I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Room was immaculate. Also quiet between rooms. You don't know you have neighbors.

This place is awful. Our room was dirty. There was a mysterious liquid on the countertop connected to the bed. I wiped it with a towel and it was brown. Couldn’t stay in that room! I went to the front desk and the service was great. The front desk agent was very apologetic and didn’t even question me wanting to change rooms. This was great service. Everything else about this place was terrible. Changed rooms and the next room was a little bit cleaner, but overall, this hotel just needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Mold and rust everywhere. Humid rooms. I know it’s an Inn, but come on dude. The only clean thing was the sheets. I couldn’t sleep because I could hear every word and movement from neighbors on both sides. I could even hear them use the bathroom. And why the heck would I eat here if the rooms are that bad, so I cannot tell you about their breakfast. Will never be back. I would rather stay in Raleigh which is 2 hours away from where I needed to be and drive back and forth than ever come back to this mess.

The appearance of clean is there at the exterior, however, the property (rooms) is deteriorated with worn furniture, rusting framework, heavy limescale in the shower, and appearance of mold forming in the ceiling. Rate paid definitely did not match the quality. Breakfast options very minimal. Choice brand standards definitely have not been met.

The front desk woman was extremely kind and friendly. We had an issue around 11:15pm with someone banging on our door and running away. It scared me a little since I was not familiar with the area. Room was clean and comfortable.
