SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

In town for a wedding and had a great stay.

I booked a specific room and didn't get it. The first room it was conjoined. The neighbors music was very very loud. I perfectly understand we were staying in a hotel there will be noises. Talked to the staff down stairs to tell him I didn't get what I booked. He tells me they don't have any of those rooms available and to try back the next day. I didn't want to move again for the third time so we sucked it up. Two days into our trip the toilet seat broke. They did in fact fix it right away, House keeping was very nice. Didn't know much English but we made it work. The air conditioner was not working properly as well. So the room became stuffy. The pillows were not all the same size some I believe were older
