Did not stay there left after Arrival , stunk horrible no elevator . Bad place

Front desk services were pleasant, responsive and quick. It does appear the property is under renovation. Community spaces were nice. Linen needs a replacement. There was limited bath linen. Thank goodness I had my own. What was nice is parking for oversize vehicles.

This property has a million and one options for eating, with in walking . When you walk through the doors it is always clean. If you have to wait a second you can sit on the furniture and it is clean. They have a computer and printer in case you need to print a document right fast. The staff are a group of great people and there is no shady business going on here …. I 20/10 would recommend a stay here.

Hard to find entrance. Room did not have AC on and it was super hot. Tv didn’t work and same with the remote. My key card stopped working and I had to go to the front desk 4 times in one day to have it fixed. Says services breakfast but doesn’t. There were also a lot of sketchy people staying at this hotel.

Not only is this hotel dumpy, we could hear stomping and thumping ALL NIGHT LONG from room above us. At 1 am we called manager to have something done. He came to the room to 'listen for himself' then went up to speak to occupants. The next day, early again, banging continued. Apparently there was a family with 5 children, and the manager had been trying to reach them for 3 days. Why put 7 people in one room, and on the TOP FLOOR so people below have to hear that? I spoke to other people on my floor and they said they could hear it too.We left first thing in the morning and found a red roof inn a few miles away and it was so much better. Their continental breakfast didn't even have juice for kids, coffee only. Luckily there was a dunkin donuts next door. Parking lot is super suspicious, no benches or bbq or grassy area like in the pictures. manager unhelpful, kept dodging my calls once i returned home, until i got Hotels.com involved. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. Go to the Red Roof instead. This was such a terrible stay, and really put everyone in a bad mood until we got to a better hotel. I can't say enough warnings about this place. One positive - one of the maids/ staff did get some orange juice for my kids, and was very apologetic for the noise and lack of sleep. The manager couldn't care less. Then he offered me a king size bed. How is that going to help unless we are not anywhere near that family of 7+ people? No thanks. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You can tell people live there full time, which wouldn't be an issue, but garbage and dirty linens were piled up in the hallway. There were people hanging out in the parking lot, on the stairs, etc. The room was a place to crash for the night, basics were there. A lot of stairs, with no elevator.

The first room wasn't clean at all. Had hair on the bed sheets. Burnt stains cigarette stains but I complained to the front and they changed my room. He hesitated first to change my room. Then he changed it. But the other room was okay. It was better than the first one. But the water pressure was amazing.

Do not recommend this place for the general public. The smell (mix of cleaning products and smoke) was so overwhelming that it felt like we couldn’t breathe. The noise from others staying there was also way too loud. Our room was pretty run-down and outdated, and didn’t seem like it was cleaned all that well. The tipping point for us was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Luckily the staff there promised to give us a refund. We could not even stay one night there, and left that first night for a nearby hotel.

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating

First room had strange odor, so I asked for another room. Sheet in the second room was stained, so I asked to change it, they brought me another one with stains again, the third one was without stains. Cleanliness is the issue in there.

We stood there for one night because we picked up our Son from a nearby University and the Price was cheap. We was barely there 10 hours and came home with Bed Bug bites all over our bodies and Face. I would never stay at this Hotel again not even if you paid me. I pray I didn't bring any home with me but our whole bodies are riddled in bed bug bites.

Roaches in the room. Trash all over the back stairwell. No one at the desk for check out. All in all a nasty hotel

There were bed bugs and I got bites all over my body on multiple nights. I Told the staff/front desk but NOTHING was done at all.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! This hotel was disgusting, it was filthy, smelled and is not safe to stay at. From the resident sitting on the couch in the lobby with no shoes to the clerk being behind glass not to mention the resident that was in front of us paying her weekly rent with blood running down her leg. We should have known then to leave then but gave it the benefit of the doubt and checked in. We get to our room and open the door to the fresh smell of gallons of bleach used to clean the room. I would have rather gone outside in the snow to go to the bathroom than use the bathroom in the room. The sheets were stained. There was stains on the walls where bleach was poured on the walls to get what I can only assume was blood off the walls near the door. There were other spatters on the walls. I don’t think the last person in this room ever checked out by the looks and smell of it. That was enough for me, we grabbed our stuff went down gave the key back and went to the Holiday inn express 20min down the road. I will take it up with my credit card company to get the refund on the room.

