The staff took great care of us. Found us a late night taxi to take us to and from wedding at wine villa. Served Beers after bar was closed (fyi— the bar was never open). Made up the room even with do not disturb on door. Easy, close parking!

Excellent emplacement pour explorer la région. Facile de se trouver un stationnement gratuit en face de l'hôtel. Chambre propre, mais relativement sans charme, plutôt impersonnelle côté déco, mais tout ce dont on a besoin y est toutefois, donc je recommande si vous cherchez qqchose d'efficace, abordable et fonctionnel. Le déjeuner buffet est très bon!

O atendimento foi na recepção e café da manhã foram excelentes. O café da manhã é farto, mas repetitivo para o padrão. Um dos elevadores estava quebrado, e o outro, às vezes demorava .Tive problema com a descarga do vaso sanitário. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, assim como o espaço do box. Senti falta de uma barra de apoio, pois, se houver algum deslize, não há como evitar uma queda. Só existe um espelho no banheiro. A localização é muito boa, pois fica próximo da estação de trem e do centro comercial.

La camera business ristrutturata di recente era comoda e silenziosa, il materasso troppo duro e il cuscino troppo basso. Colazione insufficiente per un 4 stelle, le uova strapazzate (non fresche) erano immangiabili, la pancetta troppo cotta, il latte e caffè liofilizzati da macchinetta, manca frutta fresca, dolci decongelati. Avrei preferito risparmiare qualcosa e fare colazione fuori. Parcheggio grande e gratuito di fronte l'hotel. Va bene per dormire una notte ma non per lunghi periodi.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata, il frigobar andrebbe acceso e rifornito, il bar dovrebbe avere almeno l’acqua frizzante a portata di mano e andrebbe scritto sul sito che il ristorante non è funzionante! È sempre un 4 stelle….. almeno è scritto così!

Es perfecto si vas en coche. Tienes aparcamiento muy fácil en la puerta y un centro comercial a 200 metros. La habitación que yo cogí fué la doble deluxe (la diferencia del precio es poca con una standard y merece la pena). El hotel es 4 estrellas pero en Italia eso significa como uno de 3 en España, todo correcto y cómodo pero sin grandes lujos. En cuanto al desayuno está bien, no es un buffet muy grande pero hay lo suficiente para desayunar bien tanto de cosas dulces como saladas y la atención de los camareros muy buena (en la máquina dispensadora de bebidas no hay descafeinado pero cada mañana me preparaban ellos un capuccino descafeinado). Lo recomiendo como sitio para quedarse varias noches y desde ahí visitar sitios como Siena, San Gimignano o Volterra que están muy cerca.

Mi dispiace ma non merita le 4 stelle, stanza per tre persone davvero piccola, pulizia scadente il soffione della doccia pieno di calcare muffa negli angoli della doccia, e per la prima volta mi lasciano la saponetta per le mani dopo le pulizie giornaliere, il terzo letto attaccato vicino una grossa macchia di umido e con una presa sopra la testa. Problemi con la TV che aveva il telecomando non funzionante. Nota positiva senza dubbio la colazione con la gentilezza del personale al servizio bar. Purtroppo sono stato in hotel a tre e due stelle che a cospetto sono un passo avanti.

Personale cortese gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo chiesto un check anticipato, visto il viaggio, e ci sono venuti incontro senza problemi. Anche per la colazione il personale é stato simpatico e molto disponibile venendo incontro alle continue richieste del nostro bambino di 9 anni. Purtroppo però la pulizia non era delle migliori, nella testiera del letto erano presenti cuscini non sfoderabili macchiati, e la testiera stessa era molto impolverata. Anche le pulizie nei servizi igienici possono essere migliorati, tanto calcare a vista. Letto comodo ma piuttosto rumoroso ad ogni movimento. Camera moderna e rinnovata ma con porte e infissi vecchi che la rendonl non insonorizzata. Parcheggio molto comodo e davanti all'hotel. La colazione insufficiente con articoli surgelati cotti al forno e tostapane lentissimo, positiva solo per i caffé che faceva la signora, non é la colazione che mi sarei aspettato da un hotel a 4stelle. Ringraziamo comunque lo staff per la disponibilità!

Ho dormito solo una notte, ma la stanza, all'ultimo piano della struttura, presentava diversi problemi: sul soffitto era presente una larga macchia bagnata dovuta ad una infiltrazione dal tetto e pezzetti di tinteggiatura cadevano saltuariamente sul tavolino sottostante, il rilevatore di fumo al centro della stanza dondolava appeso ad un filo, mentre nel bagno cieco l'aspiratore non funzionava e il bordo esterno era rotto. Il mattino seguente ho segnalato i problemi alla receptionist che non ha preso nessun appunto e mi ha anzi detto che gli aspiratori dei bagni sono molto silenziosi!!! (è l'aria che aspirano che fa rumore, dico io) Esperienza negativa, senza parlare delle finestre che si potevano aprire liberamente senza nessuna protezione!! Stanza al 5° piano!!

Personale molto cordiale. Struttura un pò datata, direi un discreto 3 stelle + che un 4 stelle come citato. Wi-Fi accettabile. Se devo fare qualche critica, direi che saponette, shampoo, ecc un pò miseri. Ventola nel bagno non funzionante, frigo in camera funzionante a fasi alterne (nonostante avessi avvisato che subito non funzionava) Per il resto tutto ok e soprattutto colazione a buffet (dolce e salato) con prodotti veramente buoni. Ci ritornerei 👍

There is no restaurant or cafe on the property. No room service. We reached late and we're hoping to order in after a long tiring day but no options. Room was comfortable. Internet was very slow. Breakfast buffet was good. No taxi service, hotel concierge helped us book a private taxi for return as we had a lot of luggage. Train station and bus stop close by. If you intend to travel to Florence or Pisa, this may not be most appropriate location due to the distance. Overall the hotel worked well for us.

Very nice hotel with modern rooms and pleasant staff. Breakfast had a good selection and there was cold free water in the room for us at check in. They let us check in earlier than booked which was great. Close to the train station, 10-15 min walk, for this using public transport.

Breakfast buffet was good. No taxi service, hotel concierge helped us book a private taxi for return as we had a lot of luggage. Train station and bus stop close by. If you intend to travel to Florence or Pisa, this may not be most appropriate location due to the distance. Overall the hotel worked well for us.

La struttura si qualifica come 4 stelle ma non lo è. Letto rifatto malissimo, neanche la cuffia in bagno, phon che mi è scoppiato durante uso, colazione davvero poco fornita, nessuna frutta fresca, poca scelta.

O atendimento foi na recepção e café da manhã foram excelentes. O café da manhã é farto, mas repetitivo para o padrão. Um dos elevadores estava quebrado, e o outro, às vezes demorava .Tive problema com a descarga do vaso sanitário. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, assim como o espaço do box. Senti falta de uma barra de apoio, pois, se houver algum deslize, não há como evitar uma queda. Só existe um espelho no banheiro. A localização é muito boa, pois fica próximo da estação de trem e do centro comercial.

Colazione insufficiente per un 4 stelle, le uova strapazzate (non fresche) erano immangiabili, la pancetta troppo cotta, il latte e caffè liofilizzati da macchinetta, manca frutta fresca, dolci decongelati. Avrei preferito risparmiare qualcosa e fare colazione fuori. Parcheggio grande e gratuito di fronte l'hotel. Va bene per dormire una notte ma non per lunghi periodi.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the room had a strange smell that made it less pleasant.
