This hotel was fabulous. The setting right next to the broads in Wroxham was just stunning and the restaurant and bar look directly on to the water where there are beautiful swans and birdlife in abundance. The bar is well stocked with delicious wines and cocktails and the food is fantastic. This hotel gives a warm welcome and are very dog friendly. We will definitely return!

This is a lovely hotel, the parking is not great hotel at the back of shops, so best to ask for a river view, once inside it is very nice and well staffed

Lovely hotel with great riverside views. Extensive menu for breakfast & dinner, good quality food. Room was very clean & well firnished. All staff friendly and helpful. Free parking. Our room had a balcony which was great but for the extra cost would have expected more comfortable furniture also decking with smaller gaps so the chairs dont fall through

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. The staff on rexeption were extremely welcoming. The hotel is decorated with a touch of luxury. The bed in the Bridge Suite was huge! Nice balncony over looking the river. Restaurant is lovely although a little pricey. Breakfast was great and the view feom the restaurant is beautiful. Would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel right on the side of the River Bure with views across Wroxham Bridge. We have stayed in this hotel 4 times now and have never had anything but a luxurious stay. Regardless of the room, standard, superior or balcony, they are all very, very good. The restaurant is excellent, the food quality is excellent too. The staff all across the hotel are friendly and efficient. We wiil return again. The only thing the hotel lacks is a lift, so if you have a disability access to the bedrooms might be a problem because you have to climb a flight of stairs.

The hotel was amazing,beautifully presented and very clean.Staff were friendly and welcoming.We were shown to our room and everything was explained. Breakfast was as plentiful and delicious. Actually can’t fault the place.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views. Room was lovely clean and comfortable Breakfast was delicious with everything fresh and all staff we encountered were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t have wished for a better few days. Well worth a visit we would definitely recommend it

Absolutely beautifully decorated hotel with amazing food. It was completely spotless and very comfortable. I had a balcony room and it was worth every penny for the stunning view. Wendy was a very attentive host making sure guests were looked after and even moved my room for me so that I could have a bath after a long day of driving. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It’s a wonderful hidden gem, totally relaxing, and staff were perfect hosts.

Room great - good view of the river Bure and boats..swans a swimming ! Good signal for internet and bathroom clean ( no mold ) good fan quality toiletries quality towels and warm - Great. Cannot fault it at all. Restaurant excellent quality of food and cooking good. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and had the Venison which was not overcooked - just right and the breakfast was diverse and plentiful - cannot fault at all Excellent welcoming staff from check in to leaving. I will stay again - I stayed for business so it really suited me well. Car park just outside too !

We was in room 5, the bed was so squeaky, you move 1 little bit & it was like. You was doing lots of naughty things, but wasn’t! Need to improve there curtains as we woke up at 4am threw the light & couldn’t get back to sleep. Room Defo needs a bit more upgrade

We've just had a fabulous 6-night stay at Hotel Wroxham. The staff, food, decor and position overlooking the river, are second to none and we enjoyed just sitting on our balcony watching the boats coming and going. From the outside the hotel looks quite ordinary but as soon as you step into the reception area you are greeted by friendly staff, in a calm and stylish ambience. The balcony rooms are certainly worth the extra money and the view over the river is fabulous. We stayed during a particularly hot spell and although the fan provided was appreciated, I think that maybe an air conditioning unit would have been more beneficial as these room do get very hot. However, this wouldn't stop us visiting again and were already thinking about next year!

We made a last minute booking and got room 8. The room was clean and nicely laid out, but quite compact. The on-suite shower room was very cramped. In fact the shower was even two tight for my wife who’s quite small in stature. We are used to a king size bed and found the rooms standard double bed too small for us. We like to have the window open a little most of the time. However, our room overlooked the car park and rear tradesmen entrance and it could be fairly noisy at times. The breakfast was very good with a large selection to choose from. Centrally located, there are shops, restaurants, boat trips etc. all within short walking distance. I would stay again if the situation arose, but only if I could afford a larger room & on-suite.

The hotel and its staff were excellent. The only issue we had was the shower was too small. Approx 2ft square. Apparently it’s only the river view rooms which have a larg er shower. My advice is book these rooms only.

Comfortable, clean and well-furnished room with a stunning view across the river. So lovely to watch the boats and the swans in the morning. Dinner was good and breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and all servers were charming.

Enjoyable stay but pricey, we always use this hotel for food and drink when we're in Wroxham but this is the first time we've actually stayed there, everything was good but for the price £200 + a night the room although having a lovely balcony is fairly basic with no air conditioning so a stay in hot weather would no be comfortable also lacking a mini bar, the breakfast was good and the bar has a good selection of drinks although like a lot of places the prices are increasing we were charged nearly £18 for a large glass of wine and large coke the food menu looked good as normal and probably as good as we have experience in the past but we decided to eat elsewhere as the costs were prohibitive. The staff were all very good and seamed to have a good team spirit which made for a nice relaxing atmosphere, the setting for hotel is wonderful which is one it's main attractions. We did have a lovely break but we caculated that if we had eaten in restaurant every night with a few drinks the four night stay would cost more a week's cruise in the Mediterranean so a luxury holiday expense, which may put us off staying in the future, not all the Hotel's fault the UK is becoming too expensive for the average person in today's economic climate, we noticed that there were very few boats on the Broads and for the same reason - the cost.

