Everything was good except the elevator looked a bit scary and someone had urinated in there.

Feels safe. Parking convenient. Can always smell some cigarette smell. Fire alarm batteries were not in there at first, they added it after I reminded. Black holes on wooden floor make by cigarettes everywhere which feels a bit bad.

The property was infested by roaches the first night I killed two then the second night I found them crawling on me there were three remote controls in the room the TV barely worked cutting in and out there was no ice machine there was old food left sporadically throughout the room this morning I tried to go to the front desk to address the issues I had with the room they acted like there weren't concerned and only gave me a half a night refund which I'll be getting in touch with corporate with

Aleast they had clean swimming pool.

The roads in and around the property were in bad condition, upon entering the room both beds had stained blankets on them and the furniture was worn

Great security and very good rate. The property is clean but rooms are tired. It appeared the motel was doing thier best to clean up the area which was full of bums my last stay. Good job to the staff

Then rooms are outdated, not so clean. Our room was missing a set of towels and a blanket. The area around there is kinda of sketchy. The grounds are dirty with dog poop everywhere. Also when I booked the description said it included a mini fridge and a microwave. Only the microwave was in the room. Anyways I guess you get what you pay for. Won’t recommend this place.

I paid extra go an upgrade per the photos on the site. The upgrade was microwave and fridge. The room was old, dirty and outdated. Both beds had broken , old mattresses. I paid for non-smoking but clearly it had been a smoking room. Large gap around the door, people outside my window arguing, and I woke up to something in my hair. It was a roach larger than a quarter. Dirty floors and black hair on the bathroom floor. Cigarette burn stains on the bathtub and bathroom floor. NEVER AGAIN!

Room wasnt clean it was dirty sheets were diryy

Door had been kicked in before and would not close right. Walls had stains on them as well as the sheets and pillow cases. Fridge was busted and the desk had a hole in it.

No towels, roaches smelled like dog and smoke.

This "should be condemned" property is a health hazard... a disgrace to the consumer & Motel 6 reputation. "Gauged" customers during Super Bowl Weekend lined up to voice concerns from no toilet paper.. smoke drenched rooms.. broken toilet seats.. and in my case, a cracked/deteriorating ceiling over the tub shower from the above room, poured refuse when its toilet was flushed (see photo)!

The room was not clean; there was hair on the walls and in the shower. The ceiling above the shower was leaking water all night. The area seemed unsafe and was super noisy. Would not stay here again!

AC needs to be replaced-mold in the vents. The room was heavy worn down. Cigarettes stains on the wood floor! Heavy mold smell in the room.

The hotel wasn’t clean , had no face cloths in room when ask for face cloth was told they didn’t have any. The towel had a crump of hair on it, very disgusting. Definitely will not being staying at this Motel 6 again

Terrible condition overall. The beds were showing their age. Bathroom was a mess, shower failed to hold any pressure and the door locks looked flimsy, well used and needing of replacement. The walls were super thin, could hear the entire conversations our neighbors were having. Staff didn’t answer any of the phone calls for assistance in unit condition. This was the absolute worst motel I have ever had the misfortune of staying. Obviously, there is no love for this establishment from the owners. Avoid at all cost. You’re better off staying in your car at the gas station down the street.

Bad area. Dirty, burnt holes in blankets, paint drips all over the floor. Had no trash can. TV didn't work at all.

Where do I even start? I’ve stated some sketchy places before but this one takes the cake. I’m pretty sure the local prison has better facilities… The furniture in the room look great from 20 feet away but once you got up to it you realized that it was beat up and probably bought at a thrift store. The bedding was a mishmash of goodwill donations. The pillows were flatter than the blanket, didn’t match, and I wouldn’t even put them anywhere near any part of my body. Shockingly there was no bedbugs… I’ve slept on concrete that was more comfortable than this bed. The free Wi-Fi didn’t exist… Music blared all night. Pretty sure a mechanic shop was operating outside my door, till bout 3am. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve walked back to the office, got my money back, and drove home… The only way I’d ever stay at this place again is it the police took me there to house me for the night because the prison was full…

The room was muggy, I paid for an upgraded room and was given a standard room, bed sinks in the middle, A/C was non op, shady surroundings, will never stay here again

Motel was convenient and clean. Walls are a little thin. I could hear talking and TV from another room.

