We checked in and we're given a room on the second floor. When we opened the door, the room was still dirty. Pillows and bedding were on the floor and the counters were filled with trash and old food boxes. We went back downstairs and they gave us a second room. Things were ok until we turned the beds down and there were muddy paw prints and dog hair all over the sheets. We went back to the front and the lady working apologized again. She said they are short staffed with cleaners. I get that things happen, but 2 rooms being not cleaned or missed is 2 too many! We went to a third room and it was fine. The building is older and is in need of a full remodel. The breakfast was fine.

Carpet needs update it made me feel dirty. People kept sitting on a rock outside our room window. They were slamming doors that goes to pool late. The staff was kind. I don't know what carpet is like in other rooms but ours was stained and made me feel dirty. The rest room seemed clean. Needs some updates on things and bed was okay but I looked under sheets and the bed looked worn.