Great location next to the river, friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyed the singer on Friday evening. Food was good, plentiful selection for breakfast. Despite the provision of a fan the room was still hot. In an ideal world it would benefit from Aircon A small fridge/mini bar would also be a useful addition.

We were given a room with a view/balcony, which was more than we booked, which was so kind of the hotel. The view from the balcony overlooking the river, the large bed, the bath and the generously restocked bathroom and tea tray was brilliant. The hotel is a family owned concern and this comes through repeatedly with the friendliness and warmth of all staff - nothing is too much trouble. The food both at breakfast and dinner was beyond good. The stay made us very happy 😁.

The view from the balcony overlooking the river, the large bed, the bath and the generously restocked bathroom and tea tray was brilliant. The hotel is a family owned concern and this comes through repeatedly with the friendliness and warmth of all staff - nothing is too much trouble. The food both at breakfast and dinner was beyond good. The stay made us very happy 😁.

Superb location.Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great beds,cozy comfort. Breakfast was superb and cooked to order. There was plenty of choice on the menu, something for everyone.The staff are amazing, nothing was to much trouble and in my case they went over and beyond what was needed. I had a tumble and they treated me with dignity and care. Thank you.

We just had one night at the Hotel Wroxham and were delighted to be upgraded to a balcony room. The room was very comfortable with amazing views over the river. Breakfast was wonderful and I can recommend the eggs benedict which was delicious. The waitress and staff on reception were all very pleasant and helpful and we hope to return some day.

Lovely clean room with tea and coffee options, good shower and well appointed bathroom. Very compact and bijou, breakfast was gorgeous and all staff were lovely and helpful. Location has fantastic view of river, rivertraffic and the local wildlife ..mainly swans which always look magnificent.

We've just had a fabulous 6-night stay at Hotel Wroxham. The staff, food, decor and position overlooking the river, are second to none and we enjoyed just sitting on our balcony watching the boats coming and going. From the outside the hotel looks quite ordinary but as soon as you step into the reception area you are greeted by friendly staff, in a calm and stylish ambience. The balcony rooms are certainly worth the extra money and the view over the river is fabulous. We stayed during a particularly hot spell and although the fan provided was appreciated, I think that maybe an air conditioning unit would have been more beneficial as these room do get very hot. However, this wouldn't stop us visiting again and were already thinking about next year!

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. The staff on rexeption were extremely welcoming. The hotel is decorated with a touch of luxury. The bed in the Bridge Suite was huge! Nice balncony over looking the river. Restaurant is lovely although a little pricey. Breakfast was great and the view feom the restaurant is beautiful. Would definitely return.

Room great - good view of the river Bure and boats..swans a swimming ! Good signal for internet and bathroom clean ( no mold ) good fan quality toiletries quality towels and warm - Great. Cannot fault it at all. Restaurant excellent quality of food and cooking good. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and had the Venison which was not overcooked - just right and the breakfast was diverse and plentiful - cannot fault at all Excellent welcoming staff from check in to leaving. I will stay again - I stayed for business so it really suited me well. Car park just outside too !

This was a spur of the moment decision to stay in Wroxham and we fancied a bit of luxury, and indeed Wroxham Hotel did provide just that. It's an unassuming building with a pleasant terrace overlooking the river and all the boats. The room was comfortable and spacious with lots of little extras like toiletries and slippers! The food was excellent - we particularly enjoyed the best breakfast we've had in a hotel for a long time. I can't fault the staff either - friendly, helpful and professional. All in all I would recommend this as a place to stay on the Broads, even if the car parking is quite hard to find!!

This is a great hotel. Friendly staff, excellent food and lovely location by the river side make this an ideal spot to unwind. Dinner was outstanding. Breakfast is free and it’s not some stale bread and weak tea. You have choices including full English. We are from the US and we shall be back. It’s that good!

Such a lovely hotel in a prime location where you can watch the boats from the outside terrace (or your room if you’re lucky enough to have one facing the water). The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you need for a fantastic break (the fan provided was very much appreciated during the particularly hot nights when we stayed). Breakfast was also a highlight with so much choice - I worked my way through the cooked breakfast menu and couldn’t fault any of it. The staff were also very attentive and friendly, particularly the lady at breakfast (sorry, I didn’t get her name). I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Room was like a sauna and the fan provided was totally inadequate. Breakfast was bland and overcooked. Price point was very expensive for a river view room. Cleaned was so late arriving on day two (5pm) we asked her not to bother as we were settled back in the room. Not worth staying for more than one night. Nothing to do in the area apart from a boat trip. Really boring ! Won’t be coming back.

We love staying at Hotel Wroxham. The staff are very welcoming, the bedrooms are all very good and well appointed, and the views of the river are fantastic from the restaurant. The terrace is right on the edge of the river, it's a lovely relaxed place to spend an hour or two just watching the majestic swans and the boats go by. The only drawback is that if you can't climb stairs, there isn't a lift, although there is only one flight of stairs. But no ground floor bedrooms.
