Please Important: Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Boardrider Backpacker & Budget Accommodation, and there is an age restriction of 18-35 in all dormitory rooms. International guests only in our dormitory style rooms, passport needed for check in Boardrider Backpacker & Budget Accommodation will not make any charges to your credit card when making an online booking. You will be required to pay the full amount at check-in. Your credit card details are obtained to secure your reservation only. PAYMENT A deposit equivalent to the first night’s booking tariff is payable at time of booking to confirm the reservation. Final balance is payable 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Should your balance not be received by the due date, this amount will be automatically deducted from the credit card on file. CANCELLATION Free cancellation period up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking tariff. Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration. Please note: Booking alterations include date changes, reduction in nights and reduction in guests. These fall under the same rule as a cancellation and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period. We do our best to accommodate all bookings as they are made; however, we reserve the right to modify bookings, which may result in a room-type change.
