Sehr sauber, top Lage mitten im Zentrum, dafür sehr ruhig. Parkgarage wie in Italien üblich für deutsche Autos etwas eng. Mit mehrfachem Rangieren und Einweisung durch Beifahrer machbar (C-Klasse Kombi).

Incredible service, stunning views from the rooftop bar/breakfast area, nice breakfast, and clean rooms. The hotel also offers parking underneath the building. Although the space is tight, we managed just fine with our rented SUV. My only complaint is that the pillows were very firm.

Great location in the center of the city; Panoramic views from the rooftop; Delicious breakfast buffet at the rooftop restaurant, as well as cocktails before dinner; friendly staff; clean spacious room; convenient parking underground... Für eine Nacht, auf der Durchreise hier gehalten. Super Lage im charmanten Städtchen, Garage unter dem Hotel. Zimmer sehr gross, gemütlich und ruhig. Alles Tip Top sauber und gepflegt. Personal höflich, hilfsbereit, klasse Service (weiter so). Die Dachterrasse ist sensationell, da kann man entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen…

Great hotel, location, and upgrades overall. Surprisingly in contrast to all upgrades, the rug was in terrible condition (likely to be replaced soon and thoughtfully slippers were provided). The fan in the bathroom could be cleaned. Other than that, wonderful experience and stay!

Voilà un superbe hôtel, situé en plein centre ville. Notre suite était grande, bien équipée avec un très grand lit. Le seul problème - vraiment ennuyeux pour un hôtel - était qu’elle donnait directement sur la rue et que à partir de 11h du soir les bars reçoivent des clients dehors, dans la rue et que jusqu’à environ 3h du matin, il est très difficile de dormir. Extrêmement déçus. Renseignement pris, ce problème est récurent tous les vendredis et samedis soir. Donc, soit demander une chambre de l’autre côté de l’hôtel, soit ne pas se coucher avant 3h du matin soit éviter les week-ends. Par ailleurs les 20% de remise sur la nourriture et les boissons est soit inexistante, soit transformée d’autorité en 10%. Le reste est parfait, en particulier le rooftop.

The hotel and rooms are very nice, however they are not sound proofed as described. There is a bar on the roof that blasts music that rattles the whole structure especially the elevator shaft. I didn’t expect this at all, and when they finally shut off the music just before 11 everyone spilled into the street and since rooms are not sound proofed I ended up switching rooms to an inner room at around 11:30. Pretty annoying. Nothing against people having a good time on a Friday night, but my goal was basic hotel activity: to sleep and wash, so that didn’t work out so well. I feel management should decide if they are a hotel or a nightclub, and be up front about the noise. That said, great location, nice facility, and helpful getting me a taxi etc. Maybe this is only an issue on weekends. Definitely ask for an inner courtyard room.

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is decent but one of the days eggs and other hot dishes were ice cold. Had to ask them to get hot food. Internet in my room was very bad. It can be definitely improved

Camera rumorosa e fredda. Giornata piovosa e fredda, in camera entravano Spifferi d’aria fredda dalle finestre. Ho chiesto di alzare il riscaldamento perché la camera ricca in marmo era freddissima, ma non mi hanno accontentato per policy sul risparmio energetico 21 impostati era il Massimo e mi sarebbe dovuta bastare (mai successo di ricevere tali risposte)

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très accueillant. Toutefois, demandez une chambre donnant vers l'arrière (la rue principale est un peu bruyant, jusqu'à tard dans la soirée) et si vous avez une voiture, vous avez intérêt à être un très bon conducteur pour la mettre au garage de l'hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très accueillant. Toutefois, demandez une chambre donnant vers l'arrière (la rue principale est un peu bruyant, jusqu'à tard dans la soirée) et si vous avez une voiture, vous avez intérêt à être un très bon conducteur pour la mettre au garage de l'hôtel.

The staff speaks hardly any English, and does not seem particularly serviceminded or friendly. There is no bodylotion, cream or conditioner available in the bathroom. And there is no where to put the soap in the showerroom - on the floor?! The least appealing part is the thin walls, so you hear far more than you like to from the rooms closest to mine. The breakfast is nice, and so is the breakfastroom 👍

Extended my stay & had to swap rooms as my previous room wasn’t available. The room was in the 6th floor and right under the restaurant which meant I was unable to get to sleep until gone 12am due to all the loud dragging chair noises etc right above me! Then got woken up at 6am with the same noises as they set up the room above for breakfast which then continued all morning. Massive contrast to my first 2 nights in a different room where it was lovely. Will definitely go back to the hotel but not in the last room I ended up in!

Hotel bien situé mais chambre orientee sur la rue assez brutante le soir assez tard dans la nuit et le matin tres tôt par le ramassage des poubelles. Accueil a la reception assez froid ... Refus de nous faire diner en terrasse au restaurant de lhotel en nous disant quil n'y avait plus de place. Hors, une seule table etait notée réservée et les autres netait pas dressées. Donc il navait tout simpleme.t pas envie de travailler !!

