The property location is good for access to the old town and a short distance from the train station. There are a lot of steep steps up into the rooms; not ideal with luggage or for anyone with mobility issues. The double room with terrace is not as advertised; photos on the site are of the other rooms and the terrace does not look like the site photo. There is minimal outdoor furniture and certainly no loungers as seen in the photo. There is no breakfast offered at the property as the photos would suggest; breakfast is a voucher for a coffee and pastry in a local cafe. The owner is helpful but did walk into our room in the afternoon with little announcement.

Fantastic location, in the heart of Lecce! Very quiet inside even with so much late night activity outside, so never a problem to sleep. The host was helpful and even carried 1 of 4 suitcases up to the room with me. Small room, but overall very nice. The only complaint is that there were 40 steps up to our room on the top floor, which was only an issue because of the 4 bags. Otherwise, just more exercise 😉
