Grimy kitchen table. - Random bowl of sugar lollies left on top of the fridge. - Old food left in oven. - Did not get the OneKeyReward referenced in the Expedia booking. Certainly did not feel like the 4.5 star hotel it is listed on for Expedia.

It was ok, the room was missing some basics such as a tea towel, a cloth to wash dishes, any detergent for the dishwasher. It was a spacious room. I didnt like the shower bath set up. The glass partion felt very fragile and I found the bath (standing for a shower) a little slippery. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable. Great if you love super soft but it was so soft (or worn down) that you sank to the bed base. Also it wasnt super quiet, you could definitely hear the people speaking on their phones or just in the rooms next door.
