Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well appointed as it accommodated our family comfortably. The stairs coming off the driveway were steep and I would never rent this in the Winter as it is too difficult to bring items in and out. Furniture and carpeting were run down. I had wished there was a t.v. in the Primary suite because when the kids sleep in the bunk beds while in the loft area, there is too much noise for them in the great room area. On our first day, my husband got stung by a wasp while using the grill. The grill works poorly and it needs to be replaced. Kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable. The location was great. There are no comfortable outdoor seating and the chairs that were there looked into a brick wall and out to the driveway. The community pool was great and we explored the lakes in the area.

Great location. We liked the green space behind the garage for the kids to play soccer and throw the football.Don't forget your small soccer goal for the kids. Basketball hoop at the cul-de-sac was great. Access (with a fee) to a community pool was great. We spend time every day at the pool. We cooked in the whole time. Make sure to go to Owens meats to get your bbq items!

This cabin was perfect for a large group with multiple families. Location within walking distance to Roslyn Ridge with pool access, which was a great option for hot days and Roslyn was a cute town!

We rented this home for our whole family while we attended the four days of the Ellensburg Rodeo. It was a great house for us with lots of space. I especially appreciated all of the pots and pans and glasses in the kitchen! The younger adults enjoyed the hot tub. The telescope came in handy when we wanted to check out the moon and stars. Owners were great with communication! The neighborhood is quiet. If I need a home to rent in Ronald again, I would definitely come here again.

The stay was wonderful. Everything worked well and they had plenty of utensils and bowls for the family. The only issue were the flies. There were so many flies that it was hard to cook and eat in the kitchen.

The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked both nights. The table in the kitchen held all 11 of us for sit-down dinners which was so fun! Some people didn't like sleeping in the loft area because of noise from those downstairs who stayed up later or got up early. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning was well done, but still had some cat dander, and 2 of my families sufferred for a couple days of cat allergy.3 - Of the 3 rentals on this block, this home was not very well stocked with kids toys/games. We did bring some of our own.4 - The pantry was LOCKED and unusable. Odd. We had to store most of our family food on the dining table for the weekend.Cleaning staff did great job preparing home for our arrival! We will return again next year.

We really liked the little cabin! The beds were comfy and it was close to town and also the rec center. The management was quick to respond to emails. We enjoyed our stay.

It was fine. Feels very worn. There aren’t good outdoor spaces, aside from the hot tub. There was nothing specifically wrong or bad, but we stay in 3-4 VRBOs a year, and we wouldn’t rebook this one. It was adequate, but that is all. Just adequate.

The property managers had very clear instructions and great communication. You can tell they have a lot of experience with vacation rentals. Check in was easy and smooth and the house was clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked as far as pots and pans go, however, plan to bring your own seasonings if you will need much more than salt and pepper. This might have been more noticeable as we stayed over thanksgiving so had a fairly large menu planned. More lighting around the hot tub would have been nice. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

We rented this home for our whole family while we attended the four days of the Ellensburg Rodeo. It was a great house for us with lots of space. I especially appreciated all of the pots and pans and glasses in the kitchen! The younger adults enjoyed the hot tub. The telescope came in handy when we wanted to check out the moon and stars. Owners were great with communication! The neighborhood is quiet. If I need a home to rent in Ronald again, I would definitely come here again.

The stairs coming off the driveway were steep and I would never rent this in the Winter as it is too difficult to bring items in and out. Furniture and carpeting were run down. I had wished there was a t.v. in the Primary suite because when the kids sleep in the bunk beds while in the loft area, there is too much noise for them in the great room area. On our first day, my husband got stung by a wasp while using the grill. The grill works poorly and it needs to be replaced. Kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable. The location was great. Great location. We liked the green space behind the garage for the kids to play soccer and throw the football.Don't forget your small soccer goal for the kids. The house was great! Plenty of beds and we loved the fireplace. Figuring out how to turn it on was tricky. Maybe add directions for how to do that. The table and kitchen were great. All in all we had a very pleasant visit. Needed maintenance to fix a leaky dishwasher and they responded immediately. Staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. We were visited by two mama turkeys on two different days. On the first visit she had seven chicks the second mama had two that were a bit bigger. Fun!

We were visited by two mama turkeys on two different days. On the first visit she had seven chicks the second mama had two that were a bit bigger. Fun!

At the end of a cul-de-sac with backyard that ends in forest. Elk, deer and turkey browsed in the neighbors yard in the morning! Hot tub was easy to use, clean and warm! Lots of options in kitchen including cast iron pans! Beds were comfortable and bedrooms offered great privacy. Bunk beds are in open loft. Nice vacation home with great access to close hiking options. Property management company was friendly and offered all details in thorough emails.
