The price for the room was a deal and i see why. The carpet and couch was well worn and outdated, the shower needs a redo. The suite i got i was really excited for then i was just ehhhhhh at the end of my stay. Didnt really interact with staff. Excercise room and pool was great. I had room to park my truck. Id stay again but hope its more up to date.

This is actually a nice property for the price. It was clean and decent close to where I needed to be. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the elevator did not work, so I had to walk up the steps which is not really a big deal But the worst part of it was they turned off the water for the entire morning until 3 o’clock in the afternoon unable to shower/bathe. It was horrible and I had just put hair care products in my hair that I needed to wash out immediately and couldn’t so my daughter and her friend had to go down to the car get the bottles of water that we had bought and rinse my hair so it wouldn’t all fall out .

The nicest person was the breakfast attendant. The hotel only cared about money and made sure you felt that way. The pool door was broken. The gym door was broken. The walk in foyer smelled like weed. The elevator smelled like pee at one point.

Pool wasn't usable cause it has no heat

Got a connecting room and when we moved the chairs blocking the door there was pasta and all kinds of stuff that hasn’t been touched. Microwave stunk so bad we unplugged it. We got two rooms on the ground level and only one of the windows would lock in the rooms. Staff was friendly. The pool was too cold to enjoy. They had to have problems with the boiler for it not to be on. The rooms smelt of a musk and after the second day I had to ask the front desk for someone to clean our rooms because they had no plans on cleaning it, wasn’t on anyone’s list when I asked one of the maids.

The property was shabby and needs to be updated. The pool looked dirty and was informed though indoor it was not heated. There was dust on the tops of the tables in my room. The staff was friendly, however, and the bed was comfortable.

The Front Desk staff was amazingly kind and helpful and professional. Breakfast was decent pretty standard. The mattress was not very comfortable, felt like it was probably older. Linens were nice and clean, but the shower was dirty and had hair in it. It’s also just pretty rundown overall. I wanted to swim in the pool, but it looked not very clean so I didn’t use that either.

Hallway door barely locked, room smelled terrible, room carpet was filthy, bathroom sink was literally falling off the wall, mirror in ADA room was over 4’ above the floor, the pool was super small and the water was green. Literally the worse hotel we have ever stayed at.

I was very very disappointed, there was no active indoor pool and I booked in advance,the breakfast list was short,there is no room service even upon request, it was very difficult reaching front desk. I will never be a guest in any of your locations’again. I was misled.

Rude front desk with long fingernails demanding a credit card for incidentals. Broken steps to the ice cold pool, broken elevator, lousy breakfast, only hot water to wash my hands, squeaky floors and a toilet that won't flush.

The rooms were not clean, had pee on covers whwn I went to the front desk and ask for a refund was told they were unable to do it. Found used condoms in the chair, the towels were filthy. Breakfast did not have any good options. The young lady in the Breakfast area wanted to make your waffles but never changed her gloves. The room smelled like urine and when you go to the front desk nothing gets resolved. I am still in contact to get a refund.

Well I liked the availability of getting the room. What I didn't like was the toilet had hair at the bottom of it and the shower head as well! The shower curtain looked like what could have been dried blood or mold /mildew on it to the point I couldn't take a shower! The tub hot water constantly ran ALL NIGHT to where I had to close the bathroom door and turn the TV up loud to not hear the water! The smoke detector/carbon dioxide was hanging off the wall! The light fixture was slanted light it was about to fall from the ceiling! Room 230 was a total inconvenience and disappointment! I also have pics for proof!

The 1st room had cob webs, dirty sheets, molded possible chicken nugget on floor, hair balls on floor, lamps torn n stained with food, trash n open candy from previous guests on floor. 2nd room- door handle fell off locking me in room and my kids in hallway Fridge dirty, No TV at all simply wouldn’t work Owner said I was “picky” and told us to leave 11pm at night if expected refund which I have not received

Dirty, roaches, terrible

Moldy smell, mold in bathroom, problems with keys getting into room, shower curtain rod not properly secured and shower bar coming out of wall. Also poor breakfast selections.

