Sehr schönes Hotel , tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer (Suite), wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade, ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Kurzzeitparkplatz zum Einchecken direkt vor der Tür, ansonsten keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden. Haben Parkplatz in der Nähe für knapp 5.- gefunden. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Parking is quite a challenge in this area. But the hotel does have the option to let you park in front if you leave them the keys. We only found out about this later. The hotel is in a very old palace. That breakfast was excellent.

The actual building was beautiful but experience was let down by the hotel does not have an Iron which when most people travel in a suitcase with clothes that get screwed up is crazy means you go out dressed like you have been draged through a bush, not expecting one in each room but one in the hotrl is a must. Also although the room was lovely we had to live 3 nights iug of a suitcase as tiny wardrobe with only 3 hangers (see pics) Its a shame location is great and building fantastic,

You can’t judge a book by its cover. Beautiful outside. Nice photos on web MAJOR disappointment. Bar closed. Lounge area closed. Shows is SO SMALL. I weigh 120lbs. Could not move in the shower. Literally NO WHERE to put soap. (You must bring your own). For what you pay, this is an awful choice. Beds are rock hard. Pillows are rich hard. Cannot lock doors to a SHARED balcony (shared by four rooms). Wind blew the door open in the middle of the night. Breakfast was nice. Supposed to be included in the price. But some in our party had to pay for theirs. Cannot park in the area by the hotel. Gotta find a place. No where to pay for it, but we did not have an issue there at least. Small plain rooms.

The only problem is the shower door not closing, the bathroom floor flooding and the bathroom floor not having a discharge. Water almost reached the bedroom wooden floorboard. Next shower with manual start and stop to avoid a mess.

We needed a place to relax after several days of busy travel. Hotel Carmine was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We felt very at peace here and the surrounding area was calm and quiet. But we were very close to everything in the Marsala center by foot, so we were able to enjoy walking around the area as well.

La situation géographique de l’hôtel est très bonne car elle se trouve à côté de la vieille ville. Par contre la qualité de l’accueil à l’arrivée a été plus que moyen. La salle de bain est de taille minuscule est déconseillé aux personnes de grande taille Ainsi que celle de forte corpulence. D’autre part la salle de petit déjeuner n’est pas de taille suffisante. Compte-tenu du nombre de chambres. Plusieurs personnes ont dû rebrousser chemin car il n’y avait plus de place. cependant, pour être honnête la chambre avec la petite terrasse bien exposée vue sur le jardin est assez sympathique hormis la salle de bain.

Nice boutique hotel, well decorated and the location is great in the centre of Marsala. Unfortunately the hospitality was not meet my expectations, the front desk staff didn’t explain anything about the hotel and room services, just handed over the room key and that’s it. I believe as a four-star hotel they can do much better in communication.

Ett Kloster som har byggets om till ett vackert hotell. Centralt men ändå tyst och lugnt. Vårat rum hade problem med luftkonditioneringen, men vi blev uppgraderade till ett annat fin rum ( vi kommer inte ihåg hennes namn, men ett stort tack för den fina service ). Roberto i receptionen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit till vackra Marsala.

We really enjoyed our all too brief stay here. It was relaxing, comfortable and we would have like to stay for longer. Really enjoyed the bar as well, good selections and a nice bartender helped us out. The area is chill but has a good selection of coffee and dining options.
