If you want to spend the night in a single room then be prepared to be in a shoebox. Don't expect a good breakfast either, much better to go out for a meal. I would not ever go back to this hotel, uncaring staff took no notice of my conerns.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area but very close to the city centre. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and I would recommend the hotel for that alone. The reason I've only given it 3 stars is that for the price we paid we were a little disappointed with our room. Firstly, the positives. The room was spacious with a king size bed and it had all the usual things you would expect such as tea/coffee making facilities, TV etc. The downside was that it was meant to be a deluxe double and there was very little that was deluxe, other than the bed being bigger than in the standard double rooms. When we booked the picture showed a sofa, we didn't have one and the entire clothes storage option was a single open unit with a rail and a few shelves. While disappointing, we could cope with that. The worst aspect was the ensuite. This was very small, no bath and it was a wet room! I realise these can be very useful for some people, especially those with mobility problems, but they are a terrible idea for a hotel. Once you've had a shower the ensuite is a no go zone for hours until the floor has dried. This was very disappointing and a major inconvenience. In summary, nice hotel & staff, great breakfast but very disappointing room.

Fiyat/performans oteli. Civardaki yerlere göre uygun. Oda servisi yok. Odanın temizlenmesini istedik ancak çarşaflar değiştirilmedi ve vestiyerin altına bıraktığımız çöpler alınmadı. Ortalama bir tecrübeydi, daha iyi olabilir.

My stay at this hotel was a delight. The room, while small, was entirely sufficient and comfortable. I appreciated having somewhere to hang my clothes and windows that opened. It was nice to be able to work downstairs in the lounge area in the evenings, with a drink from the bar in the reception hall. The breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, all of them fresh and delicious. The location was perfect for a conference at the Copenhagen Business School -- a pleasant 30 minute walk up Fredriksberg Alle -- and close to a metro stop and the main train station. I also appreciated the history of the hotel and the square told through photographs going up the stairs.
