Clean room, nice breakfast

Very nice rooms we had a two bedrooms full kitchen 2 large bathrooms. I loved the 2 bedroom suite. My daughter and I were there to see Brit Floyd the Pink Floyd tribute band at The Huntington Center about 19 minutes away from the hotel. We had a great time enjoyed the pool, hot tub all of it would do it again!!

The room was clean, comfortable, but no additional bedding or pillows in the room for the pull-out sleeper sofa bed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was quite minimal, only one waffle maker made it difficult to get to, breakfast options were quite minimal. The worst of the trip, the pool area was an absolute disaster. Apparently it’s a frequent thing at this accommodation to have locals book one room, then invite their whole neighborhood to the pool to party all night with their kids. The entire group ruined the afternoon/evening for anyone else attempting to enjoy the common area. The group that took over the pool was extremely rude, insanely loud and left trash and food all over. Hotel management says they do the best they can to monitor it but they aren’t allowed to take much action against it. I will be back in the area a few times a year and will make reservations elsewhere moving forward.

Room was in good condition. Free breakfast until 11 but showed up at 10:15 and everything was gone and they said they weren’t making any new stuff so that was disappointing. Also got charged a parking fee? I mean, it was only $3 but I’ve stayed at many places and never got charged a fee to park on the property. What if my car wasn’t even there? I literally got dropped off… Was also excited for the hot tub, but it was PACKED. Lots of children too. I think they should implement a rule where kids can be in the pool area until 10 pm so the adults can enjoy the pool / hot tub for an hour at least. I didn’t even bother using the pool or hot tub as there was at LEAST 30 other people in there. Overall, the stay was okay. May or may not book here again.
