The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom.

Det er 3.gang vi besøger Parc. Første gang boede vi i én af lejlighederne (resident Eden)og de sidste 2 gange har vi boet på hotellet. Hvilken indkvartering man vælger, er op til ens egen lyst. Vil du gerne have et køkken, så du selv kan lave noget mad, så vælger du lejligheden. Søger du total-ferie, så vælger du hotellet. Selve hotellet og området omkring, er handicapvenligt, på en behagelig afdæmpet måde. Vi er rigtig glade for at komme på Parc, da der er noget at lave for hele familien. Vi føler os meget velkomne, set og hørt ved eventuelle problemer og synes der er en rigtig dejlig stemning. Der er animationteam, som sætter gang i aktiviteter for alle aldre og har man lyst til at komme lidt væk fra området, så kan man tage en hyggetur til Peschiera Del Garda, med hotellets shuttlebusser. Bussen er gratis og kører på faste tidspunkter i løbet af dagen/aftenen. Eneste lille minus i år, var maden i Pizza Pasta ( en lille restaurant på området). Deres pizza’er og pastaretter smagte stadig super, men deres burgere var desværre ikke pengene værd..!

La prima stanza al piano terra puzzava di muffa e di chiuso ed il bagno era sporco, dopo ci hanno dato la camera al secondo piano più grande e bella con il terrazzino, ma la pulizia non è né da 4 stelle e né vale i soldi spesi! C’erano delle cimici in camera e soprattutto nel bagno , il terrazzino sporco , la vasca aveva attorno il silicone nero in vari punti. Non ci siamo più lamentati ma non vedevamo l’ora di andare via. L’unica cosa positiva è stata la colazione.

Das Hotel und das Personal ist gut, die Zimmer und die Location ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Wir hatten Halbpension und Preis Leistung ist super.

Food was good, but not spectacular. Many staff members at breakfast, but nobody dedicated to cook omelettes. In our 2-weeks stay the second lift was available after a repair only on the last day... The safe in the room did not work, we could close it, but never open it with our code. Very young staff at reception - I got the impression, that they constantly teach new staff members there; from time to time this is okay, but it was a kind of permanent impression. Nice and friedly animator crew, their program did fit perfectly for our children. Not for us, but that is okay. ;-) The highway is quite near, therefore on our balcony it was quite loud.

Was für eine Enttäuschung. Am ersten Tag kamen wir an die vermeintliche Rezeption, um von der er unfreundlichen Dame zu erfahren, dass wir uns am Info Point und nicht an der Rezeption befinden. Die Rezeption ist in einem anderen Gebäude, das nicht weit entfernt liegt. Dort angekommen, wurden wir von den dort doch sehr freundlichem Personal empfangen, und erfuhren, dass unser Aufenthaltsgebäude dasselbe wie das des Info-Points ist, der keine Rezeption hat (sehr unlogisch und ineffizient). Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet, aber: Das Bett war extrem hart, das Bad eher wie ein Hallenbad, mit kaputten Kacheln und unsauberen Stellen. Immerhin waren die Handtücher sauber. Auch nicht gerade prickelnd: Wir hatten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts keine WLAN-Verbindung. Die Krönung unseres Aufenthalts: „Kinderfreundlich“ bedeutete in unserem Fall, dass wir bis spät in die Nacht ungezogene Sechstklässler in den Nachbarzimmern (eigentlich auf dem gesamten Flur in einem großen Gebäude) ertragen mussten! Eine Lösung brachte erst mein nächtliches Herumlaufen im Flur im Pyjama, bis eine der „Verantwortlichen“ mich sah und schnell alle Türen der Kinder abklopfte, bis sie endlich ruhig waren. Ich bin anderes gewohnt für Resorts und habe für ein Golf-Hotel-Resort etwas anderes erwartet. Eine Empfehlung gibt es von mir nur, wenn Sie keine besonderen Erwartungen haben und sich mit einem „Restaurant“-Buffet zufriedengeben können, das eher einer besseren Kantine entspricht.

Ich bin anderes gewohnt für Resorts und habe für ein Golf-Hotel-Resort etwas anderes erwartet. Eine Empfehlung gibt es von mir nur, wenn Sie keine besonderen Erwartungen haben und sich mit einem „Restaurant“-Buffet zufriedengeben können, das eher einer besseren Kantine entspricht.

Sejour d'1 nuit , dans le cadre d un road trip. Il s agit d un complexe hotelier avec plusieurs bâtiments. L'acceuil n'est pas tres chaleureux, notamment a la reception où on doit récupérer les clefs. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et il a l'avantage de ne pas etre loin de l autoroute et du lac de garde.