It was OK, not great, not terrible. The refrigerator didn't work, the air worked but was missing knobs, the light switch above the bed worked poorly, I think the on off switch was loose. The entry door had a 1/4 inch gap along one side of the door to the outside but no bugs. For the price was OK.

Overall just outdated, sheets and towels old or really worn out, no curtain in the shower, bathroom extraction fan didn't work, hair dryer didn't work.

The room is very sparse to the point to where there was only a bottom sheet on the bed. They don't do shampoo, but they do three bars of soap.

You get what you pay for. The room was badly need of repair. There was water leak from somewhere. And Wi-Fi and TV doesn’t work

You get what you pay for. This one Motel 6 I was very disappointed in. Room is small smells like someone was smoking in it after I did request a smoke free room. Beds low and uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable.

The Service was good, The lady Mary up in front was nice and helped us resolve issue quick. The room was really bad, as soon as you walk in we notice how bad it was, It was a dump we were afraid to even lay down or anything. When I tried to shower no hot water came out and the water in the tub wouldn't drain so we decide to go talk to the front desk and ask for another room, they said they were sold out so she gave us a refund. We just didn't think paying $247 for this room was worth it with how bad the room was and no hot water.

I first was put in a room that somebody had just gotten out of… the door was open and the room smelled of smoke.. the towels had hair on it and the phone didn’t work…so I asked for another room…the next room was ok but as a housekeeper myself they need to do better with the cleaning and presentation…also the security guard was very rude I had two reservations because I showed up early the night before my 3 nights booked reservation…the next day a housekeeper came to my room I told her I’m staying and she said you need to call front desk…so I did and front desk said just come with my I’d and key and I’m good I did that and came back to my room…a little later a loud bang was on my door it was the security guard he said get out of this room now I said why he said you need to leave and then said if I don’t open my door he was gonna come in…I didn’t open it and told him everything is taken care of and my room is payed for and to confirm with front desk he refused to listen and tried to bust open my door..thank goodness I had the latch on…he then told me to open the door or he is going to call the police and he did call the police so I called front desk and they said something to him over a radio and he left he didn’t even apologize….very poor service at this motel I will never go back

Checked in on 3/1/2023, unable to sleep all night from noise in room above us. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all night. Tried to call the front desk at 3:30 am, phone in room did not work had to use cell phone. FD said they could not move since property full . Noises continued. Went to front desk at 6:30am and complained. Turns out other guests fighting, police at the FD. Asked for a refund since we did not sleep. Was told we would see the refund is 5-7 days. After 5-7 days and no refund called and was told there were notes on the computer and it would be elevated to a manager and would have a refund in 5-7 days. Again no refund, called again and asked for a manager, person id’d as CeCe said she was a manager said there were no notes and then hung up. Calls being made to Expedia and Motel 6 corporate. Terrible customer service

Sam "the manager" was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. He refused to give us the name or information of the General Manager. Then he responded to us by saying, you can come and get your "sh*t" tomorrow. When I tried to explain to him the situation that we needed help with, he hung up on me. I called back and he told me that I was acting like a girl. Really? Thats how Motel 6 Managers talk and treat their customers? I've disputed the charge on my card and I've filed a claim with Motel 6 Corporate. I would suggest booking one of the other well run properties in the area and avoid this property as you dont want to deal with Sam "the manager". AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND AVOID SAM THE MANAGER.

I really enjoyed the customer service was a great man

To start, there are homeless people hanging around. The rooms are old and have fixtures falling off the walls and then the front desk gave a key to our room to someone else and they attempted to enter while we slept. The front desk basically made it sound like we were at fault when we complained. Horrible experience.

I booked my room 30 minutes before arriving, more than enough time for my reservation to show up on their screen. When I get into the office the front/owner says he cannot find my reservation. So I wait about 15 min. Still not there. There's very little cars in parking lot, so there must be rooms available. So I leave and contact Expedia the next day. The owner tells Expedia that I checked in, so I get no refund.

I had someone banging on my door at 3am. They were there for a while. The rooms are pretty messy as well. I’m new to phoenix and they area was very unsafe

A relatively cheap place to stop for the night. The place is a little shabby. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained. One thin towel was provided. It was also cold and the heater didn’t appear to work. The room had a fridge and microwave. A number of fast food places and convenience stores within a mile or so. Barely tolerable at this price.
