The bedspread had holes & stains. The towels were thin & left white pilling on us when we dried off. I noticed the holes where towels are kept in the bathroom were dirty. There aren’t convenient outlets to charge things. There was a big banner that said “heated pool” but it was frigid. When my grandson went in, his lips were blue. It is pet-friendly & the front desk guy was very nice. They offered us clean towels daily. There is an ice machine & coffee is offered in the morning, vending machines too. Lots of nearby places to grab something to eat. It is freeway-close and the price is right!

Parking our rented U-Haul truck has never been too easy, just in front of our room at the first floor! The lady at the check in counter is very nice & understanding to customers! A safe place to spend the night for travelers!

They were correct in that it had 2 beds. The room was small and the door was broken, it flopped around at the bottom and the security lock was held in place by 2 loose screws. The bathroom vent was hanging by its wires and was very noisy. The fridge functioned but all the bars and racks to hold things on the door were missing. The continental breakfast was coffee or hot chocolate. The pool had moss growing on the steps and corners. It was cold so that felt good after a long run. It was a place to sleep and shower. That’s the good things.

Love the area! No microwave, frigerator had no shelves, Pool area needs to be repainted. Some green algae at the bottom of the pool. Only coffee in the morning. Staff was very nice and polite. Repainting of parking lot was being done. TV had many channels.

This property gets alot of traffic. It is very rundown. My room specifically, had a broken door with poor repair. The window frame was falling off. The lamp shades were dirty and had holes in them. The linen and towels were wore and had stains. The only highlight was the parking was fully lit and the staff was as receptive to my concerns as possible, but ultimately this Motel fell short of even budget standards. Unfortunately, St George is blowing up in size and all the other hotels are way over priced for what you get. I recommend staying in Mesquite or up the road in Cedar City.

It was midnight by time we checked in. So with that being said the room smelled like cat pee. There was blood on the bathroom floor and one of the beds had what looked like boogers or mouse poop on the sheet. There was this yellow substance running down the walls

They had only one room available a smoking room and it was disgusting it smelled like stale cigarettes the bathroom was dirty hair om the showe and hair om the towels the floor was filthy the sheets were disgusting the bedding was stained the curtains were gross and dirty. Room was not clean shower had lots of mold and staining. Linens were stained. Some dust. Smelled of BO, stale cigarette smoke, and Indian food. There was only one single plug available at the desk area. Upon making the reservation, I requested a ground floor and late checkout. I understand if they can’t accommodate, but didn’t even review my request. There’s $100 deposit required at check in, but it’s not mentioned in the details or website. There were bulbs burnt out in the room. The shower is small and the shower head sprayed water out towards the bathroom floor. It was coming out of a leak at the base of the head and the shower curtain couldn’t stop it. The mattresses were way beyond needing replaced. It’s almost liked they used boxed springs as the top mattresses because you could feel the coils. When I checked in, they failed to scan the key card. So I had to debate leaving my stuff (and my dog) at the room door, loading it all back in my vehicle, or carrying it all back to the office to wait in line to get a new key card - all up and down stairs. I do like their pet policy and nice pet area. I won’t be back.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Felt like the springs were coming out. The double beds were more like big twins. Office staff were very helpful in getting us the conjoining room for my kids. The shower in our room had too big of a shower head.

Pros- Convenient, lots of place to eat , and close to highway , staff was efficient , didnt had any problems with them Cons - The room had a bad smell to it and the beds weren't conformable, you can actually feel the springs on the mattress and were noise

We literally slept on stacked box spring beds. No comfort at all. There is no air conditioning and we couldn’t open a window. Thank goodness we stayed in fall weather, otherwise I don’t think we’d make it in the summertime.

For the most inexpensive motel in town, it was relatively comfortable and clean. The rooms are small and you can hear through the walls and through the doors. Not much sound proofing. Luckily I sleep like a rock. Blankets and sheets had stains but I think they were washed at least. No funny smells. Otherwise, the rooms are clean.

Condition of the room was excellent; except bathroom light above sink didn’t work. Issue was clientele. Two van loads of guests drank and smoked until 11 pm partying from multiple rooms. It was loud and sometimes menacing.

Manager would not let us check in @ 12. He said to come back in an hour. The hotel looks to have plenty of rooms & few cars in parking lot. Other employee made it seem like he was being stingy to not let us check in early. When we came back to check in he’s was unfriendly and rude. I felt like a child being scolded by my parents. Like he didn’t trust that there were just 2 of us, that we didn’t smoke, & that we didn’t have any animals. It felt like the 3rd degree. Will not be staying here again.

When we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation. After showing our Expedia reservation, the young man checking us in said we were not registered. After calling Expedia, while on the line, the clerk then asked how we spell our last name, only then did he say we did have a reservation. That took 30 minutes. Then when we went to the room, the room key did not work. We went back to the front desk. He came and tried to open the room. He could not open the room either. So he put us in another room. It was a smoking room. Back to the front desk to get another non-smoking room. Finally in our room 1 hour after checking into the motel, we tried to turn on the TV - no luck. The next day we discovered the only way we could turn on the TV was to do so manually. The next day we attended our convention and after returned to our room. We were locked out again. We were told somone else was in our room. When we asked the clerk where were are belongings, he went to the room, and no one else was in the room. We stayed in the room for the balance of the trip.

