SureStay Hotel by Best Western Helen Downtown

Very nice experience the only disappointment was Helen Georgia did not have enough restaurants to serve the public at that time of year

The room was clean and I appreciate the soaps and body wash. However, the bed was very soft, and since we had four guests, we shared beds. I slept on the edge of the mattress and kept falling/sliding all night. At breakfast, the juice machine was out of order. My wife wanted water, but tap was the only water available, unless we paid for bottles of water. If the machine is broken, the water should be complimentary. Tapwater is okay, but too much chlorine and the taste wasn't so great. The rest of breakfast was good.

Clean room and very helpful staff!

We enjoyed our stay. The property met all our needs. We were within walking distance of everything. And the mountain coaster was AMAZING!!

Room was very dirty, hair on bathroom floor...not Cleaned at All!! Staff smoking 🚬 all day. Smoke around building and staff areas very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
