Pleased on how the air smelled clean in the hotel. Breakfast was good too

Everything was excellent, friendly staff the room was very nice and clean

I am trying to be charged for a room. I did not use. I’ve tried to call in to update the date for the reservation. I’m getting no help but being told that I will be charged. This is my first time using this site. This would be my last time using this site and I will definitely be posting about it. This is unacceptable.

Clean and comfortable

No full length mirror. Broken washing machine with no sign. No table in laundry room for folding and sorting. Chair in lobby torn. You can’t see the TV from the bed. I had to beg the staff for a table in the laundry room and a sign. They did do it. Breakfast food over cooked at times. Breakfast attendant doesn’t speak English. A front desk clerk is afraid of dogs, this is a dog friendly hotel. Room doors are very loud.