The staff speaks hardly any English, and does not seem particularly serviceminded or friendly. There is no bodylotion, cream or conditioner available in the bathroom. And there is no where to put the soap in the showerroom - on the floor?! The least appealing part is the thin walls, so you hear far more than you like to from the rooms closest to mine. The breakfast is nice, and so is the breakfastroom 👍

L'albergo è bello e centrale, la colazione buona ma due importanti fattori mi costringono a non assegnare una valutazione pienamente soddisfacente. Per prima cosa la scomodità del bagno, con il bidè attaccato al muro e pertanto completamente inutilizzabile. L'altro: il primo giorno della nostra permanenza di tre notti la nostra camera alle 17 circa non era stata rifatta, pur in assenza di cartellino sulla porta della camera, con grande disagio al nostro ritorno. Ci è stato proposto di farla rifare allora, ma eravamo stanchi ed abbiamo chiesto di avere solo il cambio di asciugamani. Ma più che la camera in disordine è stata l'assoluta assenza di scuse da parte del personale a farci restare male. Al contrario. il signore addetto al ricevimento ha sostenuto che fosse dipeso dal fatto che avevano lasciato in camera un tablet attaccato per la ricarica e pertanto la camera, a causa della lucina rossa fuori, risultava occupata (!!!). Viaggiamo parecchio ed è la prima volta che ci capita una cosa del genere. Se funziona così in questo albergo avrebbero dovuto dircelo al momento della consegna della seconda scheda, dato che avevo precisato che mi serviva proprio per lasciare il tablet in camera durante la nostra assenza. Ripeto: non una parola di scuse da parte loro anzi un atteggiamento sprezzante e questo ci sembra veramente grave.

Camera ben arredata e in ottimo stato. Osservazioni: aria condizionata immessa nell’ambiente odorava di acqua stantia, segni di scarsa manutenzione all’impianto; abbiamo dovuto spegnere il ventilatore. Camera calda, bagno freddo. Presente bollitore, te e caffè ma assenti i bicchieri. Campanello ingresso alla camera si è bloccato sulla suoneria dopo il suo utilizzo (camera 307). Parcheggio e colazione a pagamento: è parte del Vip Access?? Rampa di accesso al parcheggio troppo ripida rispetto alla sede stradale, grattato il fondo dell’auto. Sperando che le batterie della Tesla non abbiamo subito danni. Tempi di attesa notevoli davanti ad una reception per due volte deserta.

Abbiamo provato il ristorante che, nella stagione estiva si trasferisce nella terrazza. Molto buono e molto curato. Il maitre è molto cortese e disponibile ma anche molto professionale.

Incredible service, stunning views from the rooftop bar/breakfast area, nice breakfast, and clean rooms. The hotel also offers parking underneath the building. Although the space is tight, we managed just fine with our rented SUV. My only complaint is that the pillows were very firm.

Después de pasar dos semanas por Italia, este establecimiento, después del Villa Rosa de Desenzano del Garda, sin duda el mejor con diferencia, ha sido el que más nos ha gustado. Terraza restaurante en el 7º piso para comer y desayunar (desayuno flojo, las lonchas de queso de supermercado; a las 7,30h de la mañana los consabidos huevos, fríos, poca fruta. El pranzo en el restaurante, bueno, aunque pedí strozzapretti y me sirvieron pachieri. Al ser turistas debieron pensar que no tenemos ni idea de pasta ni de lo que pedimos.

We got a large room, so there was nothing to complain about regarding the square footage, but on the other hand, there were deficiencies in both soundproofing and the level of service. Our visit to the panoramic bar on the top floor was abruptly cut short by a brusque waiter. Long dark hairs in the bathtub are no mood setter either. Several areas for improvement here, but the location is excellent.

Ottima posizione per visitare Piacenza, per andare a teatro e per fare shopping! Soggiorno molto breve ma molto piacevole. Interessante l'attività di aperitivo in terrazza all'ultimo piano e anche la colazione con vista è piacevole. Un hotel in cui tornare.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, with the added benefit of its own underground parking. Unfortunately, our room on the sixth level was directly below the restaurant/breakfast saloon. Every morning, we were woken by the noise of staff moving chairs as they prepared the breakfast area. The bed was fitted with a plastic mattress protector, which felt uncomfortable and gave the impression of a much lower-standard hotel. The bathroom had a plastic shower curtain over the bathtub, which felt outdated and was reminiscent of hotels from the 1990s. Breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of variety and quality. Even the bread was stale. Fresh bread is inexpensive and readily available from local bakeries, so this would be an easy improvement that would significantly enhance the guest experience. On the positive side, the staff provided professional and courteous service throughout our stay.
