Design is futuristic loved it Couldn’t work the lights too complicated Aircon too loud The room is beautiful, would go back but its a bit loud and needs more light, bright Spa is fabulous

The food and spa were over the top amazing!

Beautiful hotel, fantastic design along with an eye catching lobby and bar. The cocktail bar is absolutely perfect and the drinks are very carefully made. I don't recommend going with children. We did not observe any families with small children great room service and the availability is beyond what you can ask for. room cleaning also is great and refreshing when u can come back to a clean room. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, although I was traveling internationally, Roomers can be a great romantic weekend especially with the bar/club downstairs. few things that we didn't like: Early check-in was requested due to my 16 hours flight, and it was strictly said it's due to availability. which makes sense, and since they were booked the day before we were pushed to 3 PM regular check-in time. The issue was that even then it took a little longer as our reserved room was still dirty. It's worth mentioning that they did give us the room shortly after. As we were celebrating we did go to the restaurants one of the nights that we stayed there, although, most of the staff there were amazing and welcoming we particularly had an issue with our server. later on we again had an issue with the room service order we made with the same staff member. However, things were resolved quickly after. We very much appreciated the attention that was immediately given. Other than these everything was fantastic and we truly had a magical vacation there.

Nyt yndlingshotel i Frankfurt. Tæt på hovedbanegården og Frankfurt Messe. Super sød service i receptionen fra start til slut - man kan mærke, at de vil gøre det ekstra der skal til for at opholdet bliver i verdensklasse. Morgenmaden var også virkelig god. Og fitness-rummet var også helt ok udstyret i forhold til andre steder, jeg har prøvet i Frankfurt.

The sauna was wonderful, with great views. Next to river with nice walking trails. Great hotel for solo or couples use but maybe not for small children or families. Very mature settings. I enjoyed my stay, walkable to old town and other places in the city.

Check in was really slow. Even though we arrived at 4pm the room still was not ready. Room was very dark and felt kind of beat up. The highlight is the spa. It’s on the top floor, so beautiful and well maintained. The gym is a bit cramped but good equipment. Overall I think this hotel is not great value for the money.

Et meget bra hotel, veldig hjelpsomme annsatte meget rent rom. Ligger meget sentralt til, 5min å gå fra jernbanestajon.

The property itself is well situated and rooms is adequate. Service was rude- check in took a long time, was unfriendly. I told the manager I was t happy with service because there was a rotting cake as a part of my “welcome” (the cake was clearly there for days) The manager was very rude and kept asking what else was wrong with the room, as if rotting food in it was a small issue. To add insult to injury, they just gave me a new cake in my room as an apology

Das Roomers war einmal ein tolles Design Hotel. Inzwischen ist es abgewohnt und sollte einmal renoviert werden!

Great hotel, very hip and fashionista. Sexy if you will. Unfortunately the rooms are under lit even on max, can’t see properly when getting ready.

Mein Aufenthalt im Roomers Frankfurt war fantastisch! Besonders beeindruckend war der atemberaubende Blick auf die Skyline direkt aus der Badewanne – ein echtes Highlight. Die stilvolle, edle Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels schafft eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Ein weiteres Detail, das mich begeistert hat, ist der sensationelle Duft, der das gesamte Hotel durchzieht und sofort für ein besonderes Wohlfühlgefühl sorgt. Ein perfekter Ort für einen exklusiven Aufenthalt in Frankfurt – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Das Hotel sieht super aus und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Aufgrund der schwarzen Möbel ist das Zimmer sehr schön und elegant allerdings auch sehr dunkel und drückend

... leider kam ich spät an... es war sehr laut (Musik aus Bar oder Art Clubbing); Klima funktonierte nur mässig, sehr mässig. Laut Rezeption gab es ein Upgrade... möchte nicht wissen, wie klein das "normale" Zimmer gewesen wäre... Die Leute waren freundlich... und können ja auch nix dazu, dass spät Nachts die Türen geknallt werden. Ich nicht nochmal... Btw: Fernesher im Zimmer super klein.

Hotel is amazing, staff is great, room was a hit cold but they supplied heater so it was a great experience

Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Konnte am Abreisetag nochmals dss SPA & Dusche nutzen👌. Leider wurde mein Wunsch bzgl. einem ruhigen Zimmer - mit einem Zimmer im 5.OG zur Hauptstrase hin - nicht erfüllt. Sehr reichheiltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen war gut, sllerdings finde ich 10€ für eine 0,75l Wasserflasche unverschäumt.

Feels sleazy, just like the area it’s located in. It was embarrassing to stay there.

Hotel that focuses on quality products and the hotel restaurant has nice food.

Das Roomers ist mit Sicherheit hip, allerdings für mich persönlich zu dunkel. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten mich im Bad zu schminken, da auch dieses zu dunkel gehalten war. Ansonsten alles sehr chic und ansprechend. Das Frühstück halte ich mit 60€ einfach zu teuer und wir sind somit außerhalb frühstücken gewesen.

Generell ist es ein Spitzenhotel in super Lage. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, alles zum erneuten Mal top ! Lediglich die sogenannte "Selekteurin" an einem Abend vor der Bar verwehrte uns den Zutritt. Hier hat man offensichtlich den Bock zum Gärtner gemacht. Keinerlei Feingefühl; stattdessen reine Willkür bei der Selektierung der Gäste. Eine andere zuständige verantwortliche Person war leider nicht zugegen. Es brachte uns auch leider nicht weiter, dass andere Mitarbeiter versuchten sich einzubringen und sich dafür entschuldigten. Wir fuhren dann in eine andere Bar, wo wir noch einen wunderbaren Abend verbringen durften. Ärgerlich auf jeden Fall, da es ein Abschluss eines tollen Geschäftsmeetings werden sollte. Weitere Aufenthalte unserer Firmen werden wir erst einmal nicht mehr im Roomers Frankfurt planen. Sehr schade !