Did not like anything! It was dirty, the room smelled, showed us another room and it was just as bad. Furniture looked like it was found at a junk sale. People hanging around the hotel looked like transients. Was not safe to say the least! Couldn’t wait to get out of there. We did Not stay, had to walk and find another hotel. Not a way to start a vacation. Expedia this hotel should be taken off of your site! Just terrible. They want to charge me for One night when we never stayed there. Still Waiting to hear if I’m going to get my FULL refund.

This motel is not clean. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had to move to another room due to bugs.also carpet was dirty and air conditioner was propped up with a piece of wood. Had to find another room at 1.30 in the morning. Also i couldnt get out of the reservation so I was stuck I wouldn't recommend Hotel.com nor this hotel

Smells and stains everywhere, on everything rugs bathrooms chairs tables even the beds were all dirty and old. We checked out early and we decided to cut our trip short and go home.

The best thing that I can say is the room was a good size. The place needs some work. The hallway carpet was dirty as well as the carpet in the room. The little seedy looking couch in the room looked like it might have belonged to my grandmother cause it was so old. The absolute worst part was the stench of cigarette and weed smoke/smell throughout the hallways. Although each door had a no smoking sign on it. That Comfort Inn does not live up to the standard of others I’ve stayed at.

Stayed in double queen suite. Very run down and extremely dirty! Elevator hasn’t been cleaned in at least 20 years. Headboard had nasty whitish stains. Don’t stay here! You’re better off sleeping in the car.

Road noise very loud throughout the night, including motorcycles and tractor-trailer trucks. Electrical outlet sparked when cell phone was plugged into it. One outlet in bathroom was not working at all. The rod holding the shower curtain was loose on both ends causing the curtain to slide to the middle from both ends leaving openings at the front and back of the shower area. The staff was pleasant and competent.

Beds are old and squeaky. Hotel Just good enough for a quick layover

It is strategically located and easy to access. The hotel does not have an excellent breakfast though. They do not have drinks antisipeting diabetic people who need low sugar drink. The front desk workers are personable.

When I checked in the room had a bad Odor that we had to be move to another room. The property definitely needs to be updated inside.

Property needs better maintenance around the building as a whole my shower curtains were ripped carpet needs to be cleaned and tubs needs updating. The staff was great very friendly courteous and helpful.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. TV was disappointing. Only allowed to watch three or four channels.

Rude. I was never checked and drove an hour to find other accomodations. .the lady at the front said her system and she couldnt check me in. She said it would maybe be up in 3 hours and that i could wait in the lobby, or go somewhere else. Very disappoointong. How doi get this refunded?

Check in was okay it’s always a hidden deposit. Food was horrible. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was arguing and being messy. Didn’t have a remote to the Tv until 2hrs before I checked out. I asked if I could do a late check and the front desk clerk said no not today. I’m from Arkansas so where they do that at. Just wasn’t comfortable there and want be back.

Courtney made my stay very pleasant

The 2 ladies working that night were amazing. We had an issue n our room amd they went above and beyond to resolve it!

Excellent service, amaxing hot water pressure and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the hotel was very quite, and Courtney at the front desk is the perfect example of customer service.

The staff were exceptional and courteous from the desk staff to housekeeping.

I booked this hotel for a work trip in the area. Very rude check in personnel at the counter. She acted like she was upset that we wanted to checkin. Room sink was clogged, tv didn’t work, room key didn’t work and the checkin lady was rude when we asked for a replacement.

Location was good but the stay attitude was bad. Front desk clerk did not answer the phone calls even though she was at front desk. Breakfast dishes were empty coffee dispenser was empty the attendant was on phone all the time and acted as if she was doing a favor to guests. Rooms were not cleaned for four days even after asking. Choice hotel brand standards were not met only one waste basket in a two bedroom suite. Terrible, I will not stay here again.

