The staff at this facility was fantastic and super friendly. Everything was fairy clean and in good condition. The pool are cleanand the pool very nice. The main issue we had with our stay was that the small refrigerator was noisy and it kept us from getting a good rest. Maybe that could be looked into for the next visitor.

As advertised: clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was lovely. Not close to the highway, so quiet as a result. Good value!

Early checkin. 24 hour coffee and lemon water. Very quiet. Friendly staff at checkin and breakfast. Good breakfast. Good beds and shower. Clean.

1. Inoperable Key Card – Of the two keys issued, one did not function, creating inconvenience and raising questions about security protocols. 2. Unsanitary Room Condition – The sole garbage receptacle was already full upon check-in, containing another guest’s discarded food, including barbeque chicken wings. This is a clear violation of health and sanitation standards. 3. Non-Functioning Phone – The in-room telephone was inoperable, allegedly due to a “system reboot” (for 3 days). We were not informed of this at check-in, depriving us of any ability to contact the front desk or emergency services from our room. 4. Defective Security Lock – The room’s deadbolt did not work, leaving us unprotected during our stay. This represents a serious breach of duty to provide safe and secure accommodations. 5. Elevator Access Denied – At checkout, were informed that the elevator was out of service and instructed to use the stairs. Only after protest (because of disability issues) did the manager personally escort us via the elevator, confirming that it was, in fact, operational. This was not only misleading but discriminatory in effect, creating unnecessary stress and hardship. 6. Manager’s Refusal to Provide Corporate Contact Information – When I requested a corporate or upper management phone number, the property manager (“Harry”) pointed dismissively at the Lucite stand and walked away. I'm still waiting to hear from Hotels.com, whom I paid for this reservation.

The people were very nice and their breakfast wasn't bad. If I have to stay at Monmouth again. I would stay at this place. Plus they also have a pool.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful and near the doors 🚪. Complimentary breakfast 😋 was excellent. Frankie was a treat at the front desk

Desk clerk was very on top of her job and welcoming and the state went very nice my grandson and I had a great time. Except Sunday morning the swimming pool was still under maintenance and he was little bummed.

Super clean

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, and never had issues, but this time was different. The toilet in our room had not been cleaned and we found multiple hairs in one of the beds. Even the carpet seemed like it had not been cleaned recently.

Top of wardrobe/closet was very dusty. Coffee maker in room but no bottled water. Coffee downstairs at lobby area was very weak. Air conditioning unit was very noisy. The day before I departed, I noticed that the phone wasn't even plugged into the wall. It's been ten years since my last stay at AmericInn, but I had stayed there many times prior to that, I know it is much older now but not even close to the quality stay it used to be. They do not offer AARP discount, when I asked I was told they don't do any discounts.

The room carpet was absolutely filthy. The light above the sink worked, sometimes. The frig wasn’t cold, and everything was dusty. There were no eggs for breakfast, just high calorie foods, not diabetic friendly.

noisy A/C in first room, next room was better. Computer system was slow. breakfast was good, overall a bit old but not bad for the money.

The carpets were dirty and stained. The bed was hard. There was an oversized chair in the room, that was dirty and warn. Where were the USB ports?? It’s 2025….. put them in the rooms!!!

I didn't like the price gouging for Monmouth graduation weekend. Very expensive for one night. Also the WIFI never worked the whole weekend.

Friendly staff and clean hotel

The hotel billed my credit card for incidentals the day I checked out. 5 days later, the bill was still on my credit card. I had to get Expedia involved to get my money back.

Had a great stay the night before my daughter’s scholarship interview at Monmouth College. Very convenient to campus. Staff were friendly and VERY helpful. Everything was clean. Room had what we needed including access to extra outlets to accommodate cpap machines and charging phones overnight. Very conveniently located to the few places actually in this quiet, small town.

We always look forward to staying here when visiting family or friends. They are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast are amazing. My husband always tips the cook because he enjoys it so much. And if you knew my husband he doesn’t tip just anyone. Will definitely stay here again

It is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is hot with good water pressure. I like that it’s just down the street from the college. It makes it convenient to visit my daughter.

It's clean and close to Monmouth College, which is great when there for school events. I just always think that hotels should have a small table on each side of each bed. They did at least have an outlet on each side. Also, the breakfast options aren't extensive, especially for those, like me, with dietary restrictions.

First time staying at the hotel. Loved it, all day coffee was needed. Breakfast timers were perfect and breakfast offerings were really good.

Breakfast was not good. Only eggs, no choice of sausage or bacon. And very poor portios. At some point nothing was in trades, you had to ask for food. Coffee tasted like just water.
