Nice room and comfy bed. A basic breakfast of bits in the fridge. Could have done with some bread, but it’s a small gripe, very quiet and fantastic views over the lagoon. Nice pool but rather brutal with a bare concrete finish. Very comfy sunbeds and brilliant views. About 1 km drive up a dirt path so plan on your food and drink provisions before arriving.

Stunning views , fantastic room and facilities. Could not fault the hotel or team. Only word of caution is that it is up a steep bank that requires caution whilst driving at night. Some great local restaurants but they are not walkable but don’t let that detract from this real find of a hotel.

Alkantmooi Private Nature Reserve in Plettenberg Bay is truly a hidden gem! The views are absolutely breathtaking, offering panoramic scenery of the mountains, ocean, and lush nature.