The location was good

Location was the only plus for this property, my HVAC unit was leaking water on the carpet so my feet kept getting wet when i walked by that area, and it sounded like a small jet taking off everytime it came on. also my toilet would not flush properly. I had to use a trash can, fill it with water and manually flush the toilet. The pillows were too small, they were small squares vs. regular rectangles, so i got minimal sleep. the internet is slower than im used to at a hotel, the ironing board and iron almost ruined my shirt. It has NO padding on it so it was like i was ironing on a piece of metal, and thats only after i had to "rig" it to stay upright. Won't be staying here again, i dont know what i was thinking.

Less than I expected for the area. It felt like it was used as a bordello. Trash everywhere outside and transients freely roaming the property. It also shares access to other businesses and presents a traffic nightmare at certain times.

Close to restaurants, needs some updating but nice staff.

Hotel Pros: Close to theme park I was visiting, 15 mins away. Close to quick food options (Publix, McD's, Chick-Fil-A, Dunkin') etc. Staff goes beyond service with a smile, helped me resolve a card issue a couple nights back. Room bed was comfortable, and had a refrigerator, microwave, and ice bucket which was perfect. I enjoyed the AC-made it more comfortable. Now-I had some issues: The hotel smells like weed or marijuana and there is an odor near the hotel and is even inside which made me uncomfortable. Noise level wasn't great every night, for noisy guests above my room kept stomping and jumping on the floor every few minutes which didn't help at all when I was trying to relax while eating dinner or lunch. The hotel is near a carwash-not quiet at all with drying fans. A delivery truck didn't help either because the operator was slamming his ramp into the ground and shutting the door really hard!! The bathroom was ok, but a few problems: (shower curtain had a rip in one of the hooks), toilet kept making a gurgling sound every 15-20 minutes- 1st 3 nights, stopped around 4th night (I had to close lid to keep water from splashing out). Towels weren't fluffy, kind of stiff and abrasive. Faucet in bathtub kept dripping water every night (needs to be fixed). The desk chair seemed broken, cause every time I sat down for lunch or dinner, I had to keep adjusting the height as it would sink down like 6-8 times, which was an inconvenience. I will look for a better hotel next time!!

Near enough to downtown and Truist for relatively affordable rideshares or driving if you're brave. Rooms likely all have the same odor, given the cleaning staff all having a cigarette addiction. Overall acceptable and no surprises for the price.

Breakfast was our favorite part. The attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was dirty in my opinion and its because the floors in the bathroom were dirty, there were old cob webs on the walls, and the bathrub was also not pleasant. The people were nice, but the hotel itself could use some attention.

Stayed here while in the area for a baby shower. This place needs a little TLC but overall for the price it was great. The staff was wonderful and always very helpful. Room was clean and had a nice small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast wasn't that great but overall we had a great stay.

For the price the property is great! The lady at the front desk had good customer service skills. The room was clean and I felt safe. The buffet breakfast was basic no frills. I’m sure it was great for guests without dietary restrictions (I’m vegan). The only real complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was trash. After several attempts to log on to watch the TV in the room and trying to log on through our devices we ended up just connecting to our own mobile hotspot and using my laptop to watch a show.

TV didnt work. Breakfast was low quality. Night staff was very good, not so much for the morning staff

Very Clean Excellent Staff Great Breakfast!!

The bed was firm but, comfortable. Had to ask for the cleaning attendant to help me figure out how to operate their TV. Black mold on the ceiling above the shower. Small trash on elevator floor. Decent breakfast in the morning just no coffee, had to get coffee from the lobby area and had a strange flavor to it.

Hotel is old, dirty and in major need of updates. Beds are not comfortable, drains all back up, breakfast was disgusting (as was the coffee)… avoid avoid avoid!!
