Comfort Inn Ottawa Kansas

The lobby smelled like dogs, it was overwhelmingly bad. The room didn't have the same odor however, the bathroom had some sloppy caulk work where the faucet leaked in the tub and was hanging down. Don't stay more than 1 night, but 1 night is ok.

I was traveling with my son on a college visit, the room was clean, the customer service was terrible, my card was charged twice for the room and when I notified the young lady at the front desk she was very rude, she had a attitude with me and it was my card that was charged twice, no management at the property to get it resolved, I had to insist she call management, terrible experience the rest of my stay the lady at from desk she kept rolling her eyes and staring me down, I definitely will never go back to this hotel, terrible experience, very disappointed, poor customer service!

Clean and comfortable room. Slept great!

Whoever designed the bathroom door/entry setup needs to try again. More than once we got hit by the entry door when leaving the bathroom.
