It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping.

Decent 4 star hotel outside CHEB. (About 10 minutes/CZK 180 to the centre by taxi). Good pool and spa complex. Reasonable priced food and drinks. Minus points are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the early check out policy.
