Motel 6

The driveway has a big hole in it and really needs repair as well as cones to help avoid. I was worried that my car would have been damaged due to driving over it without any warning that it was there.

This motel was okay but the a/c was not working it was not pleasant to sleep in a hot room. Also the ice machine was not working and we had to buy ice packs. The amenities were very poor, we decided to leave early and we found a hotel closer to our airport departure.

Neighbors were loud. Vehicles revved engines in parking lot all night long. Pool was green and slimey. People left bags full og garbage in parking lot.

We stayed a few nights. Room was clean and it was quiet for the most part. Staff was friendly enough but no management available all weekend??? Very hard to get towels if you need more than the two they provide in the room. Weather was very warm and it would have been nice to have a clean pool for the kids to play in. My kids saw the pool and walked the other way. Overall not a bad place to stay on a budget.

The rooms were clean sidewalks parking lot not so much. Everything needed to be power washed outside trash everywhere.

It was filthy in one room so they switched me to one even worse. They advertise a pool that doesnt ever really work. Came from out of the area for dental work and definitely recommend another place.

The people who work there were very nice. No coffee, dirty pool, dirty rooms not inviting Would never stay again

Everything was great, with the exception of the huge hole in the driveway between the office and the rest of the property. Staff and the room were both great!

Our room was disgusting. The sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and there was something orange all over the walls and ceiling in the room and bathroom, it looked like someone had puked in the corner of the bathroom and only partly cleaned it up, the bedding was stained, and the overall property was just dirty.

Hi I’m 47 years old this is my disgusting experience on my hold life I do reserve the room I ask for noon smoking room when I enter the room the smell of cigarettes was really strong the floors were really durty the toilet was sprinkled fecal around the drain shower was clogged when I see that I can’t sleep thinking about we’re I’m slipping on I don’t know when they wash the sheet and blanket I will not recommended this place next time I will prefer to sleep on my car I only sleep 1 hour that night I pay 150 for that night

We did not have a good stay . Our heat was broken and shower was moldy , the WiFi didn’t work and my wife had a terrible allergic reaction to animal hair even though rooms were pet free. It is now 2 days later and my wife’s eye is still severely swollen .

Clean and comfortable.

This establishment did not have our reservation anywhere in their system. Debris all over the floors. Dead bugs on the floor. Very dirty counter tops. No fridge or microwave. Moved into a second room and there was absolutely no hot water. We left and went elsewhere. NO REFUND EITHER. Stay away.

This is probably the most disgusting place I’ve stayed. The bathroom was filthy. The toilet wasn’t cleaned and have urine in it. I ended up packing up and stayed at a holiday inn down the street. You get what you pay for.

First room we were given was not cleaned and had previous visitors trash and used blankets on the bed. The second room we were given had a strong smell of urine in the room and restroom. Other than the cleanliness the motel was affordable and had a great location within distance to the freeway and city experiences.

Was in a “non smoking” room forst thing we smelt was smoke so i started cleaning all the walls and YELLOW came off!!! Everything was dirty not cleaned well so i took it upon myself and grabbed cleaning stuff and rags from the cart and cleaned top to bottom because it was clear it wasnt cleaned well. Dusty floor not swept good or mopped little hairs in shower and piss under toilet seat. Disinfected everything just to be safe! Bed was alright but stains on sheets had no other choice unless we wanted to loose what we paid. It was very quiet though we slept good but left at 8am just wanted to get home and shower.

I asked about the location of a restaurant I wanted to eat at and she was totally unhelpful just stating that well I just go down the street and that’s all I know. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels and the person at the desk always has recommendations for eating accommodations and how to get to them! When I got to the room, the television was not working. I left to go to the show I was going to see and I told them to work it out and by the time I got back, it was fixed. There were numerous cigarette butts (looked like about 100 all in one location) on the property just left there as well as a water leak that created quite a puddle. I had to tiptoe to get to my car.There was a very serious hole in the parking lot that if I had had my Corvette, we would have been high centered. Only one ice machine worked out of two. When I came out in the morning to leave there was a domestic violence dispute going on in the parking lot. This property is under new ownership and they have a serious challenge ahead of them to fix these many problems.

It is a motel six. I’ll say I did have an issue with the A/C and they actually came down real fast and fixed it. 👍

A bargain but you get what you pay for. We travel with our own pillows, a blanket, earplugs and eye masks. Used them all.

Bad WiFi connection

A comfortable bed, quiet room and and lots of hot water, but overall a pretty tired hotel that could use a lot of upgrading. That being said, it served its purpose for a one night stay.