We felt just fine with our room! Clean, well supplied with towels and necessities. Needed a filtered, cold water bottle machine in lobby to go with ice machine , to refill water bottles. We had a very pleasant stay and the rose garden was amazing!

Our room's door was broken and we couldn't use our key cards to get in. We had to call the maintenance man every time we wanted to get back into our room. They said they'd try to switch us rooms. The hotels.com app said they had rooms available for the next day though I know they were busy. We called the next day to follow up but they seemed to put in little to no effort to get us switched and never followed up with us about it. We weren't offered any kind of discount or compensation for it. The room smelled musty and there was a moth in it. My husband though it smelled like urine but I'm not sure that's what it was. They did not have extra pillows and the pillows they did have in the room were very flat. My neck hurt the next day. There are no "microwaves available upon request". But there is one next to the front office for use. Definitely not ever returning to this motel.

Our room's door was broken and we couldn't use our key cards to get in. We had to call the maintenance man every time we wanted to get back into our room. They said they'd try to switch us rooms. The hotels.com app said they had rooms available for the next day though I know they were busy. We called the next day to follow up but they seemed to put in little to no effort to get us switched and never followed up with us about it. We weren't offered any kind of discount or compensation for it. The room smelled musty and there was a moth in it. My husband though it smelled like urine but I'm not sure that's what it was. Staff wasn’t friendly. Furniture was dirty and broken. Bath shower was filthy appeared to have not been cleaned.Toilet water was running all night. I had to plug in the refrigerator and had to figure out how to use the tv! At checkout agent didn’t even ask how everything was.Employees were sitting in the lobby using their phones. Would appreciate a call back my experience was horrible.

For the price of stay, there is value, however, St. George is a popular place for events or to visit and this will affect the price making for sudden jumps in cost depending on the day or weekend for a night stay without added value for what you get.

It was great for my one night stay traveling through town. I am not sure I would stay for a long period. The place didnt feel super safe for a single woman traveling alone. The place was clean, people were nice and it worked great for me and my dogs.

With 1 million hotels in the area I would prefer to pay a little bit more money and have a nicer place to stay. There was no filtered water no hot water stains on the comforter and just a very rundown property. The people that work there tried their best, but it’s just to run down. There was no coffee as stated in the advertisement definitely no breakfast Very inexpensive but for 12 more dollars you can get a much better value elsewhere.

The bedspread had holes & stains. The towels were thin & left white pilling on us when we dried off. I noticed the holes where towels are kept in the bathroom were dirty. There aren’t convenient outlets to charge things. There was a big banner that said “heated pool” but it was frigid. When my grandson went in, his lips were blue. It is pet-friendly & the front desk guy was very nice. They offered us clean towels daily. There is an ice machine & coffee is offered in the morning, vending machines too. Lots of nearby places to grab something to eat. It is freeway-close and the price is right!

They were correct in that it had 2 beds. The room was small and the door was broken, it flopped around at the bottom and the security lock was held in place by 2 loose screws. The bathroom vent was hanging by its wires and was very noisy. The fridge functioned but all the bars and racks to hold things on the door were missing. The continental breakfast was coffee or hot chocolate. The pool had moss growing on the steps and corners. It was cold so that felt good after a long run. It was a place to sleep and shower. That’s the good things.

Love the area! No microwave, frigerator had no shelves, Pool area needs to be repainted. Some green algae at the bottom of the pool. Only coffee in the morning. Staff was very nice and polite. Repainting of parking lot was being done. TV had many channels.

This old hotel was grungy and run-down. It's a crime to charge over $100 per night for a place so awful-looking. The room itself was adequate (except for the holes in the blanket) -- the hardwood floor was nice, but the shower was basically the size of a phone booth. The exterior needs a serious cleaning/power washing, paying attention to corners and edges. Also, the "breakfast" was coffee and hot chocolate (no tea). Laundry was $3 per load (washer or dryer). I'm finding another nicer place to stay next time.

The room smelled like smoke SO STRONGLY. I had to get my gf's perfume and spray it everywhere to get it to smell ok. The room looked like it hadn't been swept for a while and the desk looked dirty. However, I will admit that everything worked how it was supposed to. For example the fridge and everything in the bathroom worked and the towels were clean and I got sealed soap so that was good. Another positive was the AC worked perfectly, I was always a good temperature

Can’t complain too much for being the least expensive place in town. Everything worked and it was reasonably clean except the toilet was completely uncleaned. It had urine all over the sides and poop smears in the bowl. Yeah, pretty gross. So apparently doing the sheets/towels and picking up trash is the extent they go between guests. If you just need a place to sleep, this will suffice.

The room did not look anything like the pictures advertised. There was mold on the vent in the room. There were holes in the window curtains. The door did not close all the way so we could hear everything outside and smell people smoking out side all night. The room was incredibly dirty and dusty. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. The bathroom had hair stuck to the floor. If we had not been in a hurry to get to an event we would have requested our money back and gotten room somewhere else.
