Das Hotel ist SEHR in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche unseres Zimmers war komplett ebenerdig, was dazu führte, dass nach dem Duschen der Boden des halben Badezimmers unter Wasser stand. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, ständig hört man jemanden Reden, vorbeigehen oder mit den Türen knallen. Der Pool darf nur mit einer Badehaube benutzt werden. Das Frühstück ist italienisch, für einen Kaffee muss man dem Kellner oder der Kellnerin nachlaufen, um diesen bestellen zu können. Zumindest freundlich war das Frühstückspersonal. Positiv erwähnt werden kann, dass der Tennisplatz gratis genutzt werden kann und dass es einen Fitnessraum gibt.

je n'ai pas aimé le bonnet de bain obligatoire à la piscine ça gâche les vacances on se croirait à la piscine municipale en hiver et les photos sont mensongères sur le site de l'hotel les gens n'en ont pas. La musique est très forte à la piscine du 10h à 12H et de 16h à 18h30 sinon ça va, Le personnel est sympa les chambres sont bien le petit dej est OK.

Struttura di ottimo livello, camera standard con letti comodi e bagno grande, doccia molto bella con pavimento a pietra e soffione perfetto(acqua scendeva benissimo, calda al punto giusto!). La piscina è spettacolare, in mezzo agli ulivi! Il posto in generale è molto tranquillo, adatto al relax…Infine la colazione, molto varia dal salato al dolce, con ottime brioche! Molto bene anche il servizio…complimenti!

Ein typisches Kinderhotel. Poolpartys am Abend bis Mitternacht mit Kindersongs. Für Familien geeignet jedoch nicht wenn man Ruhe will. Das Gym ist erst ab 10 Uhr geöffnet und nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Nichts mit Frühsport. Zimmer sind seit langem nicht renoviert worden. Der Kalk an der Duschbrause lässt das Wasser in alle Richtungen spritzen. Ausserdem sehr unfreundliches Personal an der Reception. Wir mussten bis 16 Uhr warten fürs Check-In. Wir waren am Eingangsbereich und es kam niemand auf did Idee uns zu informieren das wir ins Zimmer können. nach 3 x nachfragen konnten wir dann um genau 16.00 ins Zimmer. Das Essen im Restaurant war nichts spezielles und viel zu überteuert. Ein Starter Plus Hauptgang für über 40 Euro für 2 Personen. Alles in allem definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel.

We have been vacationing at Villa Zina for 15 years and it continues to get even better. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is kept spotless at all times. There is an ample breakfast buffet and the pool is huge with great music or quiet time in the afternoon. Roberta gives wonderful massages in their spa. Leo continues to be the star of the show with both the Acqua tone class along with the music events in the evening including their version of the Tale e Quale show with the staff impersonating famous singers. Villa Zina is a wonderful Sicilian vacation spot and close to the beautiful beach at San Vito lo Capo, historic Erice and the temple at Segesta. Enjoy!!

Tínhamos uma grande expectativa que foi frustrada! Na reserva, informava que dispunha de serviço de spa, como estávamos cansados, reservamos com o intuito de relaxar, somente no check-in soubemos que não tinha o serviço por estar fora de temporada! O café da manhã é bom em relação à média local, mas aquém das expectativas em relação as fotos apresentadas! Pedimos taças e talheres para reunir com os amigos e nos forneceram tudo de plástico, pois eram normas do local, segundo a recepcionista, que foi muito atenciosa, apesar disso! Imaginem, tomar vinho na Itália em copo de plástico… decepção! No mais, estava tudo o.k.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, very spacious and we had a nice view of the pool. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. My only suggestion would be to hire car to stay here. There is no public transport and the taxis are quite expensive

L'albergo nell'insieme non è male, il personale è gentile ma sovraccaricato Ho chiesto che mi sistemassero il soffione della doccia in quanto sporco e rotto, me lo hanno pulito ma è rimasto rotto, purtroppo scizzava acqua ovunque le pulizie sono fatte bene e la camera è sufficientemente spaziosa

La struttura è molto ben posizionata in un ottimo contesto ambientale. La qualifica di 4 stelle probabilmente è dovuta ai servizi di cui dispone sulla carta ma, la struttura necessita di notevoli opere di restauro e ammodernamento. Anche la pulizia ed il funzionamento di alcuni apparecchi ( idro doccia) devono essere molto migliorati.

