Appart hôtel propre, buffet au top, environnement agréable, parking souterrain surveillé, il manquait une cuisine équipée étant donné que c’est un sport hôtel c’est dommage car il y avait largement de la place pour en installer une.

Decorso e pulito ma poca attenzione ai dettagli. Per esempio nel bagno nonostante fossimo in due c’era un solo asciugamano, niente sapone, solo Shampoo. Minibar praticamente vuoto, niente caffè te o bevande ma solo due bottigliette di acqua. Personale cortese e posizione dell’hotel comoda con buon parcheggio.

L'hotel nelle parti comuni è piuttosto datato e mostra i segni dell'usura. Le camere sono state ben ristrutturate. Il telefono in camera non funzionava. Ho trovato tracce di polvere agli angoli della camera. Al mio arrivo ho trovato il parcheggio riservato ai disabili (ho il tagliando) occupato da un'auto senza tagliando e segnalato alla direzione non hanno provveduto a farla rimuovere. Colazione decisamente migliorabile.Trovo che le recensioni siano esagerate. Buono il prezzo ma non tornerò.

Sur votre site, cet hôtel possède un restaurant, ce n'est pas le cas. Il y a juste la possibilité de petit déjeuner.

Hotel was easy to find using GPS. The parking was very convenient! The front information table at the side of the entrance was very neglected. It needed dusting and cleaning badly. Our guest room smelled of smoke.(a smoker's room) In fact, the next night when I pulled out my pjs, I could smell smoke residue. (We do not smoke). Also, the room floor had not been swept and the nightstands had to be washed. I wanted to inform the staff the next morning and she said they have nothing to do Expedia reservations. In fact, I couldn't get a receipt from the front desk person as I checked out. I used Expedia for all of my other hotel reservations and I received a receipt from all except for this hotel. Greatly disappointed. I would not stay here again. Upon checking in, the staff rep. said dinner was to be served at 7:30. We returned to the lobby to find out that there is no dinner on weekends for guests. Staff also told us we could find a bank close by. After driving around to find a bank for some time, we found an ATM. however, it stated that it could not service my request. We did find the "Edone" restaurant. Dinner was the highlight of our stay in Prato. Staff should have a list of reccommended places to offer guests.

피렌체 일대에서의 부활절을 무사히 보낼 수 있게 해줬던 호텔. 합리적인 가격과 사비스가 만족스러웠다. 지하주차장 별도로 있어서 내가 언제든지 차를 마음대로 나가고 들어오는데 매우 편리하였다. 조식 가격도 저렴하였으먀 아침을 든든히 하기에 충분했다. 객실도 넓직하였다. 다만 객실에서의 담배냄새가 조금 났는데 그부분만 개선하면 완벽할 것이가. 참고로 프라토 기차역까지 걸어서 20분이면 충분했고 호텔 출발해서 피렌체 두오모광장까지 1시간안에 도달할 수 있었다.

Took the suite withb2 bedrooms and large luvingroom with sleep couch. 2 adults 2 children on arrival the couch was nit made ready for sleeping bit they took care of it immediatly. The kitchen did not give super clean impression and the furniture like the bed and tv look dated. also the walls good use a refresh or some wall art? Breakfast very poor. not much choise for a one day stay how ever is fine.

The property in my opinion is a little tired and need updating.. We also had to change our 3 times as had a smell of smoking ..best thing was the bed was very comfortable and room spacious..was ok fir 1 nt

Hotel con una posizione centrale, pulito ma che andrebbe ristrutturato nella mobilia e nei bagni. Letti e cuscini non molto comodi. Ottimi i gadget nel bagno

C’était bien! Le lit et oreiller très confo et belle vue sur les montagnes. Déjeuner complet et bien. 2 seul hic ! Téléviseur mal situé et petit et la douche à besoin d’être remplacer.

Ho trascorso solo una notte in questa struttura e nelle poche ore trascorse non posso far altro che complimentarmi con il personale incontrato per la disponibilità, cordialità e attenzione.

It was great except the cleaning lady came in while I was asleep and in the shower. A do not disturb sign would be helpful to have.
