Grosser Gebäudekomplex mit Tiefgarage zum parken, die Gebühr 10 Euro, endlich mal ein fairer Tarif. Es wurde teilweise renoviert, dennoch insgesamt Charme aus der Vergangenheit. Mein Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, das Bett war in Ordnung, die Fenster leider weder von innen, noch von außen geputzt. im Bad gibt es noch die gute alte Badewanne zum duschen, sonst ok. Auch ein Wasserkocher mit Teeauswahl gibt es im Zimmer. Das Frühstück als Inklusivleistung geht in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren alle sehr freundlich. Im Barbereich/Restaurant gibt es zu fairen Preisen einfache Gerichte.

Vi bokade Mercury Hamm under värmebölja eftersom det angavs att AC fanns på rummet. Dt som sades vara en AC, I taket), gav ingen kyla alls, bara en mycket svag fläkt. Samma sak på andra rum som förevisades. En portabel AC skulle ordnas men visade sig vara en fläkt med isklampar som lät som en trasig raketmotor. Bokad extrasäng och handdukar fick vi efterlysa. En fruktansvärt varm natt med usel luft följde... Smutsiga fönster, delvis påtagligt slitet rum. Frukosten var riklig.

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Nach mehreren Aufenthalten und unterschiedlichen Zimmern gab es immer Mängel. (z. B. Abblätternde Farbe, defekte Türzagen, Schimmel an Silikonfugen, defekter Duschkopf). Der Zustand passt nicht zu den aufgerufenen Preisen.

Vi havde været på hotellet ugen før på 5 sal, super fint. 👌 Denne gang (4 sal) var jeg dog noget skuffet over sengene, da de virkede noget over brugt/slidt. Man lå i en fordybning, og kurven gjorde at de ikke kunne bruges som dobbeltseng da der var kæmpe revne imellem. Endte med at sove på børneopredningen med min 4 md, men de var desværre også ukomfortable hårde og man kunne mærke fjederne..

Ebenso freundlicher wie professioneller Check-in. Geräumiges Zimmer, moderne Möblierung, bequeme Betten. Badezimmer recht altbacken und verbesserungswürdig in der Sauberkeit. Nachts sehr ruhig (trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof). Schöner, moderner Saunabereich + Fitnessbereich im 7. OG - leider ohne Wasserspender.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer war wunderbar groß, jedoch das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche war sehr klein bzw. die Duschwand extrem kurz. Im Hotel war es nachts ruhig. Wir haben jedoch mit offenem Fenstern geschlafen, was durch den Straßenlärm nicht so leise war. Das Frühstück war großartig. Es war alles da was man sich wünscht.

Checked in to the hotel after 22.00 Saturday evening. As the restaurant was closed, we asked for help to find somewhere else. The night receptionist (asian looking man) was very helpful and gave us a few suggestions. All staff we met spoke English. All in all a very pleasant experience

Unser Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Lage ist super und es war ruhig. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Manko war das es im Frühstücksraum ziemlich kühl war und es beim vegetarischen Aufstrich und beim Gebäck keine Auswahl gab.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentrumsnah und nah am Bahnhof. Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes Frühstück und gute Unterbringung für unsere Fahrräder. Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem, lediglich das Badezimmer war ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

Uitstekend verblijf en service! Ons verblijf was simpelweg fantastisch. Vanaf het moment van inchecken tot het uitchecken werden we uitstekend geholpen door het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De service was van topkwaliteit en overtrof onze verwachtingen. De locatie was perfect, en ook de faciliteiten waren uitstekend onderhouden. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk, wat elke dag een geweldige start gaf. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een zorgeloos en luxe verblijf. We komen hier zeker terug!

AC wasnt working in the first night and they were not any other available room. So i had to sleep in a non ac room with a fan Once they moved me to another room on the second and last night, the ac was on but very low. It was a bit step up from a fan. Breakfast was mediocre

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur leider war alles für Gruppen reserviert, dass man als Hotelgast nicht wusste wo man sich nun hinsetzen durfte.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da aber Preis war super und das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön. Das Frühstück war mit viel Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder

No AC on the room but with the cool weather, i was able to use the fan and opened the window, until the noisy construction started tk wake you up. They promised to look into the AC but noone came to give me an update if the ac was indeed broken or if they had fixed it (still used outside air and fan to avoid disappointment) Breakfast was the same thing everyday. No wifi and poor cell service in my room 307. I had to work from the lobby so i can get wifi for my laptop and to get on zoom calls. Very inconvenient
