Very clean, great staff, and good breakfast…

Die Hotelmanagerin (ich glaube, ihr Name war Mia) war meinen Bedürfnissen gegenüber sehr entgegenkommend. Ich hatte am nächsten Morgen einen frühen Flug, und sie war bereit, mir ein früheres als übliches Frühstück zu organisieren. Ausserdem half sie mir, einen frühen Transport am nächsten Morgen zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis zu arrangieren, da ich mir nicht sicher war, ob es zu dieser frühen Stunde einfach sein würde, ein Grab Auto zu rufen.

Arrived around 10pm and it was no problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t have done anything more for you. The room was exactly as described. Clean and modern. Check out was easy and breakfast was really good. A selection of dishes then fruit for dessert. The owners even paid for our taxi free of charge. I would definitely stay here again 🌟

I was there maybe only for five hours before catching a red eye flight but found the room to be clean and comfortable. What stood out for me was the hospitality extended by the woman at the front desk, Mia (sp?). Not only did she upgrade my room to one with a bigger bed (knowing that I wouldn’t be spending the night) but she also offered to spot me the cost of dinner a few places down that was cash only. Furthermore, when I asked about a snack I was looking to buy and bring home she offered to take me on her motor bike to the local store to see if they carried it. She again spotted me the money since the store was cash only and let me pay her back via credit card. Everyone in the hospitality industry has been incredibly nice but Mia truly went above and beyond. I highly encourage you to support this small local business which is a quick and easy car ride to Noibai International Airport.

Great stay; great breakfast; great staff; and airport shuttle. What more could you want?!
