Excelente servicio. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y cómodas, y el personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. El desayuno es muy fresco y de excelente calidad. Además, el estacionamiento es amplio y muy conveniente. Sin duda, una excelente opción para hospedarse. ¡Muy recomendable!

The bad: Low water pressure in shower. All ice machines removed since last year's visit (just pipes sitting in the nook where they used to be). Vending machines no longer on every floor. Carpet in room seemed like it could use a thorough steam cleaning - streaks of stains in front of the mirrored closet door. A loose plastic bottle top between the microwave table and the dresser left by a previous occupant went unnoticed the entire 8 day stay. The elevator floor announcement sounded mumbled. The elliptical in the fitness center did not work. The good: New elevators are very fast. Breakfast buffet was mostly tasty although the pastries were dried out. Excellent pineapple, eggs, refried beans, etc. Housekeeping did a fairly good job with making up the room. Fitness center was clean. I was able to change to a room with a refrigerator when I found out there were no longer ice machines. Ample parking was available.

Por primera ocasión, experimenté en este hotel, HI Saltillo, unas situaciones que resultaron un tanto incómodas. Al realizar mi check in, me comentaron en recepción que no se podía asignar una llave por una falla de su sistema, sin poder especificar el tiempo de resolución de la situación, y decidí regresar más tarde. Un par de horas después, no había avance de lo ocurrido pero me ofrecieron la alternativa de apoyarme con el ingreso a mi habitación asi que acepté, cabe mencionar que la atención del personal fue excelente. La habitación no estaba meramente limpia. había algo de basura en la alfombra alrededor de la cama, y la otra cama, parecía como si alguien se hubiera recostado porque la almohada estaba mal puesta y hasta el tendido diferente. La cortina de baño olía a humedad algo desagradable. Se veía un par de huellas de zapatos en el piso del baño lo que indica que no estaba trapeado, y la llave del lavabo había que abrirla con cuidado porque salpicaba demasiado con un chorro disparejo. El agua de la regadera, en varias ocasiones salía muy fría mientras me bañaba. El A/C le hace falta mantenimiento porque, esta ocasión, resultó muy ruidoso.
