Very clean room. The pool and fitness center are out of order due to pipes freezing 3 months ago. Would have been nice to know as I booked here specifically for the pool. The reception was meh.

We booked with this hotel primarily to use the pool for my grandson and niece. The pool looked great but the sign said closed. I asked the front desk person when it would open. She said it had been unused "for several years" and they had decided to start using it again BUT they were "waiting for the chemicals", so they had no idea when it would actually be used. The pool was the ONLY reason I chose this site over a competitor in the area.

Stayed here because Bloomington hotels were full. Visible dirt & food (cheerios) and clothing tags on the floor made it seem that cleaning was very surface. Since bathroom floor didn’t appear to be well swept I’d assume it was not mopped or sanitized ; when I sat in bed, I could see cheerios from a prior guest on the edge under the other bed.

For being what looked like a new property, the cleanliness of the property (primarily the hallways) was not clean. Additionally we had some people that were loud until well into the night. You can hear the doors slam shut when trying to sleep. Not a great experience here.

The first room we were put in (junior suite with pull out bed) had blood on the bed comforter when we checked in… they moved us to another room with a full size bed, that wasn’t going to work with 2 adults and a child and not what we paid for…. We settled for 2 Queen beds and was told we would be reimbursed the difference of the rooms or comp a free night and have yet to hear anything back from the hotel and it’s been almost 10 days.

Wish I could give 10 stars. I book often off of travelocity and this hotel is one of the best surprises. Room was huge, immaculate and newly renovated. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Great shower. We arrived a few minutes before check-in, exhausted from finishing up a missions trip. Staff was super gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was good. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay was at this hotel. Every staff member we encoutered was extremely nice. Our room was clean, I walked around in white socks and they stayed white! Lots of lighting in all the right places, and plenty of outlets. Bathroom was also very clean, and had Dove products in dispensers in the shower, as well as liquid soap by the sink rather than nasty bar soap. The friendly gentleman working in the breakfast area clearly took pride in his job which was nice to see. Food selection was good. Definitely will consider staying at a Holiday Inn Express again after this experience.

Property and rooms were clean and quiet. My only concern is that our room door and that of the room across from us didn’t automatically click when closed. We had to push the door closed. This was also true for the door at the end of the hallway leading out to the parking lot. This is a huge safety issue

Pretty okay. Place was clear and well kept. Only weird thing. The floors were all loud. Had elephants above us or just the floors have no sound absorbing. Even the doors have giant gaps at the jambs allowing sound to go though.

It was very clean and well kept. Unfortunately the one staff member who knows how to use the computer system left just before I checked in and no one else knew how to use the system. Which led to another family being assigned my room after I’ve been in the room for a few hours. Had to have my cards rescanned each time I came back to the hotel. Breakfast was good but had a super small selection.

The rooms are clean the hotel was nice and staff was friendly what bothers me is the $350 hold they put on my credit card because I have the same zip code as they do and not only that but it may not be released back for at least a week. So are they saying that people that live in the same zip code as they do or more likely to damage the room? It's having a card on file not enough? And why is it that Out of Towners don't have that same charge, made me feel like I was being punished because I live nearby the only reason we got her room was because we were having some work done on our home needless to say I won't be back

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast food selection with both cold and warm options as well as healthy options. Some minor inconveniences such as ice machine being out of ice one morning but was told where to find another one and was an easily fixed problem. Lobby and common areas were clean. We noticed in our bathroom some of the nooks and crannies that hadn't been cleaned in a while but we were not grossed out and took into consideration the possibility of short staffing. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

The two people who worked behind the desk, both when we checked in and when we checked out, were extremely friendly and seemed to truly care about us and our stay. The breakfast person in charge, I think his name was Steve, was very attentive and eager to serve as well. Truly a nice stay!

Parking was ok the hotel is located behind a car dealership. The sign for the hotel is almost hidden and dimly lit. We were there for an extended stay and wasn’t told that they only clean and resupply the rooms every 3 days. Had to go downstairs to get clean towels daily. There are no coffee pots in the rooms the only coffee is down stairs in the lobby. When I confronted the staff they said that all the issues were due to company policy, they seemed like they were used to the complaints, and seemed depressed about the “company’s” policies. I will not stay there again.

The first room we were put in (junior suite with pull out bed) had blood on the bed comforter when we checked in… they moved us to another room with a full size bed, that wasn’t going to work with 2 adults and a child and not what we paid for…. We settled for 2 Queen beds and was told we would be reimbursed the difference of the rooms or comp a free night and have yet to hear anything back from the hotel and it’s been almost 10 days.

Great hotel, however due to the location it is off of a major highway that you have to take 2-3 roundabouts to get to. In order to get to downtown restaurants or bars, you have to go back around the roundabouts and underneath the highway again to get to it all. All in all about 10 minute drive. New construction right in front of the hotel as well.

Parking was ok the hotel is located behind a car dealership. The sign for the hotel is almost hidden and dimly lit. We were there for an extended stay and wasn’t told that they only clean and resupply the rooms every 3 days. Had to go downstairs to get clean towels daily. There are no coffee pots in the rooms the only coffee is down stairs in the lobby. When I confronted the staff they said that all the issues were due to company policy, they seemed like they were used to the complaints, and seemed depressed about the “company’s” policies. I will not stay there again.

Hotel was great. Located just off the highway on an access road. Food places close by, Only to Sue we had was we had booked two rooms online and when we got there only one room booked for us and we paid for two. Luckily they still had one available for my traveling companions.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel elevator was broken and they said the only rooms available were on the third floor. Being senior citizens there was no one available to help with our luggage. We asked if they could move us for three days in a row and was told they had to keep rooms on the first floor for disabled people and that they had no rooms on the second floor. Then the day we checked out another lady was checking in and was told the same thing we had been told for FIVE days and when she told them to cancel her reservation low and behold they somehow decided that they could let her have a room on the first floor! Then to top everything I had paid for both rooms thru hotels.com but three days later a charge showed up on my credit card from the hotel. I called the hotel and the manager said that they didn’t charge me when clearly someone did! This hotel is owned by a third party and clearly they don’t care about the customers and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
