The suite wasn’t at nice this time as last time we stayed, but this is a very good, large hotel which has an executive lounge and everything we need. Repeat customers.

Rooms are clean and internet is fine. Shuttle bus to fair is ok also. Breakfast is basically same every morning. Staff are good Will probably not stay here when going to the fair. Too far and takes almost 2 hrs plus each way. My issue was bus was missing in action. Had to wait another 45 mins so got back to hotel at 830pm maybe a bit later. Cleaning staff were good. Front desk were ok . New guy checked me in. Needs more training when it comes to foreigners.

Hotel com boa estrutura e excelente café da manhã. Faltou um pouco mais de atenção com no chek-in e no check-out, com a ajuda aos hóspedes em relação à movimentação de bagagens. Não foram solícitos quanto a esse tema. O bar que fica no 51º andar possui ambientes separados, porém o som do karaokê é muito alto e atrapalha bastante reuniões nesse local, pois fica difícil estabelecer uma conversa. O cheiro de cigarro nos quartos também foi sentido e isso causou desconforto.

El Hotel tiene muy buenas habitaciones con unas vistas increibles. La cama es buena y tambien el baño es bueno. El desayuno es muy variado y perfecto para un occidental. El resto es muy normal y no se corresponde a un hotel de alto standing. En la planta 50 hay un bar que esta bastante abandonado y no existe ningun otro bar para un occidental.

El Hotel tiene muy buenas habitaciones con unas vistas increibles. La cama es buena y tambien el baño es bueno. El desayuno es muy variado y perfecto para un occidental. El resto es muy normal y no se corresponde a un hotel de alto standing. En la planta 50 hay un bar que esta bastante abandonado y no existe ningun otro bar para un occidental.

Nice room and clean, great services in reception and concierge, very helpful, thank you. Lots of food choices in the breakfast and dinner buffet, great food, desserts are very unique and tasty. Walking distances to subway and tourist attractions. We are happy to stay for 4 nights.

The check in and out payment was very confusing. When I booked the hotel, I chose to pay at hotel. A night's deposit was taken from my Visa credit card, when I checked in, I was told it will be returned. I then used my China bank card to pay, with the extra deposit. Two days later, my Visa credit was charged again. I had to made some calls when I'm back home to clarify all the confusion. The room is a bit dated, the mattress is very hard. The ivory floor outside the bathroom can be slippery when wearing the hotel provided slippers. House keeping did a good job. Concierge is very helpful. View from hotel is nice.

訂房時要求非吸煙房，但沒有給予，且房種類非我預訂之款。隔天外出回房時在廁所檯面發現一隻死了的大曱甴，到酒店櫃檯投訴，即時更換一新房，卻又是間壞了冷氣的房，溫度永遠停在 26-27°C，無法調控，房間非常翳焗，職員早巳知冷氣壞了，只是嘗試看我能否接受這個溫度，我拒絕了，職員才給我換一間正常的房間。

Hotel com boa estrutura e excelente café da manhã. Faltou um pouco mais de atenção com no chek-in e no check-out, com a ajuda aos hóspedes em relação à movimentação de bagagens. Não foram solícitos quanto a esse tema. O bar que fica no 51º andar possui ambientes separados, porém o som do karaokê é muito alto e atrapalha bastante reuniões nesse local, pois fica difícil estabelecer uma conversa. O cheiro de cigarro nos quartos também foi sentido e isso causou desconforto.

The checkin experience was not the best... had to wait for almost an hour before someone was able to serve us. Appreciated that the manager took responsibility and spoke with us afterwards. Otherwise, its a good stay.

整體感覺舒適，環境高級，食物質素不錯，酒店樓層很高，每房都能俯覽四周環境，很壯觀。沿途前往黃飛鴻博物館和嶺南天地都只需十幾分鐘，而且有很多食肆，價廉物美。

Nice room and clean, great services in reception and concierge, very helpful, thank you. Lots of food choices in the breakfast and dinner buffet, great food, desserts are very unique and tasty. Walking distances to subway and tourist attractions. We are happy to stay for 4 nights.

Rooms are clean and internet is fine. Shuttle bus to fair is ok also. Breakfast is basically same every morning. Staff are good Will probably not stay here when going to the fair. Too far and takes almost 2 hrs plus each way. My issue was bus was missing in action. Had to wait another 45 mins so got back to hotel at 830pm maybe a bit later. Cleaning staff were good. Front desk were ok . New guy checked me in. Needs more training when it comes to foreigners.

El Hotel tiene muy buenas habitaciones con unas vistas increibles. La cama es buena y tambien el baño es bueno. El desayuno es muy variado y perfecto para un occidental. El resto es muy normal y no se corresponde a un hotel de alto standing. En la planta 50 hay un bar que esta bastante abandonado y no existe ningun otro bar para un occidental.

On the plus the rooms are large and clean. On the negative side the breakfast room is so boring especially if you stay for longer periods. Here the decoration and the quality and variety of the food needs a complete overhaul.

The hotel is a bit aged. The check in was quick and professional. The lady who checked us in was attentive and gave us quite a lot of information. The amenities and facilities were average. There were (i) sauna, (ii) steam room, (iii) warm water pool, and (iv) a smaller water pool in the locker room. However, there is no hanger to hang towels around the water pools. Also, the smaller water pool is filled with room temperature water, so it kind of frustrated the purpose of it (I was expecting a cold water plunge to jump into after sauna). Each user is also only allocated one towel. I would expect a 5-star hotel to put more towels around, so people can switch towels after each use of the sauna / steam room. The Chinese restaurant on fifth floor was pretty good.

Safe area and very walkable. Excellent restaurants within a 2 block walk in each direction. Big rooms and excellent bathrooms. The only downside is that you have to change elevators to get to the rooms. One elevator wasn't working so there was often a line up and very crowded as there was only a single elevator working to get back to the room.