>first night Thursday, noisy drunks in parking lot. 2nd night lost power for hours. No wi-fi. Power restored but no wifi. 3rd morning, still no wi-fi. Office said they can't fix it until Monday. I did not stay 3rd night, Saturday. Office was then locked up and everyone was putting there cards in the office slot. Never had a worse stay.

The room is sparsely furnished, but clean. No extra pillow or blanket, coffee maker or refrigerator. No frills. For a single’s stay, it is fine. The motel is attractive but sandwiched between busy roads, relatively quiet. At night, the room is not really dark, as light leaks around the curtains. The price is right.

I did not stay there. I left at check in. The person at the counter was rude and uncaring. After the interaction, I chose to leave and find accommodations somewhere else.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I arrived for check in after booking and paying online, the night attendant Renee stared to check me in and then said i have to pay a $100 deposit, and then a separate $50 deposit. I questioned why and could not get a straight answer this guy was high out of his mind I honestly thought it was a joke. He then proceeded to tell me his credit card system sometimes charges people double so it would be easier for him if i would go to the local liquor store and just give him the $150 in cash that way he didnt have to refund it to my card. I told him i was absolutely not doing that and he can charge the card on file. He had trouble doing this so i had to then give him my physical card where he then hand wrote my card number and information down, then took pictures on his phone with it. He then told me, i will give you one more chance to go take money out of the atm now or your gonna have a hard time to get the deposit bavk, he said he didnt know if his manager would even be able to for a month or so and sometimes people never get their deposits bak at all. I insisted he use the card. Come morning i go to the front desk for check out. I ask the lady at the front about of what happened last night was standard practice and learned not only do they not charge a deposit, they also do not accept any cash for rooms ever!!! I have called the poloce and filed a formal investigation. This place is not right they need to be shut down

This property changed hands - it is now a Super-8. They didn't have my reservation even though I had already paid. I had to cancel the old reservation and make a new one. After an hour at the front desk, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Back to the front desk. Next room was clean but no fridge. Took a shower, after which the exhaust fan in the bathroom began to leak water. I went to work the next daty and when I came back the room was flooded. Onto room #3, which was actually nice. Grounds were filthy. Jasmine at the front desk tried to be helpful, but the place is beyond awful. I

Upon arrival an officer was arresting a homeless individual for disorderly conduct. I checked in and got my room key for room 242. I went to my room and had to climb over a homeless person shacked up at the foot of the stairs like it was their home. They started to complain saying how come I woke them up when i stepped over them. I immediately did not feel safe. I put my key inside to open the door and the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and got a new card. It did not work again so i called the front desk and waited half an hour to have somebody come to my room and tell me that someone was either inside my room sleeping or the door was malfunctioning. The staff told me to go back to the front desk to be given another room. I grab my suitcase and walk all the way back to the front. Then they tell me that im going to be assigned room 241 the room right next door. So for the third time I had to walk to the front desk and back all the way to the back of the building passing homeless people sleeping all along the parking. I will never ever stay at a motel 6 again. It took over an hour to get into my room after driving 8 hours from Los Angeles to santa rosa. horrible conditions horrible service.

This property was nothing like the pictures. It was dirty and felt extremely unsafe. There was a How to Avoid Human Trafficking awareness sign posted on a dirty wall in the front office. When I went to check in the staff started the conversation with “your room won’t have a microwave or a fridge and there are none available so I can’t switch you.” She was unclear about the policies of the hotel and I was asked to sign a waiver saying the hotel wasn’t liable for any damage or stolen items if I left them locked in my room. I left promptly and literally want my cancellation fee back bc this was false advertisement at best.

Property not well maintained. There were police on site numerous times throughout the stay.

Guest were fighting in the parking at 4am. The front office did nothing about it .

The people at the front desk have always been very polite. When I need a quick, cheap flop, I've gone there. I've stayed at the property a few times - twice a conflict or other disturbance between guests has disturbed me. Once someone was sleeping/staying in a staircase.

Good location

The hotel was closed when we got there with a number to call to schedule a different motel 6, we go there, they say since I prepaid I will have to call this other number spend 15 mins in this sketchy parking lot for them to tell me sorry I prepaid but I’ll have to pay again if I want a room for them to charge me $50 more that I paid originally. It was midnight I just wanted to go to bed after being out in the sun all day but I will never book online again and the hotel room was dirty with no coffee pot but I could get over that if I didn’t end up $300 into a hotel room

This was the most bare bones motel I have ever had. Wooden floor with not even a tiny throw rug by the bed one sheet one blanket. No extra blanket available. No little coffee pot, no hot water pot. No shampoo, no hair dryer, the tv had 6 channels The clerk in the office was courteous. Coffee was offered in the office in the morning. No food. The room was clean though and ok just for one night. School bus drove around the property in the morning
