Aqua Lounge Aparthotel Ulcinj

Varning! Hotellet har extremt låg standard och bilderna stämmer inte. När vi framförde klagomål blev hotellägaren mycket hotfull och aggressiv mot oss. Situationen blev så allvarlig och obehaglig att vi tvingades kontakta polisen. Boka inte detta hotell, det är en direkt trygghetsrisk. Detta motsvarar ett 2-stjärnigt hotell och inte 5 stjärnor. Här är några saker med annonsen som ej stämmer. Det står att hotellet ska ha följande grejer men de finns inte: Spa Swin-up bar Vattenpark tillträde Elbilsladdare Parkering under tak Gratis "shuttle bus" till stranden Poolside bar 2 hot tubs Barnpool Cabanas Smart tv Snabbt internet (det va 30 mb, ej 500) Netflix Stereo Och massa mer grejer.. Öppettiderna för poolen och frukosten stämmer ej. Poolen är dessutom kall och ej uppvärmd. Rummen städas inte, och det tar nästan en timme att promenera till stranden. Läget är mycket dåligt och man behöver hyra bil för att ta sig till ställen. Jag har aldrig känt mig så här lurad av en annons tidigare, rekommenderas inte.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mr. Arben, who was especially friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness really made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Great accommodation — 100% recommended! Clean, comfortable, and very nice. Everything was well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely family run accommodation. They work so hard and tirelessly to ensure your stay is restful and without issues. We got on very well with the owners and they helped us with many things and gave us lots of advice on things to do locally. It is refreshing to see owners who care about their guests and they are always on hand to help in any way they can. An example of this was on our last day, one of the owners followed us to the bus station because they thought we had left something behind. Most people would ignore this but they went out of their way to see if it belonged to us. It did not actually belong to us but we appreciated their kindness and honesty. We will definitely visit Ulcinj again and would be delighted to stay at the Aqua Lounge. Swimming was clean and breakfast was homemade and felt like a lot of love went into it every morning.

Staff were very helpfull and breakfast very good with lot of options. Parking was easy and safe. Rooms quality was spot on and also very clean. Highly recommmend!
