The ceiling in the lobby was falling down during our breakfast.

Bad experience. Elevator no working. No clean shower towels. No parking ( was taking by college students). Lot noise can’t go to sleep after a full day work

Clean property outdoor includes 2 separare spaces pool area on one side and an outdoor sitting space on the other. Indoors plenty of space to lounge in lobby. Staff friendly and courteous. Offers complimentary coffee, buffet style breakfast for a fee. Rooms are spacious with mini fridge, coffee maker, closet, etc. Amenities over all helped my family feel comfortable during our stay.

The hotel was clean and well run. They have a surprisingly good bar/restaurant. We actually hosted a 2 day conference over the weekend that went off without a hitch.

The water pressure when showering was almost nonexistent, my wife could not wash the shampoo out of her hair, elevators were broken the entire stay. All the furniture in the hotel was old. there was no maid to clean the room. spent approximately with taxes $500 for two nights, this should’ve been around $200 for two nights based on the amenities and service received. This should be a lesson not to stray from the Hampton Inn around the corner. Overall, very disappointing will not be returning.

Parking signs were not clear and many cars got towed while we were there. Disappointed that we booked a hotel expecting breakfast and we’re expected to pay $17 per person for a sub par buffet. The hotel rooms themselves need updating. Tte resort was relatively clean and the location was excellent.

Only issue was outside door would not automatically close, told frount desk work she quickly called to have the issue fixed. It was not fixed when we checked out, due to no fault of the frount desk worker she was great.

This visit was a comedy of errors. Check-in was fine, entering room it smelled musty. Left for a long day, upon return there was no parking, college students at bar next door use Hilton lot for overflow parking. Hilton did give us placard to put on dashboard, obviously didn't help, front-desk told us to leave car in "no parking, handicap loading/unloading spot". They also had sign in lobby at night which said bathrooms closed, figured out why when I saw group of college students stop in lobby & turn around, seems bar attendees also try to use hotel for bathroom overflow. Back to room, toilet isn't flushing - I could call front-desk but what kind of response would I get at 11:30pm??? Walked daughter to fitness center down hall to use that bathroom. Fitness center had a very weird funk smell to it. Due to non-flushing toilet, fitness center bathroom was our go-to when needed from that point forward. Next morning taking shower & of course the conditioner bottle on the wall is completely empty.

We were able to check in early after a long overnight flight and just exhausted. Food we had from bar was tasty and above average.

Parking was easy, hotel was quiet and clean. Elevator didn’t work the whole time we were there as well as the ice machine on our floor. Also could use some updating. Hotel felt very dated.

Rooms smell horrible. We tried two rooms at different floors. The smell was of unclean carpets. Smelled like a very old house carpet. Our allergies acted up strong and needed to take medication. We had to clean a spill on the floor tile and rag showed the floor tile was extremely grimy dirty. Clean the carpets and mop! Hope this helps.

room was damp, had musty smell. tried to get rid of smell. didnt work. had to go to walmart to buy air freshner spray just to be able to sleep... nasty!!

I booked a standard room with a king-size bed. When we arrived, the check-in process took longer than expected as the desk clerk conferred with a colleague before assigning us our room key. Upon entering the room on the second floor, we were immediately met with a musty, damp smell. Turning on the lights revealed a couple of roaches scurrying away. The room had two queen-sized beds, not the king-size bed we had reserved. Tired from a long day of moving, we initially decided to look past these issues and get some rest. However, further inspection of the room raised more concerns. The bedside table had a fresh water ring, suggesting recent use, and a hand towel in the bathroom appeared to have been used. We suspect the room had been reassigned before our arrival. Settling into bed, my wife soon had a frightening encounter - brushing a roach off her hair and finding another on the sheets. Turning the lights on revealed an infestation, with multiple roaches visible on the walls near the bed and in the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk to complain and request a new room, but was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. Faced with this unacceptable situation, we seriously considered sleeping in our car rather than spending the night in the infested room. However, with no other option and the late hour, we begrudgingly decided to stay, keeping the lights on all night to deter the roaches. It was a miserable experience, with barely any sleep.

Booked two rooms. Both smelled badly of mold and mildew. Staff said it has been an issue and gave us two other rooms. Also smelled too bad to stay in them. The refund was polite but management needs to take these rooms out of rotation.

