hot water was sporadic. controls on Heater/AC were broken. almost impossible to engage shower. empty vending machines. one microwave oven, outside the room, for the entire floor.

Absolutely nothing special. A place to lay your head for the night. I called ahead of time to make sure the pool/hot tub were open only to find the pool ice cold and the hot tub barely warm. Nothing fancy. BARE MINIMUM.

The property is run down. The lock on the door didn’t work. The 3rd balcony feels like it’s leaning and the elevator is terrifying. It automatically shuts on you without any kind of notice. The room wasn’t the cleanest. We found empty cans under the bed and some random socks. The hot tub bubbles do not work. Soda machine doesn’t work. There are also lots of spider webs with black widows and my daughter ran into large rat on the stairs. Apparently he’s terrified of the elevator as well. Otherwise, the staff was really nice and the area was really quiet.

The guy who checked us in was gruff, rude, non chalant The pool was full of people that look like they lived there instead of just visiting. The pool is incredibly tiny.... exaggerate a size in your head and that's the exact size.... TINY.... The floor upstairs are bowing i.e. falling in on the walkways. The elevator almost crushed my 4 year old and my self. The room was disgusting..... i could tell.... ( from experience and knowing smells) Someone died in that room or bled out and they didn't clean the room properly at ALL..... it wreaked of biohazard.... We asked for anther room we were told it was unavailable. The linen, disgusting. Bathroom disgusting Floor disgusting Bed disgusting Bathroom disgusting Spiders crawling across the floor The windows look into apartments across the alley. Furniture dirty and dilapidated. They refused to give us our money back so we left Saturday morning and never came back.... They still charged us even after we complained. Don't stay here.... Crack heads and miscreants are roaming around Parking horrible. The plumbing is leaky. Trash..... all trash. I give it ZERO STARS

Good location Poor facilities

This property needs a major renovation to make it clean and comfortable again. It probably once was but now is rundown and uncomfortable. My bedsheets, for example, were wrinkled, not crisp. They may well have been clean but did not feel inviting. Also, I went down to the "lobby" shop area to get a bottle of water at 9 pm and found it closed. A vending machine outside did not work. So, I was forced to walk several blocks to a store to buy was bottle of water. I'll avoid this place on my next visit to the area.

Property is older and needs to be upgraded.

Pool and hot tub dirty rooms not clean bed was broken I had to ask 5 times about the bed they did not change it until my last night had to ask every day for clean towels and to have room cleaned not a good experience at all

Our original room was given away and we were given a room with super steep stairs. The floor in our room was super dirty. There were bugs in the tub and ants on the bed . The gate to the pool did not work. The pool chairs were all tossed together in a pile . The breakfast door was locked and you could only enter if an employee let you in . The cooler case in there was never filled. The good part is all staff were very helpful

Soda and water machine not in good working condition, food store at lobby not accessible. If you need water or snacks you would have to drive three blocks to the nearest store. pool area not working, building is a bit run down but good for the price. Area is safe. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and available. ‘Deluxe’ rooms face Colorado Blvd so they are an excellent option during Rose Parade

I never complain about hotels but this was bad. The bathroom floor and tub had not been cleaned recently. The sink was completely full of water and never drained. I am traveling with my infant son and checked ahead of time online that they have cribs available, only to discover when we arrived late at night that this was a false advertisement. The guy at reception was nice to at least double-check and bring up an extra blanket. Finally, there were exposed, worn-away wires sticking out from the air unit. Super dangerous for a little guy just learning to crawl.

The room had rat poop on the floor, a large rat trap behind the bed. People were loud and so was the room location right above a city bus stop. Office said that if I wanted to change the room I would need to speak with the manager. I had a two day stay. The rooms were not well maintained, sheers too small very old mattress and no mattress cover. Just unsanitary.

Arrived late, checked in through bulletproof glass as if we were at a pawn shop. Dated rooms & dirty halls. Will never make that mistake again.

Room was super dirty ! There were hair balls around the room, looked unswept and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been clean in a long time. During our days here no maintenance was done. Only stayed here because the rooms were non refundable. So disappointed and will definitely not be staying here again.

I would like a refund because:The room (112) was filthy. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The paint was peeling on all the trim. It did not look at all like the photos on the internet. There was a table with unattached top and no chair. The air conditioner was plugged into the only outlet accessible to one of the beds. The sound of the upstairs resident pounded through the ceiling until 11:30 each night.There was a pool of vomit outside our door on the first morning and a homeless person muttering on the brick at the entrance as I was waiting for an uber.

I stayed at room 204 only for one night. It had bed bugs and got beaten on my neck !!! I went to the bathroom and there were small bugs on the floor as well. Very horrible experience. I checked out immediately at 5:00. I would like to get a refund for this horrible stay.

This hotel is on a very loud street and has low end furniture. Rough.

Terrible experience! Was woke up at 2:40 in the morning by the people in the room next door listening to loud music and taking loud. Tried calling front desk but nobody answered! And after many failed attempts to fall back asleep, we got up at 5:00 am and left! Our neighbors were still up partying and being loud. Stopped by the office @ 6:00am but again nobody was available. Horrible experience! Be aware! Unacceptable and disappointed!

