Bath tub is not clean. Water disposable is not working. Provide me with container without cover. Not good as water may splash out and dust may enter the container.

Great hotel. We were initially charged an additional guest fee despite my receipt saying it was for 2 people already. They refunded the charge without hesitation upon check-in later in the day. Was able to store our luggage before check-in and they were located in the room upon check-in. Provided breakfast as well.
