I love staying here and have for many years. Twice so far this year. I am however very disappointed. I paid for 2 extra nights so I can arrive early and my room be ready. This didn't happen. Also I requested on a few occasions 2 king bed. Didnt happen. The pool area has a loose tile, which I slipped and tripped over resulting in a broken toe, my nail being ripped off and losing a huge chunk of skin. Very disappointing trip this time. Apart from thay, its a great place to stay at. Hopefully when Im back in November its a better experience.

This hotel is in a good location for many restaurants and the beach. The room size is generous with excellent air-conditioning. Unfortunately the pool area is quite tired with lots of sharp tiles causing minor cuts to all three children. The linen and towels were old, discoloured and did not smell fresh.

Furama is in a great spot. Great beach acess and good resteraunts and bars surrounding. The hotel staff are friendly, however on Bali time. Takes a while to get room service and pool service. However, the hotel is a little run down. They seem to be working on it every day - but it’s a big place and will take time.

The rooms were good and the aircon was cool. Great security out the front of the property. Breakfast had a variety of food which overlooked the beach. We had to wait an extra 2.5 hours after check in time because our room wasn't ready which was annoying. Our 2 rooms didn't get cleaned until late afternoons. The pool was missing tiles and I actually slipped on the stairs coming from the above splash pool with my toddler in my arms. The water was hot and not refreshing. I was really disappointed in the way the photos portrayed this property as I thought it would be good for a toddler. The indoor play centre actually has a cost on top and the splash park was rusty and dangerous.

Very rundown, the hotel itself was dirty, the rooms were very tired and we had a compressor turning on every 5 minutes above our room all night. The pool towels were guarded like they cure a bad disease, there was smoking all around the pool even infront of the kids play area. It is rated as a resort, it is serviced appartments at best! I will say the staff were friendly and did their best.

Great kids play centre up near the restaurant, costs aprox $10 a day per kid. I did request a nanny for a few hours during my stay when booking and we discussed it via messages but when we arrived they said no nanny’s were available (would have been good to know this before arriving so I could find a private one rather then the hotel one), kids pool area was great although the tiles were very slippery. Breaky was fantastic, great location to beach/cafes

Property bit run down they doing constant work to maintain it, pool was being rejuvenated when we were there so there was no pool. There website wasn’t very clear about there being no pool. They did let us use an alternate pool about 10 minutes walk down the road which was ok but a little annoying. We’ve stayed here before so the rooms are quite good and spacious.

Not the standard expected based on the pictures. Run down and dirty. When we arrived there was a filthy, dirty mattress in the walkway/ garden area around room. Mozzies in the room, breakfast minimal options and not good. Woken by screaming kids at 5 am every morning. When out and about, came back to room at night with blinds wide open on glass walk/door of room showing the room and everything in it including my stuff to everyone who walked past. Not much else in the area and a long way on foot so transport had to be arranged each time.

The room’s main door was broken and difficult to lock when going out, room’s phone was broken and was not able to contact reception, the room was not cleaned and serviced before we checked in: Empty sachets of previously used coffee sachets were there, no hair conditioner, the shampoo bottle was almost empty, towels were smelly and as the sheets were. The room was not serviced as daily basis and we had to use the same towels two days in a row.The whole hotel was not cleaned properly, the little bar of the cafe was terrible and dirty.The breakfast was not fresh and they heated up the same food for the other day. Terrible service, no standard cleaning rules. The pool was almost green from the dirt. Absolutely waste of money.

FuramaXclusive was in a good location straight across from the beach, pretty quiet area compared to legian and 20 minute walk to garlic lane and bintang supermarket. Peak hour traffic along the beach road can be hectic due to width of the road. Hotel is safe with friendly and helpful security guards out front. The rooms were cleaned and service was good. Money exchange in the lobby was helpful Kids indoor playground very convenient but the kids pool needs to be monitored more by the life guards as it is not safe and many parents are not watching their own kids jumping off the wall or foot bridge into the big pool. The 1 bedroom suite was very similar to the studio room so not worth the extra money paid as i was expecting a functioning kitchenette like the 2 bedroon suite and only got a mini bar fridge; not even a bowl, cutlery microwave etc Overall we had a good stay

my brother booked 3 nights for me at FuramaXclusive . there are a few issues that i wanted to raise. 1/. bath towers are worn out off white color. 2/. bed cover hasn’t been changed for 3 nights ( i have pics to proof). 3/, plenty of mosquitoes inside my rooms.

The property looks very run down. You can sleep in, in the morning as there is a rooster singing from about 5am to 7 am and in the evening you can get any rest cause of all the noisy fireworks on the beach One morning there was a mouldy bread on the tray in the breakfast area, and breakfast was same every day. We paid breakfast for 10 days but only ended up eating for 2 days in the restaurant. The bed linen was old and the bathrooms had dirt build up. I personally would never stay in this hotel again

This hotel is big and we found it a bit noisy. The bridges across the swimming pool where very hard to get your suitcases across. You have to walk across them from reception to get a lift up to the rooms. Not very well designed. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff are very nice.

I was originally on the fence when booking this place due to mixed reviews but absolutely loved it, we stayed 4 nights and were happy customers. The location is perfect & close to absolutely everything. The adjoining restaurants make it so easy, reasonably priced and yummy. The pool was fine, I seen some reviews mentioning it was poor quality but we were happy and the kids play park was awesome. We had a king studio and it was super spacious and great quality- no leakage or anything & comfortable bed. Staff were great and very accommodating. Overall very happy with our experience. ONLY negative comment was the wifi. Worked great at the lobby and front area but our room was towards the back and it didn’t work. Definitely would book again though :)

Cependant, il y a un manque de prises électriques pour recharger téléphones et batteries, et certains équipements commencent à montrer des signes de vieillissement. Huge 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space. Housekeeping was incredible and super fast. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet was ok we liked the drinks, food and atmosphere at Th Deck.