Room fridge was unplugged when we got there, WiFi router was sitting on the floor and I know since I am in the business that several manufacturers make in wall access points to clean that up. Damage to bathroom, Tiles broken, curtain hanger was very loose, though nothing major. Basic maintenance would be good.

I wish I could attach photos to this review so you'd understand better: The hotel advertises a "Free Continental Breakfast" but what's served on weekday mornings is a Nutri-Grain bar, a mini-muffin, a Hostess danish wish icing & cream cheese, and an apple. That's all packaged in a Styrofoam plate and handed to you by the front desk staff. No fresh milk nor cream for coffee; they only direct you to use the creamers in your room for coffee. But how about fresh coffee or tea? Nope. You're instructed to use the coffee machine in your room. I wouldn't use mine because the inside was dusty; not sure when last it was used or cleaned. The room was well made but also had a lot of dust in it. I didn't get the feeling the room nor the bathroom was clean. Another dissatisfying feature was the wifi which stopped working many times. On a 5-night stay at the hotel, only there in the evenings to early mornings, and within those periods on several days, the wifi didn't connect. Or it would be on for a while and then go off - sometimes for up to 30 minutes. The message it would give indicated it was "full" or something; can't remember the exact wording. I had a lot of work to do so was stranded. 'Twas definitely a disappointing experience. Only good things for me were the air-conditioning which functioned well, and the pillows which were soft. Oh, and the morning front desk staff member was helpful. Apart from these, I'd never want to return there nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone.

The room itself was okay for the price, but the refrigerator didn’t work, and they couldn’t offer a different room, only that someone could come check it the next day. Also a used coffee bag was left in the maker.

The property is old and needs more up keep but doesnt seem to get it.the rooms need new drapes, head boads and beds. Overall not terrable but not worst.

WiFi did not work and hotel did not care to address my concern.

The fridge in my room was broken and leaking water because the ice inside had melted. The shower didn't work well; the pressure was weak, and the water was tepid.

I accidentally booked the wrong day on Oct 27th and then rebooked the current days this past weekend for the soccer game at RoseBowl for a two day stay. I am disappointed with staff that they wouldn’t refund my money for Oct 27th and it’s not like they didn’t receive money from me from a two day stay. I will not recommend staying here as they do not work with their customers and checking in took 45 mins.

They nickel and dime the hell out of you! If you arrive half an hour early and want to check in, that’s a fee. If you want a courtesy noon checkout (rather than the obscenely punitive 11am checkout) - that’s another fee. Staff wasn’t the most cheerful either. You’d think you were staying at the Ritz but it’s just the Ramada. And candidly, I could do without the admonition that I am to have no guests. What hotels say that at check in? Needless to say, the Travelodge across the street from here does offer courtesy late checkouts and is also a Wyndham property with far more cheerful employees and no needless commentary as to whom I (a 50 year old man) choose to bring to my overpriced but comfortable hotel room.

I requested to shorten my stay and the manager on duty wasn’t there at the evening and also in the morning to talk with Expedia staff. After persisting, I finally got out of there. Not recommend. Dinning is also hard to find nearby. Everything is close at 9:00pm.

Pasadena was a hot couple days outdoors but indoors was a cool and comforting stay. The young lady in the lobby who checked me in was quick and nice. I'll be back*

Great staff very attentive. And the breakfast was very good for the price. I recommend it.

Nobody would answer the phone in the front desk. Called multiple times and just rang until it hung up. The little shop was closed and doors locked for front desk area. Room was janky and the bed was wobbly I almost fell off the bed. Bed constantly was creaking with any movement. Baseball team was there while we stayed and they kept slamming doors next to our room all night. Really loud neighbors so couldn't really sleep and my 10 year old had a hard time getting any rest. Our door you had to shove from the inside to get it closed all the way. Parking lot in back had random people walking through didn't know if my vehicle was going to be safe or not. Overall I would not stay here unless I absolutely had no other options if I needed to be in Pasadena.

The goods: The staff was very nice and attentive. Very professional. The towels and sheets and room were clean. The room did not have any bad smells and the AC worked almost too well. It is close to places to eat in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe. Other guests aren’t of the shady nature. The bads: The toilet seat in 305 had a stain on the seat that looked pretty bad. The pool is kind of small but was not too cold, so that was good. The hot tub was not hot only warm and the jets did not work. Big hot tub though. I missed breakfast by 10 min so go early before 9:30am. The gentleman was nice enough to get me a coffee even though I was late. So I appreciate that.

Broken shower curtain rod, shower fixture coming off the wall, limited internet and passwords not accurate and working, "breakfast included" not accurate as it\'s only on weekends, grab and go breakfast a joke, noisy.

The check-in process was very slow. Apparently there was a new system. It stated breakfast was included but there was no breakfast provided. I was told they don’t provide breakfast during the week so that was disappointing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room’s could definitely use some updates.
