Not so good. Rougher part of town than expected. Was looking forward to using the hot tub and was not advised during booking or check in that it was out of service. Breakfast was ok, but everything else seemed run down and lacking in quality considering the price and location.

We’re traveling through from Clarkston and I have to admit the condition of the building on the outside doesn’t look great but the room was really nice. The people that operate this Ramada in Spokane are probably some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. It’s a bummer that the hot tub wasn’t working, but the swimming pool was nice And the beds are great.

Cool Older property, dated but clean. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and pool was closed for maintenance the entire stay. Downtown, so convenient but somewhat sketchy and rundown. Staff was great and view from breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to beds.

The hotel was good for a weekend stay. Staff was really attentive and did a good job with what they had. The beds were comfortable, the shower had little water pressure and the drawers were dirty (food crumbs that has not been cleaned) but we enjoyed the stay. The pool was closed and the fitness center was closed. Super big bummers but didn't ruin the trip. The Continental breakfast was ok but more choices than sausage to go with eggs would've been nice (bacon, ham).

It was extremely dirty, I don’t think they cleaned the bathroom from the previous guest. The coffee pot supplies were not replaced. The bedspread and some pillows had spots (blood) on them. Very disappointed.

The hotel and property were definitely old and in need of updating. Furniture beat up, broken shower tiles, missing pictures on the walls, etc. We booked two rooms and one didn't have a shower curtain or operational shower, the other room had dirty towels. Our reservation was for two nights and we found a different hotel after the first night. Would not recommend.

While all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was dirty. We were there for 2 nights and on our second night we found a bed bug in our bed. The evening staff member was very nice and understanding, so she immediately relocated us to a new room. However, even this room seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. It was just annoying to have to pay full prices for such an uncomfortable, inconvenient stay. No credit or discount was offered at checkout the following day. Because of all this, we will be avoiding this location in the future.

For starters our bed had hairs when we arrived. Also the pool was closed by the health department for not meeting health standards since April 8th. Carpets were staying and very dirty! The trash can outside caught on fire as we were arriving and the staff run outside to put the fire off so no one was in the reception and had to wait for them to come back in! This place was a mess and will never ever come back

Checked in at 9pm, 1st room that we were given had garbage on the floor and the beds unmade. The 2nd room we were given was fine except the shower had no shower curtain. For the price we paid we would not stay here again.

The room and lobby were clean, and staff were nice. The facilities were just old and not updated/upkept. For example, drop down ceiling panels on room from the 70s (?), and in some cases with water stains on them. But, sheets, floors, and surfaces were clean. My impression was of an aging hotel where investments to modernize have not been made, but they make the best if it by keeping it clean and friendly. Its also in a not great part of town. Overall, a reasonable place to stay if you want a relatively low priced place to stay. Just dont expect anything fancy, at all.

The five-star staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is easy to get to and area was as expected. The bathroom needs an update. The fixtures are shabby and there was zero counter space - though it was very clean. Overall it was good value.

The checkin process was a nightmare. 20 people in line, an hour plus after checking in time. Rooms were not ready…one of the employees showed up late, drunk or on drugs. Utter chaos. I have been stalling on doing this review because the staff was amazing! So I feel bad that the room/property has gone downhill. The check in staff and manager was really great! They had a lot of new staff so I understood when our room had some cleanliness issues. That wasn’t the worst part. If that had been all I wouldn’t say anything else. But the room itself needs some renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was rusty. (The slats between the ceiling tiles) the curtain in the bedroom was torn in half. There were two mini fridges for some reason? One where it belonged and one on the floor. The beds were not at all comfortable. And honestly the worst part of all was at breakfast. They now have someone standing there telling you how much food you are allowed. What? I’ve never in any other hotel ever before and I’ve stayed there before and never had that happen before. We had a small issue with having no remote and the manager was amazing bringing us a new one and setting it all up. I told her about the messiness and she cleaned it up and took pictures and is going to train the staff better. Like I said, no complaints with the staff as they were wonderful and they can’t help the state of some things. That’s an owner thing and it needs fixed. But don’t have people hover over breakfast and tell us how much to eat. That one got me.

Hotel itself was clean but low budget. Nothing like the pictures portrayed however the staff was all above average. Friendly, helpful, welcoming, and much more. They were, probably some of the greatest overall team of hotel staff I've come across. They made the stay better than the disappointment of the quality of hotel was. They were superb.

The are is in the outskirts of the city but only a stone throw away from Gonzaga University. The hotel is located in an industrial area but it feel safe. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. One of the major pluses is that the hotel is dog friendly, and that made our stay the best.

This property was perfect for our overnight stay. A few things around the hotel were showing some wear & tear, like the carpet in the halls and some of the door edges. Expected with an older hotel but certainly did not disrupt our visit. Enjoyed the hot tub briefly & breakfast was nice.

I’ve returned here several times and have always been satisfied. Service and rooms have always met my needs. Check in is quick and love the convenience of the little store there for snacks or cold drinks . The breakfast is always good with a good variety. The lady of the breakfast area is friendly and helpful quickly refilling something when it runs out for her guests .

It was a cheap enough stay, but there was nothing near it that was interesting at all. Their "gift shop" seemed to be in the middle of construction, and there were no instructions for any breakfast or dinner accommodations. Otherwise, the staff was WONDERFUL and the room was VERY clean.

Contenential breakfast was terrible. The breakfast staff were un helpful. They did not have any milk for the kids cereal, the muffins were beyond stale and hard, coffee was hot water. The pool advertised was closed. Location in an industrial area, lots of "foot traffic" around.

The hotel was good for a weekend stay. Staff was really attentive and did a good job with what they had. The beds were comfortable, the shower had little water pressure and the drawers were dirty (food crumbs that has not been cleaned) but we enjoyed the stay. The pool was closed and the fitness center was closed. Super big bummers but didn't ruin the trip. The Continental breakfast was ok but more choices than sausage to go with eggs would've been nice (bacon, ham).

The staff are personable and accommodating. I forgot something in my room after checkout, and they retrieved it for me right after I called. The actual building is, in a word, janky. The building overall is clearly in need of renovation: stained hallway carpets, a hole near the wall behind the toilet in my room, an elevator with a missing button and whose door opens and closes at a snail's pace. My bed was comfortable and appeared clean. However, the bathroom did not appear super clean. I opted not to take a shower there since I was only staying for one night. By extension, I chose not to use the pool. The breakfast was edible, I suppose. When I looked at the fruit, it was just green apples, red delicious apples, and a sad-looking banana.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. The entire property appeared filthy, old, run-down, and severely neglected. The photos shown on the hotel’s website and booking sites are completely deceiving and do not accurately represent the actual condition of this property. What we saw in person looked nothing like what was advertised online. There appeared to be drug and gang-related activity around the property, which made the entire area feel extremely unsafe. The fact that the property is surrounded by a locked security fence only added to that feeling. After seeing the actual condition of the hotel and the surroundings, I refused to stay there. I did not feel safe or comfortable even checking in. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially to families or anyone traveling with children. The entire experience was unacceptable, and potential guests should know that the online photos do not show the reality of this property

There’s a gate at the main entrance that states that it closes at night, that in itself isn’t the best introduction. Inside hallways are dark and rooms are very badly lit. Room cleanliness left much to be desired, there was hair and stains on the sheets, a bug on the window that I had to kill, and extremely dusty curtains. I just wouldn’t stay here again. It was affordable but that’s all it has going for it.
