Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort

Fint hotel, fin lokation, fin pool men værelset var fugtigt og lugtede. Kunne bruge opdatering af værelser og fællesområder.

Fint sted. Poolområdet var virkelig godt. Værelset var temmelig slidt og kunne godt trænge til en opdatering. Beliggenheden var super og tæt på Disney springs.

The room is beautifully remodeled. However we were trapped in the elevator 3 times and had to be rescued. We were on the 6th floor climbing 6 flights of stairs at tje end of a long park day ia no fun as the elevator was stuck again. They day we left we had to haul all of our luggage down 6 flights of ataira because elwvator was stuck again. And we had NO HOT WATER the entire stay.

The hotel is really close to the parks, very convenient and lots of restaurants in the area.

The hotel was fine but a little dodgy and dated. The AC in the room is old and loud. The cleaning staff was really nice and so were the pool attendants. The restaurant inside was closed and food was only available from the pool area, that staff was not great. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly and did not make you feel welcome to the hotel.
