Hotel Horison Ultima Bekasi

I have stayed here once before and would highly recommend it, if you are looking for somewhere in Bekasi. The staff at the hotel are amazing and always greet you with a smile. They go above and beyond to make your stay very memorable.

When I arrived at the hotel, I had some very minor issues and they were resolved very quickly. All the staff at the hotel were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure the rest of my stay was 10/10. I cannot fault the hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Bekasi, Indonesia. There is a large shopping mall right next door and other malls and restaurants very close by. It is very affordable and I believe would suit anyone's budget.

I do not feel that this hotel caters for international / western type tourists. The staff don't have great understanding of English. They are all extremely polite and always greet you, but I think largely cater for local tourists. The pool is not open very late at all, given the climate. Breakfast buffet was adequate but again mostly caters for local tourists.

Les hôtels se ressemblent plus ou moins dans ce coin ( Bekasi) la différence c'est le personnel et ici j'étais presque chez moi . Jg'ai prolongé mon séjour et vous comprendrez pourquoi.