Sinceramente hotel se se vende como más de lujo de lo que es. Pensaba que era más adecuado para pasar un día en familia pero las camas regular, limpieza regular ( debajo de cama fue horrible, miles de pelusas y telarañas) el aire acondicionado no se podía tocar y tenía que avisar a recepción para encender y apartar. Y el restaurante solo ofrecía un menú, carísimo y malísimo.lamoiscina sucia y como había boda esas instalaciones no se podía usar en cierto horario. He servicio me pareció correcto y agradable.
Sinceramente hotel se se vende como más de lujo de lo que es. Pensaba que era más adecuado para pasar un día en familia pero las camas regular, limpieza regular ( debajo de cama fue horrible, miles de pelusas y telarañas) el aire acondicionado no se podía tocar y tenía que avisar a recepción para encender y apartar. I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, very spacious and we had a nice view of the pool. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. My only suggestion would be to hire car to stay here. There is no public transport and the taxis are quite expensive

Questo hotel ha una bellissima piscina, comodo per visitare San Vito lo capo Erice e trapani la camera era grande e pulita la colazione nella media la spiaggia di cornino che è vicina e veramente brutta è difficile entrare in acqua pieno di alghe e scogli scivolosi se poi ci andate sabato o domenica è un Carnago

La posizione è ottima, poi il resto da migliorare specialmente la colazione molto povera e ripetitiva, mi ha deluso anche i materassi uno morbido e uno duro scomodi entrambi, per una notte si può chiudere un occhio, non è un 4 stelle.

Det var et børne hotel, med larm og høj børne musik hele dagen, også til måltiderne. Wi-Fi virkede ikke på hotelværelset på trods af at vi gjorde dem opmærksomme på det flere gange. Jeg anbefaler ikke at man betaler på hotellet da det blev 10€ dyre pr nat end forventet. Aircondition kunne man ikke styrer på værelset, så vi frøs hver nat. Vi boede der 4 nætter og kan ikke anbefale hotellet hvis man ikke har små børn.

Struttura di ottimo livello, camera standard con letti comodi e bagno grande, doccia molto bella con pavimento a pietra e soffione perfetto(acqua scendeva benissimo, calda al punto giusto!). La piscina è spettacolare, in mezzo agli ulivi! Il posto in generale è molto tranquillo, adatto al relax…Infine la colazione, molto varia dal salato al dolce, con ottime brioche! Molto bene anche il servizio…complimenti!

Ein typisches Kinderhotel. Poolpartys am Abend bis Mitternacht mit Kindersongs. Für Familien geeignet jedoch nicht wenn man Ruhe will. Das Gym ist erst ab 10 Uhr geöffnet und nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Nichts mit Frühsport. Zimmer sind seit langem nicht renoviert worden. Der Kalk an der Duschbrause lässt das Wasser in alle Richtungen spritzen. Ausserdem sehr unfreundliches Personal an der Reception. Wir mussten bis 16 Uhr warten fürs Check-In. Wir waren am Eingangsbereich und es kam niemand auf did Idee uns zu informieren das wir ins Zimmer können. nach 3 x nachfragen konnten wir dann um genau 16.00 ins Zimmer. Das Essen im Restaurant war nichts spezielles und viel zu überteuert. Ein Starter Plus Hauptgang für über 40 Euro für 2 Personen. Alles in allem definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, very spacious and we had a nice view of the pool. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. My only suggestion would be to hire car to stay here. There is no public transport and the taxis are quite expensive