Property is in a great spot opposite the beach with lots of great restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It was very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and worked very hard to keep the place clean. The rooms were very nice and huge and had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and lounge room as well as a large balcony. Breakfast was nice, enough of a range to keep the family happy, eggs and omelettes cooked fresh for you. There is a great kids pool area for small kids. Downsides- people let fireworks off on the beach all night from when it gets dark until sometimes 4 in the morning and it woke us up every night. Our lounge was broken when we got there( it was old and had been fixed many times before judging by all the different screws in the bottom of it) and they came and tried to fix it but couldn’t and they took it away and never brought us another one. The pool isn’t one you can just relax in as you can’t stand up in there. Except for a small ledge on part of one side. And the spa area. Although they did have some noodles and floatation devices you could use. It was good enough for the price we paid but I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

We booked a two bedroom suite for four people, however the bedrooms have glass doors / one full glass wall which means you do not have any privacy. This was disappointing as the photos on the website show the glass as frosted. The hotel is tired and requires a lot of maintenance. The location is great though. Close to nice restaurants and many beach bars.

We really wanted to love FuRama - but upon reflection once home we are still feeling disappointed. 1. Our cards were stolen from our room (resulting in a loss of $3000 AUD and 3 cancelled cards on day 2 of our 10 day holiday!!!!). Be careful with your belongings - the waiver at check in is sadly there for a reason :-( 2. Service at reception and the pool was painfully slow and underwhelming. 3. Worst thing we did was eat at the restaurant - always extremely slow - one night we were there at 5, ordered early (and were the only ones there) as we still aaited 2 hours for the kids meals. It's an excellent location and the rooms are large and have everything a family will need (but they are tired). Won't rush back sadly. Disappointing

The rooms were good and the aircon was cool. Great security out the front of the property. Breakfast had a variety of food which overlooked the beach. We had to wait an extra 2.5 hours after check in time because our room wasn't ready which was annoying. Our 2 rooms didn't get cleaned until late afternoons. The pool was missing tiles and I actually slipped on the stairs coming from the above splash pool with my toddler in my arms. The water was hot and not refreshing. I was really disappointed in the way the photos portrayed this property as I thought it would be good for a toddler. The indoor play centre actually has a cost on top and the splash park was rusty and dangerous.

Huge 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space. Housekeeping was incredible and super fast. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet was ok we liked the drinks, food and atmosphere at Th Deck.

i supposed to stay for 5 days but after 1 night i decided to check out early .My mom's room is leaked and nobody come to check they only said we will check but nobody came . The staff all of them are rude and helpless. Definitely not recommended. if you looking for family friendly try movenpick hotel jimbaran , thank me later

3rd time staying here & for the second year in a row we booked a 1 bedroom suite but we're taken to a studio room & had to wait till the next day to finally get the room we booked. Daughter was also staying here as well & was also taken to a studio room. Manager was not helpful. Also room towels always smelt & looked dirty, had to request clean towels regularly. Location is great

The property is in the heart of Semanyak and is as expected. Blends into the area very well. Beach access is as close as can be. Hotel staff and management were outstanding. Excellent value for money. Entrance needs a little face lift as first impressions count.

FuramaXclusive was in a good location straight across from the beach, pretty quiet area compared to legian and 20 minute walk to garlic lane and bintang supermarket. Peak hour traffic along the beach road can be hectic due to width of the road. Hotel is safe with friendly and helpful security guards out front. The rooms were cleaned and service was good. Money exchange in the lobby was helpful Kids indoor playground very convenient but the kids pool needs to be monitored more by the life guards as it is not safe and many parents are not watching their own kids jumping off the wall or foot bridge into the big pool. The 1 bedroom suite was very similar to the studio room so not worth the extra money paid as i was expecting a functioning kitchenette like the 2 bedroon suite and only got a mini bar fridge; not even a bowl, cutlery microwave etc Overall we had a good stay

The property was good. The pool and kids pool area was average. Wakka Wakka was great value. Food was tasty. However, there were fireworks every single night from about 7:30pm to about 10pm. The bedsheets and towels were also not changed regularly.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The restaurant was great with one of the best breakfast available anywhere, breakfast included is a must. The staff were great, with nothing too hard. We ordered room service one night because it was bucketing down. Dinner was served in 20 mins. Great value in Seminyak, on the beach and close to many great bars and restaurants.

Otherwise ok, but hotel guests seem to be smoking everywhere and its really not suitable at year 2026 anymore. There is no blackout curtain in toilet so in the morning room has too much light. Got food poisoning from the breakfast food (didnt eat anything else), they dont have proper breakfast for a European. Even salad table is missing (cucumber/tomato slice is not a salad table).

It was a good spot the only problem is if you want to get grab car it’s not that easy also not to mention during the day there’s a charge from the local for every vehicle entering including bikes

The Check in was very slow. We were sent a message asking us to let them know what time we would arrive, we replied with 1-2pm. We did not get into our room until well after the advised time on their website of 2pm. No updates from staff until our room was ready. There Website says 2 pools and upon enquiring it appears the one large pool that has a children's waterslide area on one side and narrows then opens up to another larger side is the two pools. So not two pools. Drivers have to pay to take you in and out has a surcharge for that. Apart from that the room was great and the grounds are well maintained. The location is handy to everything. Would I stay again at this stage I'm with a maybe.
