DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield

Parking was horrible. The room was dirty and the bed was absolutely terrible to sleep on!

We booked a standard king with a shower. We was given a double with a tub. The reason was over booking. I felt like I should have been given some kind of a discount since they didn’t give me what I paid for.

Excellent and efficient front desk team member at check in. Very nice.

I had a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Everything felt fresh, organized, and exactly what you’d want after a long day.

Tv did not work and wouldn’t send help!!
