Not the worst place to stay, but a lot of little negative things definitely added up. There was hair in the shower from where someone before us had shaved. The smoke detector started flashing right above the bed the second night and was so bright it kept us up. Housekeeping was advertised to come by every other day to replenish towels and remove trash but that never happened. We stayed 4 nights and had 3 towels total for 3 people. We went to the desk to ask about housekeeping and was told it had to be requested. The guy was too busy placing bets on a game on his phone to even listen when we asked for some towels. Gave 2, no washcloths. And barely made eye contact. We requested housekeeping to him, like he said we’d have to do, and still, never happened. The hallway noise was insane. I understand that the hotel can’t help how loud guests are, but at 4 am doors were slamming all over. The doors have a quarter inch space all the way around so noise is amplified. You hear every single noise in that hallway. They told us the side entrances were down, and that we’d have to use front or back yet the back also wasn’t working. Had to walk all the way around the hotel just to get to your room because of that when the parking lots up front were full. Not a terrible stay, but the small inconveniences added up. And hair in the shower is a big no for me. There was also no vent fan in the bathroom, so after a shower every surface, including your clothes, was horribly wet.

The pool was awesome! Bummer they don't offer coffee or tea in the evening. Bring a nightlight for the bathroom because the lights are bright in the middle of the night. Also if you have a balcony room there are no chairs to sit on, be prepared to stand out there.

The staff was awesome. The front desk woman I think her name was Melanie or Melody was so super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and it was a pretty good location. Would definitely say here again if needed to be in the area.

The room, the lobby the hallway is the elevator and everything was exceptionally clean. There was no noise and it was a calm, cool environment. I was able to get a good amount of sleep and not feel bothered.