L'albergo nell'insieme non è male, il personale è gentile ma sovraccaricato Ho chiesto che mi sistemassero il soffione della doccia in quanto sporco e rotto, me lo hanno pulito ma è rimasto rotto, purtroppo scizzava acqua ovunque le pulizie sono fatte bene e la camera è sufficientemente spaziosa

Das Personal war durchweg sehr unfreundlich – egal ob beim Frühstück, am Pool oder an der Rezeption. Es hatte leider den Anschein, dass Gäste aus der eigenen Heimat (60+) bevorzugt behandelt wurden, während wir als deutsche Gäste weniger willkommen waren. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: weder geschmacklich noch von der Auswahl her überzeugend. Besonders negativ fand ich, dass man am Hotelpool gezwungen war, eine eigene Badekappe mitzubringen – so etwas habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Auch der Espresso, auf den man sich in Italien normalerweise freut, war von minderer Qualität und schmeckte sehr billig. Für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie hatte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet.

I couldn't recommend them more than that. Super service. Animation. Room, pool, restaurant, and everywhere else was very clean. Professional and courteous staff. Nice food and very very good especially to sleep over night as it's very ventilated and this is very important as the heat in Sicily at this time of the year was simply crazy

We have been vacationing at Villa Zina for 15 years and it continues to get even better. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is kept spotless at all times. There is an ample breakfast buffet and the pool is huge with great music or quiet time in the afternoon. Roberta gives wonderful massages in their spa. Leo continues to be the star of the show with both the Acqua tone class along with the music events in the evening including their version of the Tale e Quale show with the staff impersonating famous singers. Villa Zina is a wonderful Sicilian vacation spot and close to the beautiful beach at San Vito lo Capo, historic Erice and the temple at Segesta. Enjoy!!

Tínhamos uma grande expectativa que foi frustrada! Na reserva, informava que dispunha de serviço de spa, como estávamos cansados, reservamos com o intuito de relaxar, somente no check-in soubemos que não tinha o serviço por estar fora de temporada! O café da manhã é bom em relação à média local, mas aquém das expectativas em relação as fotos apresentadas! Pedimos taças e talheres para reunir com os amigos e nos forneceram tudo de plástico, pois eram normas do local, segundo a recepcionista, que foi muito atenciosa, apesar disso! Imaginem, tomar vinho na Itália em copo de plástico… decepção! No mais, estava tudo o.k.

Wir waren am Eingangsbereich und es kam niemand auf did Idee uns zu informieren das wir ins Zimmer können. nach 3 x nachfragen konnten wir dann um genau 16.00 ins Zimmer. Das Essen im Restaurant war nichts spezielles und viel zu überteuert. Ein Starter Plus Hauptgang für über 40 Euro für 2 Personen. Alles in allem definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel.

Sinceramente hotel se se vende como más de lujo de lo que es. Pensaba que era más adecuado para pasar un día en familia pero las camas regular, limpieza regular ( debajo de cama fue horrible, miles de pelusas y telarañas) el aire acondicionado no se podía tocar y tenía que avisar a recepción para encender y apartar. Y el restaurante solo ofrecía un menú, carísimo y malísimo.lamoiscina sucia y como había boda esas instalaciones no se podía usar en cierto horario. He servicio me pareció correcto y agradable.

We have been vacationing at Villa Zina for 15 years and it continues to get even better. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is kept spotless at all times. There is an ample breakfast buffet and the pool is huge with great music or quiet time in the afternoon. Roberta gives wonderful massages in their spa. Leo continues to be the star of the show with both the Acqua tone class along with the music events in the evening including their version of the Tale e Quale show with the staff impersonating famous singers. Villa Zina is a wonderful Sicilian vacation spot and close to the beautiful beach at San Vito lo Capo, historic Erice and the temple at Segesta. Enjoy!!

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, very spacious and we had a nice view of the pool. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. My only suggestion would be to hire car to stay here. There is no public transport and the taxis are quite expensive