The one of the most annoying thing I can say is that the doors of your room slam as you enter your room. All I heard last night were doors opening and slamming closed throughout the entire stay. Did not get much sleep at all.

The room was dirty and the bed was so sunken in that I literally fell in it. No lamp shades?? Was there for less than 24hrs thank God! Do not recommend at all!

Our room was super hot when we got there. Took over an hour to cool down. Whatever disinfectant they had, the whole place smelled.

The room was a good size and relatively clean, however, for a no smoking room, it did smell like cigarettes. My stay was miserable. I did not sleep all weekend long. Between the people above me stomping around and the couple screaming bloody murder through the night it was honestly terrible. It was so loud and scary my daughter didn’t want me to leave the room to go to the front and complain because she thought someone was being hurt. I did go to the front to complain about the people above the next night, and the stomping subsided for a bit. I thought the screaming couple had gotten kicked out after a whole night of screaming but alas at 6am the next morning I was awoken by crazy people screaming again and wanted to cry. I hear the staff knock and say “is everything ok” at the point..like, really? People like that need to be kicked out. I honestly should have requested a refund after the first night of not sleeping but I’m a very timid, non confrontational person, so that’s my own fault. I can tell you, I will never stay at this location again. The positives: it’s in a nice location, lots of food options, a movie theater. It’s just too bad staff did nothing about the screaming couple.. I can’t think I would be the only one who heard them.

Good size rooms but shower pressure is pretty weak

All staff friendly. Check in/out easy. There’s a smoking section and so the building’s atmosphere is treated with a strong but not unpleasant smell. Common areas are clean and well maintained. Rug in room could use a cleaning. Thank you!

Well maintained, clean and friendly staff.

Staff NOT helpful at all. They sold our room and gave us someone elses to avoid giving us our money back. They had no roll out bed and pictures show a pull out couch and no rooms have them they said. I asked for towels they never gave them to me AND i had used towels wet in my bthrm.

The staff was very rude not professional at all no communication then going to tell other staff that im complaining yes how im getting treated.

I did not stay at this property. They had the booking up and called me to tell me to call Expedia to ask for a refund.Then when I called Expedia they told me this had to be done with the hotel. Then I called the hotel and the man at the desk said he would process a refund. The refund was never processed .. I paid for a service I did not recieve .. but the Holiday inn across the street was good .

This is a budget friend motel. I gave it 5 stars ,not because it’s the Ritz Carlton , but because it was 5 stars for its price range. The staff is very friendly and very non intrusive. The cleaning is excell

I liked the convenient location to where I needed to be in Waterbury the next morning. The room was large enough, had ample drawer space, was clean and quiet. On the other hand, there were only two coat hangers for the rack and the front desk could not provide any more. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper and the one in the bathroom was nearly out, so I had to go to the front desk for more. Empty kleenex box - had to go to the front desk again. On arrival, I found the toilet running water at full flow (I fixed it) and the TV was on very loud with some cartoon. Breakfast on Saturday didn't start until 7 AM and I needed to be out soon after that. Just one kind of cereal - very sugary kind of cheerios. There was only decaf coffee, no regular coffee pots. Go figure how they can justify that for breakfast.

Paint peeling in bathroom, tub looked dirty, lobby and room smelled horrible, dirty sheets and towels in hallway, breakfast was a joke. Would not stay again.

No breakfast like the offer stated . Creamer sour for coffee. No one checked or made bed, empty garbage ., etc … towels as well.

I chose this hotel although the price was similar in others because it mentioned it include breakfast, which was not true, When I asked for it the staff told me it was only there was not breakfast but coffee Also seems There were also people living there and they made kind of a party on their bedroom Not recommended at all

Got in checked in and got to the room went to go to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush come to find out the handle was broken so we had to open the back to flush the toilet. I booked bc it said they offered breakfast and no breakfast was ever set up to eat but overall was good to sleep in after a long day