Food was good, but not spectacular. Many staff members at breakfast, but nobody dedicated to cook omelettes. In our 2-weeks stay the second lift was available after a repair only on the last day... The safe in the room did not work, we could close it, but never open it with our code. Very young staff at reception - I got the impression, that they constantly teach new staff members there; from time to time this is okay, but it was a kind of permanent impression. Nice and friedly animator crew, their program did fit perfectly for our children. Not for us, but that is okay. ;-) The highway is quite near, therefore on our balcony it was quite loud.

Saubere Zimmer, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten inkl Tiefgarage, gute Auswahl Frühstücksbuffet. Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich. Zimmer war leider nicht besonders Kinderwagenfreundlich (EG jedoch mit Treppe vor Eingang) sowie Bad mit Mängel ( verstopfter Abfluss sowie kaputte Klobrille). Mängel wurden jedoch nach Hinweis sehr schnell behoben. Anlage etwas verwirrend und weitläufig sowie tlw in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war es bei Ankunft 2 Stunden vor Check- in nicht möglich trotz Baby und über 35 C früher ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

Efterårsferie i Oktober. Der var flere små ting som kunne være bedre. Men vi havde alligevel en formidabel ferie. Jeg kan se at hotellet er et man 'opdager' og så bliver ved med at komme tilbage til. Der ligger en Aldi i gåafstand, hvilket er dejligt. Virkelig god 'value for money'.

The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom.

A unos diez minutos en coche de Peschiera. Desayuno correcto, alojamiento en edificios con dos plantas y cuatro habitaciones amplias en cada uno. Suelo de moqueta, aunque necesita mantenimiento, el baño por ejemplo tenia oxido en el seca toallas/radiador, perdida de agua en el wc, sujeta toallas medio suelto, agujeros en pared sin disimular de tener anteriormente algo allí puesto… Aunque lo califican como un 4*, en España seria un 3* normal. Personal de recepciòn muy agradable, en especial una chica colombiana y su compañero, en el turno de mañana del 3/10/24.

Bella struttura un po’ dispersiva dato la quantità di ospiti, colazione deludente mi aspettavo di piu ma quando fai tanti numeri è anche comprensibile, sala enorme buffet che giri giri giri e non sai mai più dove ti trovi dopo , non c’è tanto un in inquadratura dove si trovino le pietanze , affettati pronti via apri la busta e metti in vassoio ,della Nutella neanche traccia, personale nella norma ,camere pulite molto spaziose !

Llegamos la habitacion q nos dan a pesar de ser para 4 nos dan una habitación para dos oscura, si preparar las camas de los niños...le digo de albornoz y los tengo q llevar yo misma a la habitacion, nos cambian a otra habitacion al final. La cena carisima y sin ninguna variedad pero nos clavan 77 euros y pq me di cuenta que habian sumado mal, los servicios todos cerrados salvo la piscina cubierta...que no es ningun spa....para un 4* esperaba mucho mas......

Det er 3.gang vi besøger Parc. Første gang boede vi i én af lejlighederne (resident Eden)og de sidste 2 gange har vi boet på hotellet. Hvilken indkvartering man vælger, er op til ens egen lyst. Vil du gerne have et køkken, så du selv kan lave noget mad, så vælger du lejligheden. Søger du total-ferie, så vælger du hotellet. Selve hotellet og området omkring, er handicapvenligt, på en behagelig afdæmpet måde. Vi er rigtig glade for at komme på Parc, da der er noget at lave for hele familien. Vi føler os meget velkomne, set og hørt ved eventuelle problemer og synes der er en rigtig dejlig stemning. Der er animationteam, som sætter gang i aktiviteter for alle aldre og har man lyst til at komme lidt væk fra området, så kan man tage en hyggetur til Peschiera Del Garda, med hotellets shuttlebusser. Det er 3.gang vi besøger Parc. Første gang boede vi i én af lejlighederne (resident Eden)og de sidste 2 gange har vi boet på hotellet. Hvilken indkvartering man vælger, er op til ens egen lyst. Vil du gerne have et køkken, så du selv kan lave noget mad, så vælger du lejligheden. Søger du total-ferie, så vælger du hotellet. Selve hotellet og området omkring, er handicapvenligt, på en behagelig afdæmpet måde. Vi er rigtig glade for at komme på Parc, da der er noget at lave for hele familien. Vi føler os meget velkomne, set og hørt ved eventuelle problemer og synes der er en rigtig dejlig stemning. Der er animationteam, som sætter gang i aktiviteter for alle aldre og har man lyst til at komme lidt væk fra området, så kan man tage en hyggetur til Peschiera Del Garda, med hotellets shuttlebusser. Excellent property with spotless clean room and surroundings. Travelling between reception and room may be an issue for people with problems walking a longish distance. Indoor pool needs to have a complementary telephone connection rather than a paid one for talking to the rooms, just a suggestion

The hotel is ok, the staff is very young, we found a lot of intern in the reception. The breakfast is a nightmare. Too many people, too many kids and the food is not fresh
