Comfort Inn Hammond

The staff was great, and the hotel was clean. The inside is very run down and needs to be updated.

Nice and clean. Perfect location off the interstate.

Run down outdated and had a smell to ,it but the staff was nice.

The hotel needs an upgrade. While the hotel was practically empty.. I was put on the 3rd floor. The gentleman desk clerk the first night was excellent. Extremely helpful and addressed everyone with a smile. The second night. The woman desk clerk was rude.. never asked if I needed anything… my keys had to be reprogrammed and she made me feel like I was bothering her. Not to mention she parked in the handicap parking space closest to the door. No handicap sticker or plate. And it was a rainy night. The bed was clean but worn. Shower was clean but disorganized?

The only complaint is the hot and cold was hooked up backwards in the hot tub and the bathtub
