The Quay Hotel West Coast

ホテルは静かでゆっくり休めた。電源のスイッチなどわかりづらく、説明を丁寧にして欲しかった。

Excellent location close to NUS university and theres is an entire block of restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store right around the corner of hotel. Also access to number of buses makes it convenient for public transpiration too. Room was cleaned up well each day too. Bathroom is small with shower head right next to toilet which we weren’t used to but it worked.

I paid for a room the night before so I could check in early next morning after long flight. I told this to the hotel prior to check in. However, the room was not ready; a worker was applying tiles in bathroom with toxic smelling solvent. Hotel failed to note in listing that there were cranes and pile-drivers 5 feet in front of hotel doing loud construction. Stay away!

シャワーを浴びようとしたらお湯が出なく、部屋の外の廊下で火災報知器が鳴り、配管から水もれした。廊下は水浸しになり、自分の部屋のトイレ、シャワー、水を使うなと言われ、部屋の交換を申し出ると満室だ　との事。フロントの横のシャワー室を使うよう言われる。　最悪な気持ち　残念なホテルだ

Nice location, close to public transport and restaurants. Clean and friendly personnel.
