We would stay again. The room was large very clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. Had a nice surprise there was a games room with pool table games console and art supplies for children. We don’t have children but we did play pool.

The property was dated but reasonable, doona did not have a cover on it but the bed was comfortable allowing a good night's sleep. The plumbing was noisy whenever the next room turned on a tap, making a high pitched noise.

This was the second time my husband and I have stayed here and the second time we were up on the third (top) floor. No lift and my knees are giving me constant reminders that they don’t like stairs anymore! It was also noisier this time - baby crying through the night, doors banging loudly - walls are very thin! I think we’ll try somewhere else next time we visit Port Macquarie

Booking online was easy and the value for 2 rooms for 2 nights, excellent. On arrival we were greeted by friendly, professional staff. Rooms were in good condition and very clean and tidy. Very good location, easy walk to some of Port’s best beaches. Checkout was just as easy. I am very happy with this stay and location and would very happily book in and stay at the East Port Motor Inn again for future visits to family or business in Port Macquarie.

As far as motor inns go, this is a very pleasant place. I had time for a walk before getting back on the road and it was good to be able to walk on the paths along the beach/bay. The morel is comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful I stayed at East Port Motor Inn a few times now, and will no doubt stay again.

Only an overnight stay on 2 different days a week apart. First room was on the 3rd floor. No lifts meant lugging heavy bags upstairs. Assistance was offered but not taken. Second stay was on the ground floor. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, very good value. The motor inn however advertises a breakfast room, but this has been closed since Covid shutdowns and not re-opened. This needs to be removed as it was one of the reasons, we chose the motor inn.

From the welcome until we left we were most impressed by this hotel. The lady at reception was so friendly with recommendations to watch the waves at the lighthouse and possibly see whales. Unfortunately we didn’t see any but have a great time watching the waves crash against the rocks. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and had a great nights sleep. Would definitely visit again if in the area.
