Someone knocked on our door at 11:30pm because they thought we weee the room with the AC problem! They should probably write it down and get the correct room especially at that hour I observed the front desk people scrapping the toaster over on top of the trash barrel and then put it back into the toaster oven without cleaning either Coffee was cold at the breakfast Flys all in the shower area located at pool

Overall a good experience. A little too loud in the early morning with doors slamming. Also was not happy pool was out of order. Was looking forward to relaxing in the pool.

The hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of parking. Outside area average..would be nice to have an actual patio area instead of tables on the grass. The pool room could be warmer. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast is average, nice to have the waffle maker. Enjoyed our stay well enough..but I would say that nothing stands out about it. It wasnt a bad place, or a great place..its just average!

The elevators were not working during our stay. We were notified ahead of time and had an opportunity to cancel the reservation. Despite room being on the second floor, it was not a hardship. The cleanliness of the room, free breakfast and pleasant staff outweighed the inconvenience.

Ez drive to Lenox & Tanglewood....plenty of parking. Grabbed a room last minute & front desk was great about being sure it was ready. Husband happy to have a cookie at check-in! Always love having a coffee maker in room & nice little buffet breakfast included.

We’ve stayed at this location and others before, and were pleased. But this experience was different. While the staff was very friendly and kind, the room was very dirty: dead insets in the light fixtures, crumbs on the desk when we first arrived, dirty, stained refrigerator and the sheets weren’t fully on the bed, exposing the mattress. The soap and shampoo dispensers are refillable, and several of ours were empty upon arrival. The breakfast didn’t have enough to accommodate the amount of guests, so some bins were completely empty well before the end. It just seemed like it wasn’t being managed properly and the entire place has gone down. We won’t be staying there again.

Although this is obviously an older property, it is well kept, and the staff is very helpful. It's hidden off the road, but that makes it quiet. The parking is weird with limited parking in the front, but a side lot and back lot are pretty easily accessible. The room was very clean, as one would expect from a Hampton Inn.

Stayed here for a short drive to Stockbridge. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We found the property extremely clean and the breakfast in the morning was a great perk!

Our room was very large and clean and the beds and pillows quite comfortable. Our bathtub had a problem switching from shower to tub, but it was fixed while we were out, so that was great -- it was a nice deep and well-contoured bathtub. We also got a microwave immediately upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool's water was a comfortable but not too warm temperature, as was the surrounding air. The buffet was fine. The only (extra nice) addition we'd have liked would have been fruit cocktail or a better fruit variety; only over-ripe bananas were on offer for fruit the two mornings we were there. But the rest of the buffet was perfect. (I really liked that the scrambled eggs had no cheese added as happens too often; these probably had just a little salt.) There was a nice variety of bakery items too. Some kind of repair was needed near our room which required loud hammering for a few minutes beginning at 9am, when our teenager was still sleeping, so that was disappointing. Thankfully it didn't last long though. .

The entrance and lobby area appears to have been recently upgraded, but the rooms have not. Our room on the 3rd floor was quite worn and had a slight odor. I asked the receptionist if some of the rooms had already been upgraded and she said no but that is in the works soon. I would say we paid $319/night for a nice lobby and a $150 room.

Bed and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Blanket was also very scratchy. Room was clean and everyone nice. We had room with jacuzzi tub and that was nice and worked well. My husband did not like the breakfast but liked the free cookies

Staff was extremely friendly. The last morning we were there this sweet woman in the breakfast area told us that the kitchen was going to be closing and asked if I wanted anything else. It was about five of 10. I said eggs and she went into the kitchen and brought me out eggs, ketchup, salt, and pepper and a dish right to my table so super sweet, my husband and I will definitely be coming back

Nice staff. I overheard one of the people working at the front desk talking on the phone to your parent company trying to fix a glitch for a customer where he was charging raged overcharged $1600! She thought for the customer and She was awesome! I wish I knew her name. She was really fighting for the customer! Very nice to see these days!

The stay was ok but the key to our door was broken and the receptionist promised to change it but she didnt so we have no key to properly enter the room.I also told another receptionist and still the same.

Hi, when I checked in the guy at the front desk said that the hotel was full so they gave me a different type of room. I told him I paid for a two queen bed and somehow he found me a room. So basically he lied. Terrible terrible impression.

We’ve stayed at this location and others before, and were pleased. But this experience was different. While the staff was very friendly and kind, the room was very dirty: dead insets in the light fixtures, crumbs on the desk when we first arrived, dirty, stained refrigerator and the sheets weren’t fully on the bed, exposing the mattress. The soap and shampoo dispensers are refillable, and several of ours were empty upon arrival. The breakfast didn’t have enough to accommodate the amount of guests, so some bins were completely empty well before the end. It just seemed like it wasn’t being managed properly and the entire place has gone down. We won’t be staying there again.

Some bathroom fixtures are old and rust stained. A light refresh of some inexpensive items would go a long way to make the place look well maintained. The staff was excellent. Friendly and professional. The breakfast area was clearly well maintained a it was spotless.

Hello, What has happened to the breakfasts? They have become awful. The fruit is in decaying condition, eggs are cold and rubbery. The 'sausage material' you have in the hot cart that you call 'sausage' seems like pure fat. There is no flavor in the food at all. What happened to you guys? Why have you slipped so far downhill? I used to love the breakfasts. -- I would also like to note that the staff are grumbling, not friendly, and seem bored and unhappy.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Hot breakfast was well above average. Room was large with fridge and microwave. Got a good rate when we had to extend stay for a third night due to snow storm.

Our room was very large and clean and the beds and pillows quite comfortable. Our bathtub had a problem switching from shower to tub, but it was fixed while we were out, so that was great -- it was a nice deep and well-contoured bathtub. We also got a microwave immediately upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool's water was a comfortable but not too warm temperature, as was the surrounding air. The buffet was fine. The only (extra nice) addition we'd have liked would have been fruit cocktail or a better fruit variety; only over-ripe bananas were on offer for fruit the two mornings we were there. But the rest of the buffet was perfect. (I really liked that the scrambled eggs had no cheese added as happens too often; these probably had just a little salt.) There was a nice variety of bakery items too. Some kind of repair was needed near our room which required loud hammering for a few minutes beginning at 9am, when our teenager was still sleeping, so that was disappointing. Thankfully it didn't last long though. .

Our room had a kitchenette and dishes for 4 people, but only 1 chair. How could we eat a meal with one chair? At the main table there is a door to a large space under the top with no shelves in it. It could have held a safe and/or drawers in which to put our clothing. I had to put my clothes in one of the drawers in the kitchen area; and to do that I had to remove two kitchen items that were of no use to me, because I had only 1 chair to sit on in this room. The people in the kitchen were very helpful and provided a full breakfast. The parking was very good, especially in the back entrance.

We stayed at the Hampton one night as part of our traveling. We stayed here in 2025. Property is well kept. Staff are polite and professional. Breakfast was good (as we expected). Hotel was quiet for sleeping. Room was clean, neat and tidy. We will stay here again in the future if needed, and would recommend this facility to others.