We left early and didn't spend the night. The room smelled really bad. Carpet was funky and dirty. Needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom had mold everywhere. The whole in the sink was black and nasty.

We attended the Special Olympics in Eastern Orlando. This hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants! The staff was great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable!

A/C unit was very loud and turned on and off every 20 minutes. Hard to sleep with the noise coming and going.

The room was humid. AC noisy and did not keep the temperature. Not a good experience.

Basically an "eh" hotel. The staff was great. Everything was clean. But everything is really dated and worn. Needs new sheets and new toilets. My toilet was continuously plugged. The key card didnt work well. The AC unit was overly loud.

They immediately assigned a different room, which was near the elevator and we could hear it throughout the night. There were cracked restroom tiles, peeling/bubbling wall texture in the restroom, and the air conditioner was very noisy. We asked for a different room and the front desk would not change it, even though they had customers checking out that day. We left a message for management and they never contacted us. We have stayed at 3 Hiltons near UCF recently. Despite the convenient location of this one, we will never stay here again.

The room was clean and very spacious. The door had a chunk out of it across the bottom. You could stick like four fingers under it and wiggle them to whoever was standing outside the door. Thankfully it’s inside so it wasn’t as big of a deal like a motel door facing outside would have been, but still it was weird. We put a washcloth there during the night. Not that it was a big deal and they weren’t “rude” but you can definitely tell a difference if you aren’t a Hilton member but it was fine. One night and no issues.

Room had excellent AC. Beds were comfortable.

Great location, clean room, nice staff!!!

Just an average stay. $16 for a continental breakfast is way too much. There was a very musty smell in our room and in all of the hallways- maybe due to hurricane and power but not sure. Had to get our tv replaced as the first one did not work. Service walked into our room Sunday morning without knocking because their paper showed the room was vacant. All in all- just okay.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also nice. I definitely recommend.

Front desk agent was sweet on check-in however thermostat wasn't working in room. Called front desk and they advised they would send someone to fix while we were out or have us ready to move. We got back late & when checked with the night front desk person she had no idea- then called maintenance guy who said he fixed it. We finally went to our room and we were there for about an hour when it kept getting hotter and hotter. AC was not fixed. We had to move rooms at 4am to 2 queens vs the king size we paid for. The bed and pillows were awful and the room was cooler but still not a working thermostat for continuous ac flow. Don't book here unless you don't care about comfort or proper maintenance.

Excellent staff and property.

Coffee Maker didn't work, but they fixed once we notified them, Room was not made up every day only asked on the last day if we wanted the room made up. Faucet in bathroom dripped constantly, hot water in shower was minimal. Room had a funky smell.

All was amazing great staff very clean and Friendly. Only issue we had we came home past 11pm nite and the lot was filled w/ppl attending a club next door. The nite desk person was amazing and let us part safely in front of the hotel.

We came into town for a reunion at UCF. Very close to the school the airport and downtown. Classic simple hotel. Clean. Very nice staff. Everything we needed!

Room was clean and staff was very pleasant. We ordered breakfast in the morning and it was very good.

The hotel and staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. I did not like that they charged for breakfast. I felt like the price of the hotel room itself was high enough and it should have been included. If it had been a full buffet, I would have understood, but it was simply a continental breakfast, that you would have received for free at similar hotels.

They are very misleading about the breakfast! They will make you pay $16 if you don’t have the bed and breakfast package, which is fine but very misleading! I heard multiple other people complaining at the hotel desk about this…The water in the shower was also cold, which is just not good after a long day. I called and they said they’d fix it and never did but it was very unpleasant.

Normally when I book even through a booking service I've always had the Continental breakfast included. This is the first and probably the last time I'll ever book through them.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The propery was clean and well-maintained. There were even photo props for the graduates to take pictures with (we stayed durung UCF graduation weekend). However, breakfast was not complimentary, which waa surprising, considering the price for our room.

Yes the air-conditioning was fine , breakfast was cold and we had to pay for it separately from the room stay

Adequate accommodations. The lack of free breakfast was disappointing. Especially when the worker came up to us so quickly to make sure breakfast was on our room. On Thursday, breakfast was free, but Friday it wasn't on our account. This is just too nitpicky.
