Unbelievable hotel! The decor of this hotel is magnificent it feels like it transports you back in time! The staff were all amazing, super helpful and accomodating of any requests. To top it off, its only a short walk into Dobbiaco and a few minutes from the rail and bus station! The Spa at this hotel is the best I have ever seen anywhere!

10/10 The staff is incredible, so nice and attentive! The facility itself and the spa and the amenities are wonderful and all you need is there! The building and location is close to the train but also in the most beautiful setting and has incredible views! We loved everything! Can't wait to go back!

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Balcony view was beautiful. Breakfast was included and quite generous with the staff making fresh eggs to your preference as well as a variety of buffet options. View around the property were gorgeous all around. The property also had 7 saunas and 2 pools which were spectacular after long hikes.
